Pegasos World

If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.

This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.

You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

Onsite waterpark

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Bowl or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.

Hotel-run miniclub

Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.

Outdoor pool

Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

A Great family holiday.

We stayed here August 12th until 26th. Family of four with children aged 9 and 15. We were in Block 3 overlooking the waterpark. Nice spacious room with a seperate section for the kids, however the kids room could have done with a blackout blind as was quite light during the night. We were shown to our room by a rep and was never given a tour of the complex. We had to find everything ourselves. Our key card didnt work on arrival so the rep had to go all the way back to reception to get another, this happened several times during our stay with several trips back and fourth up and down flights of stairs. The waterpark is excellent. All ages are catered for. It closes at 5 promptly so make sure you are ready to vacate this area especially if you have sunbeds in this area. The lifeguards are very good and friendly. The only problem is waiting for people to finish with the inflateable rings that you need for the rides, we found some people were reluctant to share and kept the rings by their sunbeds. The staff in the resturant were very helpful and again friendly. It did get quite busy at times with people everywhere. A very good selection of foods, even gluten free and special diet section. All the food is labelled with detail of the content. Unfortunatly a family member had a bad stomach after the second day and had to see the hotel doctor, a suggestion was made that it may have been the salad. We found that some people didnt know how to queue and unfortunatly just pushed in and helped themselves regardless of everyone else waiting. Plenty of drink stations are situated around the huge pool, with ample bottles of water, orange, apple and lemon juice, also tea and coffee which you can help yourself to. The main snack bar is located near the waterpark with a smaller childrens one near the childrens pools. It could do with perhaps a couple more situated around but on the whole the food was good and well stocked. The biggest positive is the childrens club and entertainers. Our 9 year old was there every day except Wednesdays, as this was their day off. They are great with the children and make them feel welcome. Plenty of activities and games. A well run, happy atmosphere. Thumbs up to Polina and Anastasia. The only negative thing was the air conditioning. The bar in the evening was unbearable at times. We dont think it was ever on. Even in the resturant it was too hot. Overall a very good holiday. We would definatly return.More

once again, a brilliant holiday, we love pegasos world, our 5th time there

as normal everything was great, food brilliant, good choices and so tasty. nuri still wonderful and looked after us brilliantly. we go to this hotel every august and it never disappoints us, entertainment if fabulous, venue brilliant holds lots of people so no problem getting a seat. restaurant is great, food varied and tasty. we had a 2 bedroom room with bathtub for our little one, and unfortunately these rooms have not been refurbished this year, but they will next year which will be great, they do need updating, but the hotel is brilliant, great for kids and families, loads to do, good location, very big pool area and waterpark this year which was also great. we love pegasos and don't have anything bad to say about it, its our 5th year there. we go other places in the year, like Egypt etc, but always return to pegasos every year, can't find anywhere else to beat it. we already planning next august and can't wait to see everyone again.More

Fantastic family holiday!

We have just returned yesterday from Pegasos world. We are a family of 5, our children being aged 11, 8 and 5. My parents were also travelling with us. We really couldn't fault anything with the hotel. The pools were child friendly and safe, the slides a huge bonus. We were in block 3 which was newly refurbished and clean. Although the hotel is huge, everything is really well situated so nothing seems too far away - although having only 1 ice Cream vendor wasn't great for all inclusive. The welcome at the hotel by Mustafa was great, as was the leaving party and it was lovely to be given bags of food for our return journey. Nuri was very kind in helping us to book into al a carte, as this can be tricky. The waiters in the main restaurant were fantastic, treated us like royalty!! We tended to sit in the same section of the restaurant and they were soon reserving a table for us, setting it with chair ribbons and petals on the table- a really special touch. Evening entertainment was ok, sometimes a bit samey but entertained the children. Only negative, if really a negative was that it was far too hot!! 45•c some days and our little one had an upset tummy so if returning, prob wouldn't do so at this time of year as too hot for us personally. Beach was lovely too, soft sand and lovely warm sea water. Overall would def recommend, especially to families. A great holiday.More

Hotel too big to keep to a good hygenic level thats why so many people were so poorly!!Slides and pools aee fab though!

We came from the 7th of August to the 21st which was a bit too long really. We came as a family of four children aged 9 and 6. Hotel was ok, lovely slides and pools, some staff are lovely and helpful, others just giggle in your face because they don't understand you. Room was kept clean and tidy we stayed in room 3001, because it was on ground floor the was ants all over the floor outside which would come inside sometimes. I asked on many occassions to turn the outside light on at night, so my husband and i could sit outside when the children were in bed, but it never happened, for the whole 2wks. The was a lot of tummy bugs going around, my little boy was sick & upset stomach for most of the stay,we all had a dodgey stomach. Flys on the food in the restaurants, drove me insane!! Plastic cups they put your drink in check them 50% of the time i would take it back because it was dirty, eww! The pool bar staff would laugh at me and talk turkish to each whilst i was stood there. Rude! Overall Hotel was ok, but if your fussy like me, i would stay somewhere else! Restaurant staff are great, very on the ball with cleaning up plates and getting drinks etc and friendly:) Nuri gave me a qustionaire to fill out marking the hotel whilst having our meal, stood over me, THEN wasnt happy because i ticked 'Fair' for most things, i found him very intimidating, frowning in my face!! Mustafa dont really know his name, didnt speak to us all the holiday THEN when we were leaving ran to our coach, came on and said to us "you make sure you give us good reviews, yeah?" How unprofessional! The hotel is too big to keep to a good hygenic level, thats why people were so poorly!More

Esther S,

Great Family Holiday

On first impressions the hotel looks fabulous. On arrival a member of the management team takes you around the hotel showing you the facilities available whilst your bags are taken to your room. The room was a good size and felt very spacious with the children's area separated from the main bedroom. The water park is as good as it looks, alongside a huge swimming pool which even at full capacity still had plenty of room to enjoy. Some confusion about sunbeds however the rules are clearly stated. Before 7.30am you are to stay with your bed if you wish to reserve it. In the restaurants there was a large variety of food which the whole family enjoyed and my daughters, aged 11 and 6, never struggled to find something they liked whilst also having the option to try put new dishes. All members of staff made us feel very comfortable and did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. We made some great friends and will certainly consider returning next year.More
