Pegasos World

If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.

This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.

You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

Onsite waterpark

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Drop or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.

Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the hotel-run club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.

Outdoor pool

Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Definitely going back!

I arrived at 5am at Sunday the 27th after a really boring flight. We received sandwiches that were pretty good, but everyone just wanted to go to sleep. There was some trouble with our reservation so it took forever to get our room cards. But when we got them we were fast to get some sleep so we could wake up and experience what the hotel has to offer. The hotel is so nice. The pool is huge, the slides are awesome and the kids pool is so nice. There's something for everyone. The food was pretty good too, but since we didn't dare to taste everything that looked different, we probably missed out. So it got kind of boring after a while, but that's not the hotel's fault, but ours for not trying other stuff. The drinks at the bar was really good. I think I had at least 50 sex on the beach. So that's something! Some of the bartenders were pretty strange, asked me if I could have a drink with him later on, which I didn't because he was 30+ and I'm 18. But it was just all fun. I met some cool people there which I hope to stay in contact with. The only bad things I can think of is that there is ALOT of mosquitoes there. So make sure you bring your own mosquito spray, because the one we bought at the hotel was useless. So I had more than 70 mosquito bites. It wasn't bad in the room, but at the show. If you think the bed is too hard, you can go to the reception and ask for another mattress. I didn't know that, so if you think it is too hard, you should ask for one. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I'm definitely coming back next year. This hotel is perfect for everyone, families and couples! A BIG shoutout to Berrin from social relations who helped me get in contact with someone I met at the hotel after I came home! I really didn't expect much but she helped me so much! So a big thank you to her! Book your next holiday here at Pegasos World, you won't regret it. Emilie Pedersen More

Emilie P,

Wow.. just arrived back from a 2 week holiday myself, hubby n 2 kids aged 14 & 12.. before arrival my hubby emailed the hotel and spoke with Berrin and arranged for a lovely room with balcony and fruit and wine on arrival for our anniversary... Berrin went out of her way to ensure we had all our expectations met... The food was brill something for everyone and ice creams served from 11am till 9.30pm!!!.. The hotel rooms ate lovely and newly refurbished. . The only down fall was the beds were hard!! I spoke to reception and they immediately ordered the maids to put mattress toppers on which made a massive comfortable difference... The pool was stunning although lacked a swim up bar.. in fact it would of been nice to have more choice of bars but it wasn't an issue as everything g else is fantastic. . The entertainment team are amazing and ALL staff are so happy and smiley and nothing is too much trouble for them.. The water park is fab and caters for all fun seekers although alot of the rubber rings handles were broke which wasn't too ideal but we made do... there are numerous fridges scattered about the resort filled with bottled water which was great. Also coffee machines scattered around but these arnt always working especially at breakfast!!.. Downfall was the shop, we were overcharged and short changed everytime we went in!! Also the air beds were €36 which is around £32 when u can purchase them from side for €8.. u can purvhase same ones off ebay b4 u go for £5!!.. so they are a complete set of Rob dogs!! So try to avoid... Overall a brilliant holiday with fab food but even better staff and management, carry on the amazing work Pegasus world. . We will definately be back.. 😀😀😀😀 More

Dawn D,

Good Family Holiday

Having just returned from Pegasos World Hotel we stayed from the 26th - 3rd October. And the weather was great!! I would like to say that the hotel is great for a family holiday with the kids, the pool scene is amazing and there's plenty to offer for most ages. If your looking at the slides and thinking wow just be aware that for younger kids to ride there is a hight limit of 1meters, And its fair enough as the slides are fast! There where also plenty of sunbeds available and we got the same area every day! Although if your in a big group this may prove difficult. The food was ok and we found something to eat every lunch & dinner, Breakfast was the hardest meal of the day for us and we had pastries or pancakes most days. The drinks I must say where not the best and little plastic cups of an evening is not really the best & is a bug bare from most all inclusive hotels I have stopped at! There is about 8 cocktails on the all inclusive list with others costing 5euros, and non of them being of quality! The beer is ok tho and take a thermal cup they will fill it up and save numerous trips to the bar! Rooms where clean and the cleaners do a good job, in fairness most staff really do work hard and are all friendly! We didn't experience any trouble with the language barrier! A bit of pointing and laughing does a world of good! And if your still struggling ask someone else! Guest relations helped us out booking ala carts! Which we can't complain about as the food was very good. We tried the Italian and Turkish. My daughter loved the kids hour at the amphitheatre and so did many of the other kids, it was well organised and repetitive just what kids like! We managed to Get tables and a few tips ensured we got drinks on a regular basis. And I'm not talking mega tips just a few lira here and there!!! All the kids entertainment is in English and the adult entertainment after is also English!! If your planning on buying goods go-to the markets in town as it's easily 3 times cheaper than the shops at the hotel! And it's easier to make your own way than pay for the first choice trip! A little gripe was the length of the transfer as there was a fair few drop offs / pick ups! Around 6 pick ups on the way home! Which took over 2 hours to get from the hotel to the airport! More

The Good & Bad

Me & my friend stayed at Pegasos World 08th September until 18th September. When we arrived we paid for a safe deposit box which was about 35 lira, we was put in the furthest block away on the third floor, the lifts wasn't working and my friend is pregnant we didn't want to keep walking up and down the stairs, the next day we asked to move. We moved to room 2049 which was ground floor, the safe deposit box was locked so the engineers needed to come to our room and unlock it so we could put our new pin in this took them until the 12th September to do (after phoning & going down to reception many times) by then £200 & 100Lira had been stolen from our room. The first choice reps Emma & Conrad was very helpful we was told there was a lot of activity in our room that day from engineers and maids, we was taken to the police station and was there until 11 that night. Our safe box wasn't fixed until the 13th September, I am very disappointed the hotel took NO responsibility for the money going missing and not even an apology, it could have been prevented, and we didn't even get our money back from the days we didn't use the safe. The room cards don't work a lot which was very frustrating as the walk back to reception was a bit far and a lot of times we had to make 2-3 trips back because the new key card didnt work. Rooms: Modern & clean, towels & bedding changed every day, wifi not good in room better in reception. Pool: Very big, lots of sunbeds but have to put towel out at 7.30 to get a good spot, water park brilliant & lots of lifeguards Food: Something for everyone can't really complain, can be a bit hard getting a table outside but if you tip the waiters they will reserve you a table for you. Entertainment: Crap! Not much to do in the evenings the shows a pretty poor. Trips: We went on two trips which was booked through First Choice, one was a platinum boat trip which was lovely & the other one was to go to two markets, see Manvagat waterfall & a little boat trip down a river, both trips was around £45 each. Side: The town is about 10minute taxi ride (30lira) lots of shops, bars, resturants, we went to a restaurant called Aphrodite twice would 100% recommend going here they have a free pick up service from the hotel just ask Conrad or Emma to book you in. Overall ok hotel probably wouldn't return.More

Outstanding hotel and staff but please read if you are female and wish to do watersports

This hotel is fantastic, the customer service offered by every member of staff is the best I have ever experienced. The hotel is fantastic, its huge and the pool is massive and doesn't feel overcrowded like some hotels. We spent a week here mid September and planned on doing lots of water sports activities. The water sports place was right on the beach so it was perfect. On our first day we did jet skiing which was so much fun and we planned on doing it on our last day. The days following we did parasailing and had a go on the sofa. As we'd spent so much money and time doing the water sports, we had got on first name terms with the staff there. After doing the sofa, we told them we planned on coming back in a few days to do jet skiing again. We were then offered a free session on the jet skis whereby the staff would show us how to ride them (as my driving caused us to fall off). We happily accepted, thinking nothing other than they were letting us do this because we'd spent hundreds of euros with them. I spent around half an hour playing on the jet skis with the instructor behind me, whilst I could not fault mine, my friend sadly had a very different and upsetting experience. When I got back to the shore, I saw my friend who looked like she wanted to cry, when we were walking back to the hotel she advised that the staff member with her made her uncomfortable in how he positioned himself, the things he was saying to her and his actions. She stated that his hands were inappropriately placed and she felt so uneasy that she returned back after around 10 minutes. When we both gave our life jackets back one of the males, believe his name was Mario (he had very thinning hair, skinny, dark eyes) asked if we would return later tonight and he'd give us vodka.... Sadly, it then became apparent why we were treated so well and given free jet ski rides. Looking back, we felt as though we should have really known their intentions but hind sight is a wonderful thing. This ruined our holiday to a certain extent as we couldn't return to the beach nor continue with the water sports. We were also constantly concerned that we'd see the staff in the hotel. I apologies if the water sports place is not part of the hotel, however I was under the impression it was and feel its important to add this to the review. However, I can't fault the staff in hotel, they became like friends at the end of our stay and we didn't want to go home. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Only downside is booking A la Carte...This is a nightmare, you either have to get up at 8am or stay up until after midnight and hope to get a space. You can't book A la Carte until 24 hours after arrival either. We managed to get booked onto the Italian one - This was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. Tourguy (believe thats his name) contributed massively to how good our stay was. He came over to talk to us as we were having drinks and asked how our stay was, I advised that it was a nightmare to book onto A la Carte and he simply took a few of our details and told us to turn up on a certain day and there we had a reservation for the Asian restaurant - this again was exceptional, however it was not as good as the italian. There is also another member of staff, a young male who usually works in the main restaurant (but in the room to the left upon entry). His name is Mehmat or similar and he is an exceptional member of staff. He could not do enough for us and ensured we were happy. All the staff do their utmost and don't expect or stand around waiting for you to tip them. The wifi is also very hit and miss and for us, we couldn't get wifi until the day after we arrived because it needed time for us to get onto the system. The food is also served at decent times and there is quite a bit to chose from. The spa is fantastic, we had (sort of) a turkish bath, followed by a massage and then a face mask. On my last day I then had a head and neck massage. Both were unbelievably good value for money and some of the best spa treatments I have ever had. The lady that did my head and neck massage was so kind and ensured I was happy. We stayed in room 3039 and could not fault this, it was impeccably clean and spacious. Air con was also really good. Water park is also very good and we had loads of fun on these slides. Despite the unfortunate encounter at the water sports, we are both in agreement that we'd return, we will just be more cautious of accepting gestures. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope the staff get to know that they really did make our stay brilliant.More
