If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.
This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.
You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Bowl or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.
Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.
Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Only complaint was I didn't book 14 nights!
We went to pegasus world on the 23rd of September for 10 days and had an amazing holiday. All the staff were very happy, helpful and very friendly. The complex was big, good and clean.. only thing I could say is that the walkway lighting at night was very dim. The room was good the bed was a little hard but after speaking to one of the managers he arranged a soft bed cover straight away which made a load of difference the management were so helpful and really cared about our happiness and made the holiday very enjoyable any complaint we had they tried their hardest to correct. (We couldn't of asked for better) The amazing pool! Probably the best pool I have ever seen very clean and truthfully massive WOW! The pool has life guards patrolling the pool at all times and it felt very safe for children and babies. The slides were crazy good especially the biggest one (white one) i felt like a big kid, brilliant! The beach was beautiful and the sea was really warm even in the end of September. The food was really nice and we all ate well too much so much selection and I recommend the Asian restaurant very good food and friendly staff ! The alcoholic drinks except the main bar was a little disappointing, the only nice drink was the Efs beer and that came in tiny little plastic cups. The inclusive cocktail list was unclear limited and watered down. I reccomend the main bar for better drinks and very friendly funny staff! The woman from the convenience shop was very rude and lacked good customer service which was a shame as all of the staff were lovely. The gym was basic and in need of some attention and refurbishment! The evening entertainment was really good and on the whole, we had a great holiday. We would definitely recommend this place! Perfect for family's the staff love kids and the swimming pool is too good! Thank you everyone at pegasus world (except the rude woman from the shop) we had a brilliant holiday ;) More
Excellent October Break
My family and I have just returned from an 11 night break at Pegasos World, there were 6 of us ranging from 3 years to 65 years and we all had an excellent holiday. The hotel suited us perfectly; there were about 4 different swimming pools which were excellent for my 3 year old son and 7 year old daughter, a huge pool which was great for all of us, and not to mention the waterpark - it was fantastic, as were the lifeguards who were always there to lend a helping hand. The rooms were immaculate and a great layout - the kids have a separate sleeping area from the adults which makes it feel very spacious. We tried the Italian and Asian A La Carte restaurants which were lovely, but to be honest the food in the main restaurant was hard to beat, and also the service in the main restaurant is by far the best service we have experienced, and having travelled all around the world in 4 or 5 star hotels, this says a lot. Our waiter, Umut, was absolutely fantastic and we cannot thank him enough for all he did for us and for our kids, he certainly contributed to making this such a great holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks again for such a great holiday!More

Needs a lot of improvements
I have just returned from a week at Pegasos World with my fiancé and our 4 year old son. Personally I don't think it was worth what we paid. After a 4 1/2 hour flight and over an hour and a half transfer we were super excited to reach the hotel. When we got there we weren't greeted by anyone. We were just told to check in which we did. We wanted to make our own way to our room and look around the hotel but we were not allowed as the bell boys were insisting on taking our luggage for us. We then had to wait for a few other guests to check in so we could all have a tour of the hotel. When we arrived at our room the bell boy just stood at the door waiting for a tip. We hadn't spent any money yet so didn't have any change so ended up giving him sterling. The room we had was lovely. We stayed in block 3 and had a refurbished room. The bed was massive but it was very hard. Like sleeping on the floor. Also the thick sheet for the bed didn't fit it. It was way to small so we were literally fighting over the sheet. Shower was amazing and everything else in the room was great. The best bit about this hotel was the pool. It's huge. As our son was a little too small for the waterpark we stayed around the main pool and got sunbeds by the pirate ship everyday. He loved this part of the pool and it's all shallow so we could just watch him play. The pirate ship needs a bit of work done on it. Bits are broken off and the paint is flaking off so this should fixed to make it a little safer for the kids. The food in the hotel isn't great. Personally I didn't find much I liked and I am by no means a fussy eater. They have a kids corner which is a waste of time as none of the dishes are specifically for the kids. I was expecting chicken nuggets, fish fingers, chips, burgers but it was the same as adults in a different section. We were all struggling with something to eat everyday. On the last night it was an Asian theme and it was the best food we had had all week! All the desserts are bland and they put syrup on everything! Also there are cats everywhere when you are trying to eat which I think is gross. The drinks also aren't great. They are served in the smallest cups ever. Your constantly going back and forth the bar. There wasn't a lot of choice. The cocktails were premixed and didn't taste very alcoholic. And the beer is awful! The beach is really nice and it's clean. Free ice cream is nice and the man that worked in the ice cream hut should be given a medal! He was there all day everyday we were there. Entertainment is very hit and miss. Some nights it was great with proper dance shows. Others it was awful game shows. We were there for Swedish pop week and watched a lot of euro vision acts. The worst bit of the holiday was on the last night. The lobby/reception area of the bar is very dimly lit at night. We were checking our transfer bus time when my fiancé tripped on a massive puddle of water that was on the floor. Our son was on his shoulders and as my fiancé fell to the floor my son nearly landed head first onto the tiles. Luckily my fiancé caught him by his leg and he was dangling in the air but we were all shocked and upset. A few people saw it and not one person came over to help us or ask if we were ok. It didn't surprise me really as the majority of the the guests are not British. Lots of German, Russian and Swedish and they are all rude! We went straight to reception to complain and let them know it needed cleaning up and they sent a lady to mop it up. She quickly mopped up and then put a wet floor sign over the top. The floor was still soaking wet. I was disgusted. If my fiancé hadn't of caught our son in time he would of cracked his head open on the floor! At this point we were really looking forward to going Home as were really weren't enjoying our stay. There are many other things I could say about the hotel but I would be here all day. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we would never return to this hotel as I don't think it's worth the money that first choice are charging. It's the last 2 weeks of the season and standards had seemed to of dropped as basic things were lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. British are the minority! More

First of all I would like to say the post from Donna below is something I completely disagree with and an absolute exaggeration and firsty my oppinion is based on the fantastic holiday me and my family had at pegasos world not the fact that I 'don't stay at 5* hotels' on arrival the hotel looks beautiful we were met by mustafa and given a tour of the hotel and our room number and keys , I travelled with a 6 year old , a 17 month old and a 5 month old everybody was So welcoming and absolutely lovely with our children the children smiles every time they were greeted by staff , the only bad thing I have got to say about this hotel is that the bellboy who brought the suitcases to the room made us feel uncomfortable by waiting to be given money , I did however inform the guest relations and they were very apologetic and had a firm word with the bell boy and allowed us to have a late check out free of charge so I would like to say that they are very good at correcting things that guests aren't happy with , the rooms are nice yes there's Mosquitos but our room was sprayed every day and this was offered not asked for. The restaurant staff couldn't be more lovely they were so friendly and genuinely loved making my babies smile , the dinner wasn't exactly the same thing every night there were different themes and was delicious The breakfast had a lovely selection everything was always freshly cooked and hot and the lunch was lovely in the restaurant and the snack bar. The pool and water park are lovely I did not see any dirt or 'turds' my kids enjoyed days in the pool and on the slides each pool we visited was genuinly clean and was Fun for all the family the beach is beautiful and all water sports are available my son and partner had fun on these ! Overall brilliant holiday , brilliant service and brilliant location I would like to thank the lovely staff at pegasos world for a brilliant holiday I would definatley returnMore
Just a few little tweaks needed
Our trip was from 10th to 17th October as a party of 2 adults and our 2 grandchildren. We arrived and were quickly checked in but declined the tour by Mustafa due to one of our party's health problem which had made him extremely tired, so we were shown directly to our room by another friendly member of staff who pointed out the important parts of the hotel en route. We were aware it was a big complex, but it is even bigger than we dreamt of. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and were amazed at the sheer size of the main pool and all the extras it included, we never saw or heard of any injuries at the water park nor did we encounter any âfloatersâ in the main pool The room in Block 3 was in excellent condition but the bedsheet situation puzzled us, some days we had two sheets and a throwover and other days we had only a bottom sheet plus the throwover, (More about the bed later) The restaurant has a very large selection of food choices but they became a bit repetitive ( just slight variations in the sauces) and some parts of the layout were baffling eg kids were wandering around carrying plates with food from the kids section looking for chips and spilling food and plates on the way, put some chips at the kids station !! Nuri introduced himself to us with offers to help in any way, so after arranging for a kettle complete with tea, coffee and milk in the fridge, (why is this not standard issue in every room ??) he offered the a la carte restaurants, we selected to go Chinese but when we went to view the menu we found only 3 options for main course (unfortunately all 3 are pet hates of my wife so we cancelled the booking). Staff in the restaurant all worked hard and efficiently and we were very pleased at the attention of restaurant captain Alper who arranged special tables and ensured our glasses were never empty. Overall, meals were a good experience. We had some great chats with Mustafa who seems to be aware of everything going on in the hotel, unfortunately we also witnessed the fight between barstaff and were surprised to hear that they had not been immediately dismissed, it was a shocking scene. INSECT BITES When we discovered bites (lots of bites) we at first blamed mosquitoes ( which the hotel is trying very hard to contain) but then noticed our bites were very concentrated on small areas of our legs, I then ran a sticky label around the seams of the mattress and came away with several (wingless) dead insects, we reported this to Mustafa who arranged to have the room sprayed and the mattress replaced (it was not replaced but was enclosed in a mattress cover bag). In the hotels battle to contain the mozzies may I suggest that the lifts be sprayed! We swatted one against the lift wall only to disturb a few dozen which emerged from the wall/ceiling joints. We also noticed that the cats and kittens living around the pool area are absolutely crawling with fleas and the hotel does nothing to discourage guests from picking them up and playing with them on the sunbeds, we even saw some people taking them into their rooms thereby infesting the sunbeds and some rooms with fleas. Evening entertainment was standard aimed at kids stuff, but during our stay we were âtreatedâ to a Swedish Pop Festival for 3 evenings, how dire! a succession of poor singers who introduced each number as âthe song I sang when I did NOT qualify as the Swedish entry for Eurovision in 20xxâ, I said 3 nights but it turned out to be only 2.5 as the main act on the last night failed to appear and the hotel staff had to quickly throw a game show together to fill the gap. Despite the observations above we had a great time in a wonderful place, it just needs a few little tweaks to make it perfect !More
