Pegasos World

If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.

This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.

You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Drop or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.

Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the hotel-run club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.

Lovely holiday

Brilliant hotel for families, loads of things to do, good variety of food. Staff are all really friendly especially Mehmet at public relations and Murat in the restaurant. Kids loved all the pools and slides, and also the evening activities like the sand drawings. More

Great hotel

Arrived quite late after being delayed to a nice warm welcome ,quick check in and in ower room in 15 mins.we were in block 3 which was a stones throw away from the pool and restaurant ,lovely large clean room with separate area for the kids ,maid came every day and did a great job.the hotel and grounds were kept spotless by the staff at all times ,plenty of beds to go round but if you won't to sit in a perticular place you need to get up early, the food is plentiful and varied ,but have a look around first as there is that much to choose from you can end up with a mixed plate ,we had a look at the À la cart menu but weren't impressed so stuck with the main restaurant.the beach was a bit hit and miss if you could get in the water for all the pebbles and rocks the water was a bit rough but nice and cool, maybe not for the younger kids ,water sports were expensive but enjoyable.splash park was really good with slides for everyone, the only thing negative I could say is the is very little for the teens on a night entertainment is set for the younger ones and the football pitch is nothing more than a piece of scrub land ,there are pool tables but at €6 for a hr it gets pricey ,the shops are typical Of what you get in hotels ,you can get a taxi outside to take you into side for €10 were there is the usual shops but some fab ruins to have a look around,we arranged with a driver to take us to a shopping centre and then the waterfall for €30 it was £45 each with thomsons ,overall a fab place to go on holiday,I would recommend this hotel and would holiday here againMore

The hotel makes the staff

The hotel was really beautiful and very well-orginized. Before I went with family and friends I was affraid that it would be disturbing with small children, but I was wrong. The hotel is planed in an excellent way and everyone can find a peace of paradise. ☺ The staff, entertaiment team and management made our stay fantastic. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. There are so many I would like to send personal thanks to, but in vain I can't remember all the names. Therefore I send my best greatings to Suad and Ilona (the entertaiment team rrrrrrrrrr). 😉 To our favourite bartender Ibo and the girl at the reception that help us to arrange a nice room for our friends. To Ali for a nice chat and turkish coffee. We will probably be back soon again. See you. More

Great value for money family hotel with outstanding service

Before going into detail, the conclusion: What makes this 4-star hotel a 5-star plus experience is, above all, the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. The facilities are by and large excellent, and whatever suggestions and criticisms we may have had regarding the food, our room or anything else, we always found the staff extremely forthcoming, willing and usually able to help. For a family holiday, we cannot recommend Pegasos World highly enough. The POOLS are phenomenal. Even at near capacity occupancy, the pools never felt crowded and there are always (yes, always) more than enough sunbeds. Small children are particularly spoiled for choice, with four very different secluded pool and slide areas. SLIDES too are extremely varied and range from an excellent choice of more than 10 (!!!) different slides for children in addition to the spectacular waterpark itself. Although some reviewers mention that they have had to queue for some of the slides, we never waited more than two or, at most, three minutes, and usually did not have to wait at all. Our little one (5-year old boy) absolutely loved the KIDS CLUB and the Kids Disco and we felt completely at ease to leave him to enjoy the games and crafts, meeting and befriending other kids. Hanna, Anna, Ilkay, Yetkin and Özkan (apologies if i forget anyone) are a real treasure. The BEACH is not great, but nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews suggest. If you don't mind a mix of sand and pebble beach, and, yes, the odd crab, it is definitely worth a dip or two. The "water sports" available are a lot of fun and, while not cheap, still worth trying. We tried the parasailing and enjoyed it a greatly. The ROOM was spacious, clean and well air-conditioned, which is really all we expected or wanted. The shower, possibly one of those things that can make or break a nice holiday, was wonderful - perfect pressure, very good temperature control and great shower heads. The TV was bit iffy and always reverted to a default turkish channel and menu at default, loud volume whenever you switched it on, but we did figure out where to watch the occasional news and, to our kid's delight, cartoon network. The RESTAURANTS were, in general, good. Again, as in the case of the pools, we did not get the impression that the main restaurant was crowded, even when it was relatively full. The quality of the food is varied, with most dishes aimed squarely at the stereotypical west european customer, as one of the chefs put it, and therefore sometimes lacking spice, garlic or other ingredients that may offend more sensitive palates. There are, however, also plenty of alternatives and the variety of vegetables, sauces, local cheeses makes up for some of the shortcomings. Not surprisingly, Turkish night (wednesdays, while we were there) offered by far the best dishes, but that may well be just a matter of taste. Of the "a la carte" restaurants, we only tried the turkish one, but found it unexciting and certainly not any better than the main restaurant, especially when it comes to offering options for a small child. We took the advice of reviews we had read before arriving and tipped restaurant and bar staff whenever we found the service satisfactory or better and it always was. We tended to gravitate towards a particular part of the restaurant we found comfortable and soon found ourselves adopted by Iskender, a charming, attentive and very informative waiter, who made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after. In his absence, Murat and Batuhan made sure we felt as comfortable as possible. Considering how many reviews mention that they found the restaurant slightly (or more than slightly) disappointing, we felt that the friendliness of the restaurant staff was among the most positive aspects of our stay. Similarly, the BARS were just as welcoming and friendly. Special mention to the wonderful Elif, Sule, Ezgi and Volkan whose immaculate service puts any 5-star restaurant to shame. Only one of the bars offers 'proper' coffee as well as 'real' turkish tea, which is quite disappointing. Perhaps it is too much to expect real coffee or tea throughout at an all-inclusive resort, but it is disappointing nonetheless. Fortunately, the bar staff were always happy to indulge our preferences. The SHOPS are predictably expensive, but nowhere near as bad as some reviewers suggest. We did buy a couple of floaties (for 14 and 18 euros), as well as other items (shaving foam, juices etc) and subsequently discovered these were not substantially cheaper elsewhere. In general, the HOTEL is pleasant and somehow manages to feel much more relaxed than its size suggests. Even though it was nearly full, it didn't feel like it. Much if not most of the relaxed atmosphere is no doubt due to its staff, who manage to be personable and professional throughout, starting (and ending) with Mustafa, who greeted us on arrival and hugged us on departure, the marvellous PR crew of Berrin, Aida and Gazi, as well as 'our' First Choice (Thomson/TUI) ladies, Emma and Marya. In part, it is only once you get to the airport that the friendliness and helpfulness at the hotel strikes you as exceptional. For once you get to Antalya airport, once the friendly bus driver has dropped you off, you are left at the mercy of airport staff, border police and other misanthropes whose demeanour and professionalism are as comforting as the seemingly permanent state of the airport lavatories.More

Family holiday

We arrived in the early hours of Saturday morning. Was welcomed. When we went to our room our it was on the first floor so the next morning we went to reception and asked about changing room as my wife is disabled. They couldn't do enough for us they moved all the bags. Don't be put off by the size of the hotel as it may look really big but it is laid out so easy they you can get around very easy. The reps meeting was us full and they are very helpful. The staff here can't do enough for you. Any problems they are fast to rectify them. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food is amazing there is so much variety even for a fussy eater. As my wife is fussy. There is plenty of sun beds around all the pools finding one is never a problem. The pool is very clean plenty of lifeguards. And they do put sings up when they finish there shift. The slides are so much fun and very safe. There is lots of entertainment going on. Day and night if u are happy to stay away from that there is plenty of bars with tables to sit at. So far I would recommend this hotel to any one with a family looking for a nice holiday. I really hope it stays this level for the rest of our stay. Well done to all, the staff and all involved with Pegasos world you are doing a fantastic job keep it up. You should all be proud from the bottom to the top at management. Berrin and Mehmet on public relations are doing a fantastic job on accommodating on any help or advise on our stay here. Well worth taking time out to chat with them on anything you want to no. They also take care of the ala cart restaurants. More
