If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.
This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.
You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Bowl or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.
Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.
Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Great family fun packed holiday
We travelled here as a party of 11. 3 families and 3 rooms. All rooms were lovely, clean and well air conditioned believe me it was very needed in August! Beds were comfortable for a week but it's never like sleeping at home when your away( a little on the firm side for us ) We arrived late at night and were greeted by the bell boys who promptly took our cases off the coach. Reception staff were very polite and helpful and after a speedy check in we were given rolls and water that had been pre made for our arrival. Mustafa was the man that gave us a quick tour of hotel, notified us of welcome meeting the next day and how to get pool towels ( I advise you to not pack any towels, room ones changed daily and you get 1 per person for the pool/beach which you can change as often as you like) by the time we had arrived at our rooms our luggage was already there! In my eyes this was a first class service. The pools, water park were faultless. Plenty of choice for all 11 of us. My 7 yr old son loved hitting the slides with his Dad while my 4 yr old daughter was more than happy around the 4 children's pools with little splash park and pirate ship. All the grounds were super clean, plenty of facilities and sports, the beach is literally a 2 mins through the hotel and they had a great range of water sports. Beach bar was well equipped and there were more than ample sun loungers. The pool sun loungers however you need to be up at 7am to reserve and it gets very busy. All the food was perfect you could never starve. The selection is so varied as it is such a mixed nationality hotel. We very much enjoyed the food even the kids had an excellent selection including a kids Buffet bar. Ice cream is included but it's at the pathway to the beach. There are other stands around but you pay for those. The reps at the hotel will point you in the right direction. The shops on site are selling pretty much everything some things are costly but others same as home. Dotted around the hotel are fridges full of bottled water that you just help yourself to so you are not paying for these. We just took some of the concentrate juice with us and the kids had juice in it's plenty. The spa area of the hotel was not needed during our holiday so I cant comment how good it was, it did look beautiful though. But we were leaving the hotel at 10pm and originally booked a late check-out of 3pm. I opted to stay at the pool longer so took our luggage to the secure room in lobby and just used the showers at the spa at around 6pm in time for our last evening meal. The Turkish, Italian and Chinese restaurants were good, must pre book tables. We took Lira with us but I really recommend you just stick to Euro. Things are priced in Euro so we kept having to convert to Euro anyway. The staff, cleaners, etc etc are all polite and helpful and they speak a huge range of languages. Nothing is too much, even just as the coach arrived to pick us up to go home we were handed a pack up of food for the journey home. Excellent holiday! Would definitely return. Thanks Pegasos World for a beautiful week!!!!!!!!!!! I feel I must also add, in our party of 11 one of the guys had travelled with a broken foot. Wheelchair could be hired from the doctor at the hotel and the staff were more than happy to help out fetching drinks etc for him. I didn't see anyone break legs of fall off slides, I thought the life guarding in the water park area was great and I felt confident enough to let my 7 yr old son go up and down while I waited at the bottom. The guys were friendly to him and wouldn't have let him go on something if it was unsafe. There was a couple of times the kids splash pool was closed because a little one had pooed. It was dealt with quickly but the staff and it was soon open again. All you did was move for an hour to another pool! You will never get a hotel that suits everybody's wishes and wants but I honestly can't understand the bad reviews on here. There was 11 of us and not one complaint!More

I recently returned from a weeks holiday at pegasos world and didn't want to come home. I read some of the negative reviews on here before we left and was apprehensive about what to expect and can honestly say we had an amazing holiday. Myself and my partner and two teenage girls age 14 and 16 went and we were in a family room in block 3. Yes the beds were a bit on the hard side and the kids rooms were facing onto the main corridor but we were so knackered at bed time that we slept like logs. The food was good with lots of choice to suit every taste, drinks cabinets are situated around the hotel so you can help yourself to bottled water, tea and coffee and also the pool bar for alcoholic drinks. The restaurant and bar staff are very friendly ,and go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. The pool is so big and the water park is even better .We got a taxi into side a couple of times and picked up a few bargains in the shops and had a lovely meal out watching the sunset..I cant see why anyone would give the hotel a bad review as we were all gutted to come home. I am looking to definitely go back next year and this time for two weeks as one was no where near long enough.More

First time ever felt the need to review a hotel
Just got back and still ill ! Travelled and stayed in hotels for the last 30 years. This is the first time I have been on to write an online review, because I felt it needed it. I honestly donât think the people posting the better reviews on here were actually at the same hotel! My family and I paid over 3,200 to stay for two weeks. Lovely looking hotel, newly decorated room, unfortunately pool area utterly disgusting, toilets near pool area hardly ever cleaned, sometimes taps were not working, sometimes soap empty. I feel for this reason my family and I were ill for most of the two weeks. It started with sickness and diarrhoea (saw a lot of this in the toilets that were not cleaned) within two days of arriving with abdominal cramps, sore throats, colds, coughs and lastly ear infections a few days before we were due to fly home, therefore all needing to see the hotel doctor. The hotel doctor spookily carried vast quantities of antibiotics and eardrops! When we came out of the room people were queuing to see him. The positives â Hotel lovely looking, new rooms nice and food inside the main restaurant. If you want an honest person rating this hotel you have just found him â The hotel looks lovely on arrival, but very poor hygiene and full of germs that keep going around and around. Also take care on the slides ... loads of reports of broken legs, broken hip, falling out of the rubber rings etc. The pool was regularly closed due to floaters, stay clear of the kids bit if you canMore

Just come back from 2 weeks stay. This is the third time we have stayed and it just gets better. The addition of the water park is great rides for all age groups and no long queues. There is constantly staff cleaning everywhere so the place is spotless. The staff at the bars the best bar is the Long John Silver bar were Frait servers a really good cocktail) and restaurant cannot do enough to help you. Food in the restaurant caters for everyone with a good verity would strongly recommend the Oriental al carte as the food was exceptional. Entertainment on the main stage was good especially the two acrobatic act that were on after the children's show. Both Nuri & Mustafa could not do enough to see that whatever you needed during your stay was dealt with straight away. There is more than enough sun beds to go round so you do not have to get up at the crack of dawn to get one unless you want a particular spot. The other good thing this year is that the number of Brits coming to this hotel has increased to at least 25% of the occupancy which just goes to show the hotel must be getting it right. We would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to any one and will certainly be coming back next year. Denise (Mama) & RayMore
