If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.
This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.
You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Bowl or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.
Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.
Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

First of all I would like to say the post from Donna below is something I completely disagree with and an absolute exaggeration and firsty my oppinion is based on the fantastic holiday me and my family had at pegasos world not the fact that I 'don't stay at 5* hotels' on arrival the hotel looks beautiful we were met by mustafa and given a tour of the hotel and our room number and keys , I travelled with a 6 year old , a 17 month old and a 5 month old everybody was So welcoming and absolutely lovely with our children the children smiles every time they were greeted by staff , the only bad thing I have got to say about this hotel is that the bellboy who brought the suitcases to the room made us feel uncomfortable by waiting to be given money , I did however inform the guest relations and they were very apologetic and had a firm word with the bell boy and allowed us to have a late check out free of charge so I would like to say that they are very good at correcting things that guests aren't happy with , the rooms are nice yes there's Mosquitos but our room was sprayed every day and this was offered not asked for. The restaurant staff couldn't be more lovely they were so friendly and genuinely loved making my babies smile , the dinner wasn't exactly the same thing every night there were different themes and was delicious The breakfast had a lovely selection everything was always freshly cooked and hot and the lunch was lovely in the restaurant and the snack bar. The pool and water park are lovely I did not see any dirt or 'turds' my kids enjoyed days in the pool and on the slides each pool we visited was genuinly clean and was Fun for all the family the beach is beautiful and all water sports are available my son and partner had fun on these ! Overall brilliant holiday , brilliant service and brilliant location I would like to thank the lovely staff at pegasos world for a brilliant holiday I would definatley returnMore
Just a few little tweaks needed
Our trip was from 10th to 17th October as a party of 2 adults and our 2 grandchildren. We arrived and were quickly checked in but declined the tour by Mustafa due to one of our party's health problem which had made him extremely tired, so we were shown directly to our room by another friendly member of staff who pointed out the important parts of the hotel en route. We were aware it was a big complex, but it is even bigger than we dreamt of. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and were amazed at the sheer size of the main pool and all the extras it included, we never saw or heard of any injuries at the water park nor did we encounter any âfloatersâ in the main pool The room in Block 3 was in excellent condition but the bedsheet situation puzzled us, some days we had two sheets and a throwover and other days we had only a bottom sheet plus the throwover, (More about the bed later) The restaurant has a very large selection of food choices but they became a bit repetitive ( just slight variations in the sauces) and some parts of the layout were baffling eg kids were wandering around carrying plates with food from the kids section looking for chips and spilling food and plates on the way, put some chips at the kids station !! Nuri introduced himself to us with offers to help in any way, so after arranging for a kettle complete with tea, coffee and milk in the fridge, (why is this not standard issue in every room ??) he offered the a la carte restaurants, we selected to go Chinese but when we went to view the menu we found only 3 options for main course (unfortunately all 3 are pet hates of my wife so we cancelled the booking). Staff in the restaurant all worked hard and efficiently and we were very pleased at the attention of restaurant captain Alper who arranged special tables and ensured our glasses were never empty. Overall, meals were a good experience. We had some great chats with Mustafa who seems to be aware of everything going on in the hotel, unfortunately we also witnessed the fight between barstaff and were surprised to hear that they had not been immediately dismissed, it was a shocking scene. INSECT BITES When we discovered bites (lots of bites) we at first blamed mosquitoes ( which the hotel is trying very hard to contain) but then noticed our bites were very concentrated on small areas of our legs, I then ran a sticky label around the seams of the mattress and came away with several (wingless) dead insects, we reported this to Mustafa who arranged to have the room sprayed and the mattress replaced (it was not replaced but was enclosed in a mattress cover bag). In the hotels battle to contain the mozzies may I suggest that the lifts be sprayed! We swatted one against the lift wall only to disturb a few dozen which emerged from the wall/ceiling joints. We also noticed that the cats and kittens living around the pool area are absolutely crawling with fleas and the hotel does nothing to discourage guests from picking them up and playing with them on the sunbeds, we even saw some people taking them into their rooms thereby infesting the sunbeds and some rooms with fleas. Evening entertainment was standard aimed at kids stuff, but during our stay we were âtreatedâ to a Swedish Pop Festival for 3 evenings, how dire! a succession of poor singers who introduced each number as âthe song I sang when I did NOT qualify as the Swedish entry for Eurovision in 20xxâ, I said 3 nights but it turned out to be only 2.5 as the main act on the last night failed to appear and the hotel staff had to quickly throw a game show together to fill the gap. Despite the observations above we had a great time in a wonderful place, it just needs a few little tweaks to make it perfect !More

My boyfriend and I have just returned from Pegasos world after a 10night stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel site itself is huge and very well maintained, the pool area is lovely as is the beach - would definitely recommend a swim in the sea! Our room was nicely decorate and very clean throughout, there is a lot of entertainment for all ages throughout the day amd night including a bar area on the beach at night. The food was good and varied but what makes this hotel special is the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, thanks to one of the managers who always went above and beyond and to Yukup in the restaurant for his friendly service. Would definitely recommend for families due to the splash park (also fun for adults!) and the entertainment on offer. Really enjoyed ourselves!More
Not as good as its made out to be.
We arrived on the 2nd oct and came home early hours this morning.First i must say it is not a hotel i would book we always go five star RIU platinum but family booked this so we went along. Our party consisted of ten adults five children age 11,6,2,16months and 6 months old.I was very concerned before going to this hotel about the sickness reports, i emailed Thomson about it because we stayed in Thomsons Playa Pesquereo hotel Cuba and got salmonella my fifteen month grandaughter nearly died with it, Thomson just paid out a five figure compensation for it, so i explained i did not want anything like this happening again and i was told by Thomson the sickness levels had dropped and precautions in place so we went feeling assured it would be ok.The hotel looked nice on arrival, met by Mustafa, was allocated block 3 rooms 3005, 3007,3009 and two other rooms forgot numbers. The rooms were ok but they was not cleaned thouroughly ie mirrors not cleaned sand left on the floor squashed mosquitoes all over the mirrors,The rooms were full of mosquitoes and we all got badly bit.The beds are not comfortable and have one bottom sheet and a rug thats it. The waterslides the kids loved but loads of people were breaking bones on them, one in particular the large plug slide which remained shut throughout our stay had caued a few broken arms before we arrived. The small kids slides are great.but it is so off putting when every other day there is turds floating around in the pool. This was nearly a daily event with different parts of the pool sealed off whilst treated, the turds were not removed but left with chemical balls thrown around them, we did ask why the turds were not removed and we got told they would look into it. The pool itself is lovely so its a shame. The food is the same day after day lunch and dinner breakfast is the same every mornig, every item is set out in the same spot every sitting we all got fed up with the food which was tepid not hot, we often went into Side and dined. The staff are nice and friendly Nuri and Mustafa communicate with the guests the most and sort out any problems. The alcoholic drinks are not very good its own brands only i didnt get on with the drinks so i bought a bottle of Bacardi and just ordered a coke. One night in the bar two of the barmen started fighting and it ended up a right brawl it was scarey because my grandkids got caught up in it and nearly got hit, another day at the pool bar there was another fight with two barmen, i have never seen this happen at a hotel and dont wish to see it again, we asked Mustafa about it and he said there was a management meeting and they all got warnings.Entertainment is Garbage, this area needs severe inprovement. Sickness, five of the adults in our party were sick including me ,mine lasted three days on and off, its not surprising with floating turds though is it.This hotel is tired and dated ok block 3 has been refurbished but just looking around the hotel its in dire need of up dating. The people who rave about this hotel can not have been in proper 24hr al 5 star hotels with all top branded drinks etc free and a proper selection of HOT not tepid food. The hotels i always go in you dress for dinner long trousers shirt etc proper al a carte restaurants. The al a carte here are all pathetic with the italian being the worst. To sum it up the kids enjoyed the slides the weather was very hot the holiday fair/ok would go back and give Turkey another go but in a top hotel not Pegasos world.More

Good points......we arrived here on the 30th September, we were very impressed with the hotel and surroundings on arrival and we were met by Mustafa who is very friendly and showed us to our rooms while the bell boy took our luggage, Pools were great, so many to choose from so over the first 3 days we tried different ones and ended up staying at the far end in the 2 slide pool which was ideal for our 7 year old daughter, rooms were cleaned every day apart from Mondays (cleaners day off) the cleaners are very friendly. Entertainment team/kids club reps were fab. Restaurant.....we were met by Nuri who was also very helpful and was on hand to us any time we needed him, restaurant area is very clean and the staff are ever attentive, taking empty plates away and fresh drink brought without request, we had a table reserved for us most nights decorated with flowers by the restaurant staff as we became friendly with them as the holiday went on (Merve and Yakup). Grounds........this Hotel/Complex is huge and for the size of it the grounds are well maintained, pool areas and beds are washed down every night so they were fresh for the next day. Bad points......Food was very repetitive and we found they catered more for the foreign visitors (particularly German and Russian) so wasn't really to our taste which ended in us eating chips most nights. Drinks......not a lot of choice with drinks and were served in plastic cups less than a half pint so means you have to constantly go back and forward to the bar, Cocktails were in the same kind of glasses which was quite disheartening when you expect a cocktail with a fancy straw maybe a sparkler and in a cocktail glass, water fridges should be spaced around the whole pool instead of having to walk to find them, there was only one all inclusive (free) ice cream stand which was on the path toward the beach so it was quite a walk to get a ice cream unless you paid for them from the ice cream stands that were around the pool, we had arguments with foreign tourists (not saying there all the same) for stealing our sun beds when we went for dinner and denying it obviously thinking we were going to back down....we had 2 first choice reps which we seen at the welcome meeting (very short and rushed) we only seen them once again after that and that was to ask to book seats on the flight home to be told there was no point because we would be sat together (which we weren't). And last is the Mosquitos.....absolutely horrified to end up with 30 bites on one leg, 11 on the other and the odd ones on my arms as well as my friend having them on her legs and face and we had a mosquito plug in as well as sprays and creams. We were told to ask reception if they could spray our room and they would do it while we were out but the cleaner came Into our room and sprayed while we were In (not good when you have a child in the room) I have to say getting bitten was the biggest downfall to my holiday.
