If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.
This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.
You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Bowl or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.
Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the hotel-run club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.
Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Not a place for adolescents/teenagers
I went to this hotel for two weeks in July together with the rest of the family, two adults, two teenagers at 17 and 16 and one child. As a blonde norwegian girl who just turned 19, walking around the hotel was horrible. I couldn't walk up to the bar without getting asked by the staff to "meet them alone at the toilets to talk", or have them sitting on my sunbed asking and nagging me to go for a drink with them when I was babysitting my youngest brother. The lunchbar was very repetive, often empty and dirty. I always had to go through a set of plates to find a clean one, and there was flies around the food and the tables. The selection for dinner was always very repetitive, and always had food looking like it had been staying there forever. Needless to say, I and some others in the family got the stomach flu after staying there for about a week. The bars, both at the pool and in the lobby always smelled like someone just threw up, and the toilets in the pool area was dirty as well. The pool area itself was very nice, and the water had great temperature throughout the day, but you had to get up at 6 AM to be able to get a sunbed. It might be so that this hotel is great for those who travel only with smaller children, but to me, this seems like a hotel that's gotten used to having a big number of guests every year and has started getting sloppy with things. To top the whole experience, there was quite the lot of mosqitoes during the evenings, so make sure to bring some repellent before you go. If you're considering taking your teenage daughter to this place, beware of some of the bartenders and the younger lifeguards at the waterpark area.More

Amazing hotel with friendly staff
We stayed here twice and both times we had an amazing time. Chicken kebabs in beach hut, pancakes too all included and served all day. My youngest daughter begged to go back and we all cried when we left. Nuri the manager went out if his way to help. Quite a lot of rude Germans and other Europeans being demanding with restaurant staff and greedy kids but that was the only downfall. I would highly recommend to families More
This hotel was incredible, there are many facilities in the hotel, shops, hair dressers, gym etc, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Me and my friend went here and it was the best hotel I've ever been too, maintenence was great, the atmosphere, well I wouldn't have changed it for the world, and everything else, but be aware with the 'Al a carte' meal it is expensive and you have to book early or you don't get it at all, as we were there for 2 weeks, and didn't get in on both weeks, and another thing! Get a sunbed early as there are people who are up at 6 with limited spaces left by 7... another thing was we witnessed a man suffocating a kitten in a bag, so I didn't touch the veal just in case??? But the pool and water arobics were great!More
Bad place to go out of season
The trip was in October and there was rain. As much as that place have not seen in some 30+ years. And hotel was not at all prepared. Staff was very unfriendly and surprised that we have changed the hotel. Multiple requests to at least clean shattered glass from the floor where my kids are playing were treated as if they couldn't speak English. Hotel was full of mosquitoes and we were all bitten by them. Information about the all inclusive was misleading (although this is Arke/Tui's fault) as most of the long drinks were not included. And then there is food which was truly awful. The longest queue to get some fries gives you the idea that everything else was of such a poor quality that was almost uneatable. Fruits were almost not there and if they were they looked like they have been on display at least a week to long. Once there was a fruit salad that looked like it was prepared at least 2-3 days ago. During the days when it was raining there was absolutely nothing to do at the hotel. And even when it was not raining there was nothing that was open (no water slides, not beach restaurant). And hotel is located in an area where there is absolutely nothing. You have to use taxi to reach civilization. In full season when there is sun and all attraction are open and you can drink beer by the pool or on the beach probably you don't see it so bad but when the weather is not the best it is a really bad hotel. I do not recommend it to anybody.More

Not perfect or worth the money
My husband was really ill for at least three days when we stayed at this hotel last Summer. We are very used to travelling but feels the flies around the food in the dining hall and the poor hygiene around the pool were responsible. My 14 year old son also could not sleep in the bed provided for him, too hard and way too noisy being right next to the corridor. We complained and were given an extra bottom sheet. He spent the whole week in our bed. I never write reviews but we were so let down by this hotel and it had really put us of going on another package holiday. The water park and beach are excellent.More
