Coral Sea Water World

Anchored right next to the beach in Nabq Bay, this place packs in a huge sand-side pool, a triple helping of restaurants and a shiny new waterpark.

The brand new waterpark here is bigger and better than ever. The best news, though, is that it’s on the same site as the hotel itself – so you can squelch right on over.

There’s a pair of pools set in gardens, 3 restaurants and rooms that have a balcony or terrace with garden, pool or sea views. The cherry on top? The beach – it’s right outside.

Onsite waterpark

The aquapark at Coral Sea Water World is on site so, a splashing good time is just footsteps away. The water rides have names like Night Rider, Freefall, Turbulence and Twilight Zone and include tube slides that snake their way downhill, multi-lane racing slides and a bowl-shaped vortex.

Younger swimmers have a pirate-themed splash pool where they can scramble up and over the water, then swoosh and glide back in. And a lazy river gently meanders around the park area too.

There are manufacturer's height restrictions of 1.20m on 12 of the big waterslides and the wave pool, and an age restriction for over 8 years. Two slides have an age restriction of over 10 years.

Kids' club

The hotel-run kids' club provides a great range of kids’ activities to fill their days with fun and adventure. For ages 4 to 12 years.

2 outdoor pools

If you don't fancy the slides and chutes, there's always the main pools. One's heated in the winter, with towels and sunbeds.

"Kids Club"

Would like to say a big thank you to everyone in the kids club. Especially Lucy Campbell she was just brilliant she really knows how to treat and work with children. Even on her days off she was willing to take the kids into the pool with her! She was so generous with kids and would do her best to help the kids with what they wanted to do. The night entertainment wasn't great but Lucy I know will try and change that. Would highly recommend this Hotel for families the pools are brilliant and staff are very friendly.More

Dylan K,

Just returned from this lovely hotel, very clean, staff brilliant all had great sense of humour and kept my 7 year old entertained especially Ibraham on the beach bar. Room was good size we had family sea view. There was no problem with noise and the bed was comfy and huge, only minor complaint was the shower no pressure but plenty hot water. Water park was great my son was too young for big slides but he was happy with the pirate area, lazy river & wave pool. Food good & varied loved the breakfast pastries & doughnuts. Booked a wifi unit, Tiran island & buggy trip to desert with Time Tours all great Mo was a great help with info on run up to hols and also gave us a free trip into Soho square for hassle free shopping. Security is everywhere so you feel very safe. so if your booked you will have a great time just remember your sunscreen!!More

Fiona M,

great holiday

just come back from Coral Sea Water World, had a great week away. room was great,we had two teenagers with us, I'd take an extension plug, we always do, no plugs in the boys room. Big complex so if you have mobility issues then think about where you want to be most, lots of ramps ground floor rooms have patio area outside but you can see into room when the door is open, open access, we had a first floor room, good side balcony with chairs and a table. all staff very friendly wifi only in the lobby area, not much seating when everyone is trying to get on it. There is an Irish bar but it is used for the kids entertainment so gets very noisy in the eveningsMore

Aquarius watersport

If you are on sun beds and you see a guy in a red t-shirt selling watersport attractions which are on the coral sea world I highly recommend you speak to the guy named MISHOO ...yes this is his actual name lol he does a brilliant deal with you for all water sports and he looks after you ....even if you didn't want to do it that day or forget lol have to try them and it will make your holiday!!!!!!the barmen at the pool are superb just tip them a £1 or so and after a day or so they will treat u like royalty .they even know you in the evening gown as well working from 6am till 12.30midnight........entertainment wise is not much in evening not really the place to go if you are teenagers.....but the water slides are good fun.The food is top notch and are regularly checked and test for temperature.....the ground floor studios are very basic so to get a real good view book and ask for the higher careful of the wind even if it doesn't seem sunny you still will catch the sun ......snorkelling is brilliant on the sea front.....a lot of our tours were cancelled due to safety reasons ie like Iraq outside, constantly in your face etc and don't take pictures outside your complex as you seem to have people coming up to u and ask for money cause u took a picture of them ......if u do want to ride a camel ride Bobby in coral sea compound and defiantly worth it .....don't do it outside.........go karting really good but make sure they fill tank right up to get money's cannot get English money out there and they take your lighters off u when u go through security and u don't get them back.........if you like being constantly hassled this is the holiday for you if you go outside coral sea world but if you want a slightly less hassle hol stay in coral sea and don't come will only then be hassled by animation team and spa people but just put your foot down with good bit windy average temp 35 degreesMore

A Fantastic Family Friendly Hotel

We returned yesterday day from a weeks stay at this fantastic hotel. Can not fault the hotel, facilities or stafff. A huge range of food always available and was lush. The staff were all friendly and always happy. My girls aged 11&12 want to go back ASAP! We only took GBP and tipped in £1 coins. Our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room which had a great view of the main pool. Weather was 35c all week. Water park opens at 10, lots of fun for all ages and the entrance is next door to breakfast. Not having to take towels was a bonus. The spa & water sports staff did come round everyday but left you alone when you told them you were not interested. We had a ride on Bobby who looks like he is cared for not like the camels off of the hotels grounds. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Book and enjoy. XMore
