Pegasos World

If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.

This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.

You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

Onsite waterpark

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Drop or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.

Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the hotel-run club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.

Outdoor pool

Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Great for a family or larger group

Travelled at the end of June 2015 (late review as I have just realised how helpful peoples reviews are so thought I would write one). Had an amazing time while there, but do think this hotel is better suited to families, older couples or larger groups. I travelled with my girlfriend (two females in our early 20s), we got quite a bit of attention from the male staff due to being females and also due to being gay. As long as you can have a joke and aren't easily offended in relation to your sexuality, there is no problem going here as a gay couple however, we were the only lesbians there and apparently most of the male staff had "never seen lesbians before". The staff are amazing and we were never without a drink, service was quick and we even had cocktails and drinks brought over too us without request! Really enjoyed the food but unfortunately the asian a la carte was fully booked and the machine to book a reservation didn't work. Had to get up really early (before 7am) if you wanted to get a good spot around the pool, but there were days when we arrived at the pool around midday and we always managed to find an okay spot. There wasn't enough seats around the pool bar and on a couple of nights we couldn't find anywhere to sit. We went to the disco on the beach every night.... most nights there were only us and a couple of others in there, so it did get a bit boring. If we had travelled in a big group the night club would have been a lot more entertaining. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, relaxed by the pool most days, spent a day on the waterslides and in the evenings we enjoyed having our drinks brought too us while playing card games and chatting with other guests.More

Great family hotel........but just no finesse. Canteen style dining

We travelled as a family of 4 in mid June 2015. Kids aged 8 and 5. If you asked the kids what they thought they would give it 5 stars all the way. The pool is the best I have seen and the different areas were loved by all. I did notice a little "accident" in the small pool whilst we were there and the hotel staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently and drained the whole pool and cleaned. Great for cleanliness but a pain if you want to use the baby pool and its out of action for 24 hours. We visited the waterpark everyday and to be honest that is the main reason I booked this hotel. It's was great and the staff here were friendly, caring and really made sure you were safe and knew what you were doing. We booked a family suite and it was HUGE, the kids had their own tv in their room. Very new, clean and fresh. The best shower I've had in a hotel abroad. The food was good, not fantastic but never went hungry and always found something different. Salads were lovely. The hot food was more hit and miss. The dining was my main bug bear with this hotel (apart from the staff , more of that later) the main dining area felt like a canteen, the waiting staff ignored you unless you "bunged" them at the start of the holiday. The difference in how they treat people was unbelievable and laughable it became our entertainment watching them smarm certain guests and turn their backs on others. We ended up getting our own drinks etc at meals as if you waited for the waiters you had already finished your meal. You had to get your own cutlery as well. The Russian guests are extremely hungry, have an aversion to waiting in line and must be in some kind of meal race the way they barge about. We twice went to get some more food and left caps/ keys etc on the table only to come back to find other guests sat at our table. One couple were apologetic, the others just shrugged their shoulders and carried on eating. I don't find changin tables mid meal very enjoyable. If a big part of your holiday is going for a meal and you enjoy the dining experience, this is not the hotel for you. You "eat" rather than "dine". Free nice cream was good but queues too long. Mid way through the holiday they did get a whippy machine which did improve things as the guy with the scoop took ages! The cart dor ice cream was gorgeous at 1 euro per scoop. Sand glitter craft corner at 10 euros was a right rip off. We did pay extra for popcorn and candy floss at entertainment time, as a treat. We did the thompsons pirate boat trip and had a great time the kids were entertained all day (£120 ish for 4) food was good, included most drinks and have some lovely memories of swimming off the back of the boat, life jackets were provided. Photographer on board, but not at all pushy and he did some great shots. Kids didn't visit kids club so can't comment. Entertainment was sometimes cheesy but good fun. It was my sons holiday highlight. Bad points Plastic glasses are tiny...please sort it for future guests Plastic glasses round the entertainment areA sometimes smelt of the drink before :( Found bar staff to be bored, not bothered and on some occasions downright rude Nearly had drinks thrown down the bar, rather than placed in front of me. I think some had a competition to say as little to you as they could. A movement of the head meant "what can I get you to drink?" Canteen feel to dining area Good points Pool Water park Beach Beach bar Italian a la carte restaurant (this is how you should be doing dining) Rooms inc showers Cleaning staff Wi fi Captain popcorn boat trip Just to finish off.....the day we went on the boat trip we stupidly left our safe open, two iPads, three iPhones, DSi, passports and quite a bit of cash. my husband suddenly realised halfway through the trip and I was mentally imagining trying to sort out missing items with the insurance company. To our absolute relief the lovely maid had been in and cleaned and pushed the safe door two and everything was left inside. Needless to say we left her a nice tip.More

first family holiday an we all loved it

We went to this hotel in sep 2015,booked with first choice an had no issue's. When we arrived it was midnight we were all tired an grumpy but the hotel staff gave us some mid night snacks an checked us in quickly. In the morning we looked around for the first time an Wow! It was lovely. Clean pools, friendly staff an lots to do. The food!!!! Was lovely there wasn't a massive choice but enough. One night we had fish an chips they we're the best I've had it surprised me. There is food almost 24\7 in different parts of the hotel. The night time entertainment was good.... For kids but I think it should start a bit earlier. I wouldn't go here if you want a adults holiday it's family friendly for children. The rooms are basic but clean. Fresh towels every day an can ask if you want more. Because the pools are so big an the hotel we wasn't ever crowded. Sun bed's are available but get up about 6:30 to get one in a spot you want, we left our towles an cheap flip flops on them. If you have big inflatables for your children take them as they are expensive to buy there about £20. We took Spanish money big mistake it they want euro or sterling! I was surprised. All in all it was lovely an I would go back! I hope if you have booked that your experience is as good as ours was. XxMore

Fabulous Resort, we had such fun!

We had a brilliant time at this hotel, we travelled with another couple. There was always something to do, something to try and we all were very impressed with the choice of foods, restaurants etc. The main event is that fantastic pool that covers such a huge area. This allows you to be in the busy areas with the animation teams having fun or relaxing in a quiet spot if you prefer a more relaxing time. The beach too is beautiful, although it was just too hot during our stay. Our room was comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool area, we could not complain at all. I would highly recommend the Spa and the indoor pool for an early morning swim. There is also a waterpark on site, great for both adults and kids. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a third time. This is a fantastic hotel that caters for families, couples and/or groups. The staff are friendly, polite and will do there upmost to ensure you have a fabulous stay.More

Carolyn S,

The most perfect family holiday

Myself my husband and nearly four year old came here in September. It was absolutely outstanding, perfect for a family with young/teen children. We were due to be going to Tunisia and was changed to here. I can't get my head around the bad reviews! Rooms- we had a family room which was so spacious and modern and clean, perfect for us. And much more space than I would have expected. Small balcony, but we were rarely in the room to use it. Shower was powerful and plenty of storage. We were in block 3 which seemed the best block as right next to the kids and splash park and near to restaurant and spa etc, not sure if was a coincidence but that blocked seemed to be full of Brits. Dining - great selection each day, plenty of variety, standard English chips nuggets etc, Turkish dishes, and lots of freshly grilled meat. Catered for vegans and gluten free too. My daughters favourite was the man making the wraps every lunch time. People saying there was no bacon, there wasn't however we were staying in a country predominantly Muslim so I assume that's why, and completely understandable! Did not miss bacon one bit as there were the best fresh donuts ever for breakfast every morning! There were queues but not horrific , only issue was it was very busy and a lot of people rushing around, I assume this can be an issue in school holidays as would be busier still. Lovely outside area to eat as indoors was very warm. Entertainment - we never stayed for the main entertainment, only the kids as my little girl was ready for bed. But kids entertainment was very good, must be hard for them as so many nationalities staying at the hotel but worked well. My daughter certainly enjoyed herself, and thought was a nice touch doing a bed time song with all kids on stage at the end. Bar/snacks - entertainment bar wasn't open all day which sometimes wasn't convenient as had to wait for drinks, there are other bars but it's quite a way. Queues weren't too bad. There were snacks in the day which was great, just popping up for food and popcorn / candy floss available at night for a charge but the charge was very fairly priced in my opinion Pools - spent most of my time by the kids splash pool which is great for the little ones. Never went to the big pool but looked beautiful. Eventually ventured to the other pools two days before leaving and couldn't believe how much of the place we still hadn't seen! Great storey of pools for kids. Big slides were great and my daughter was allowed down a few of the big slides with me as she was just over a Metre tall. For the complaint that it was ages to walk up the stairs to the slides in the heat - area was extremely well shaded , and well I have never seen a lift at a water park , you want the tallest slide - u climb the stairs! Also I have to add, even if u don't go down the highest slide, just walk up the top of the stairs - the view is absolutely beautiful! Beach was great right in complex too. Hotel - all of the hotel was clean and very well presented. Great bargain shops in the hotel! No need to step foot outside. Staff - to be honest I didn't really speak to too many staff, which says a lot as I obviously didn't need to. But from all I saw were very pleasant, maids would say hello every morning with a big smile. The only cons I would say is that our room did not lock from the inside and the kids but was by the front door so at night I had to barricade it with a chair as if she tried she could have escaped. I absolutely loved my time here and have great memories. Perfect place to go with kids, most relaxing holiday I have had with mine as there's so much for them to do you can relax a bit and watch on. We will definitely be back. And thank everyone here so much for a great time 😃 More
