If you want both the big and beautiful boxes ticked off, head for this place. The new waterpark’s is out of this world, and the beach isn’t far behind thanks to its Blue Flag rating.
This place wasn’t satisfied with having one of the best pool scenes in the Med, so it’s added a fab new waterpark to its portfolio.
You’re just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach here. A wide avenue leads right down to Blue Flag sands that go on for more than half a mile.

There's something for everyone to enjoy at the waterpark here. Little ones get their own area with a bunch of mini-slides, while bigger kids can race down the Masterblaster, the Super Bowl or the multi-lane chutes. And just so you know, some of the slides here will have height restrictions.
Kids over 4 years old get their opportunity to show off some moves at the mini-disco. Plus with the club being open through the day it allows children to make holiday friends.
Generous in size, the pool here makes a splash with its 2 waterslides. It's also in a prime spot next to the bar, keeping you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Great holiday could of been slightly better
First of all this hotel is HUGE and very busy but not for couples at all! We travelled as a family of 3 nyself husband and 8 year old. Transfers were fine with Thomsons but poor driver on transfer home was in a bit of a panic as too many cases and pushchairs as he said! Starting with the positives - Greeted by the lovely Mustafa with a small tour of hotel which was tiring but i felt it was a nice touch considering it was 12 30 in the morning, also booked our a la carte through him as well as he seems to be the main man along with Nuri. Although we never seen much of him, he looks after the Brits and if he 'selects' you as i seen and heard he gives out special treatment for certain people. - pools and waterpark are fantastic!! Very clean and well kept. - room was in block 3(which i emailed and specifically asked for)which was clean and kept pretty clean by friendly housekeeping. - staff in this hotel work constantly and so so hard they really put us brits to shame with the amount of long hours and sheer rudeness from some other nationalities! - for me beds were very comfy and great shower and air con. - asian a la carte was fantastic! Heard italian was horrible but try for yourself - food for us was average heard a lot of people saying the same thing and im sorry its true the food was NEVER hot and always warm but this i felt is due to it not been kept in the correct food heaters. As we stayed in another hotel in Side and never once had cold or warm food. Never had dodgy tummies or sickness thankfully as we were very worried about bad reviews - use Baba boats on beach for all daytrips much cheaper than first choice. - beach is beautiful. - Take euros not lira! Negatives - we wanted a safe for our moneythe chap who literally opened it and stood over me and expected a tip!! Which i had to pay for. I always tip waiters and bellboys which is standard but a safe opened for us? Come on! - a couple of times and especially on our last day i had an issue with reception with late check out which i had paid for through thomsons and had proof and a chap on reception was trying to tell me i hadnt! So he grunted and said its ok. So after 12pm my card didnt work and i went down and another female member said you have to tell us and i said i told your fellow staff member(who was next to her) and they made some rude comment which was about me in Turkish so utterly rude! I always felt reception staff couldnt be bothered which was a shame as every1 else was lovely - entertainment team are great, kids club didnt look well used and my son looked too old to go so he just played with friends he made there. Paulina was lovely and gr8 job at all singing and dancing. Shows were ok but some were just awful and repetitive(captain popcorn and time machine yawnnnnnn - drinks as stated very limited cocktails awful and pre mixed. Was only allowed very limited drinks which was a shame. - watch out for con men taxis outside they state 40 mins into town!! Its a 10 minute bus journey into bus depot and a FREE bus takes u right into Side town centre every 5 mins. - spa manager is a soured face woman and as this is my job put a smile on your face! They are desperate for cash and u are treated like a converyor belt of people! Massage was ok but no atmosphere and take advantage of tourists and sell treatmenta that are not carried out! Would we go back? I think so but you truly get what you pay for between 4 and 5 star in turkey. For what we paid overall i was happy. More
Michelle Munro A,
Great facilities but awful health and safety
We went to Pegasos World as a family party of 11 aged 65 to 2 years old. Arriving at around 2am, reception was chaotic. Receptionist had very poor English - our 4 rooms were split 3 in one block and 1 in another so parents and children were apart. Some had food in their room and some didn't. We had several trips back to reception to sort out key problems etc. - just what you need with young kids at 2 in the morning in 30 degree heat. Managed to get rooms sorted after a couple of days thanks to pressure from First Choice reps and started to enjoy pools and water park when the first of us went down with chronic diarrhoea requiring days in bed. This was then followed over the next few days by another 4 of us suffering the same. It lasted, improving and then relapsing for the rest of the 2 weeks and well after we returned home. We had meetings with the reps and with the hotel customer service manager but the hotel seemed to be in denial about the seriousness of the problem. We saw and spoke to many other UK guests and found that the majority had suffered to a greater or lesser extent. In the main restaurant with 4 entrances there were just 2 hand sanitizing dispensers near the main entrance. Most people probably never saw them - there were no signs or encouragement to use them and hardly anyone did - this in a buffet restaurant where people handle loaves of bread and serving utensils. As the situation got worse we were finding signs round the resort. Trails of liquid faeces across the floor of toilets, sinks full of vomit and worse. We were dismissed and talked over at reception in an attempt to keep us quiet and the customer service manager wrote copious notes at our meeting but then did .... nothing. We suggested that he might put staff at the restaurant entrances with sanitizer dispensers to encourage people to use them but again... nothing. The rooms (at least in block 3) were nice, the water park was great although we did see quite a few people on crutches... and the food in the restaurants was good to taste at least. The beach was nice and at least you could usually get a sunbed there which wasn't the case by the pools where an empty sunbed was as rare as hens teeth. The all inclusive drinks were not great - beer drinkable, gin and tonic awful, white wine drinkable but usually warm. Restaurant and bar staff were mostly very nice and helpful. Temperature was unbearably hot - over 40 C a lot of the time which did add to the discomfort but obviously not the hotel's fault and there was always plenty of usually chilled bottled water available. We spent £12500 for this 2 week stay and although we (especially the kids) managed to have a good time some of the time, we hardly ever all had a meal together because some one was ill and for 5 of us it was a nightmare which, of course, affected the other 6 who didn't get ill. I've been to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mexico and never been ill but twice to Turkey and very ill twice - needless to say I shan't be going back!More

Great holiday :)
Just got back from a week at pegosos world and it was fab. The pool was the best I have seen and water park which was just outside our balcony was fab. Rooms, beach and hotel all clean and tidy. Service good apart from one incident with the staff at the beach bar which opens later sometimes they charge after 1am my boyfriend paid them at the time but they still tried to charge us when we checked out causing us to nearly miss our transfer, luckily management sorted this out. Food lovely plenty of choice and tried the ale carte Chinese / Indian which was a nice change. You can have a table reserved in the main reasturant if you want just ask. Free wi fi in lobby and rooms. Just beware of the Mosquitos and use plenty of repellant I got lots of bites also if travelling to side agree a price before getting to the till and don't by magazines at the hotel they are very expensive. I would defo recommend this hotel tho especially for children More

Fab family holiday
We stayed here 9th-16th September for 1 week, 4 adults and 2 children aged 5 years old & 18 months. Lovely newly refurbished spacious clean rooms with a good size balcony in block 3, room numbers 3116 & 3118 which was next to the kids splash pool & water park. We based ourselves around the splash pool every day and never had a problem getting 5 sun beds (my dad would reserve them about 7:30-8am) The pools/kids splash pool/water park are all fantastic and the kids were in pool heaven. The splash pool was very shallow so this was great for my baby who still isn't walking. The main pool is really big, the biggest pool I have ever seen with a couple of bridges and once a day we would go for the 'family swim' my 5 year old son would call it and stop off at the pirate ship and the other slides. Couldn't fault the pools they were amazing and we didn't see or hear of any poo accidents! The food was amazing with a great variety and different themes every night. I don't know how anyone can complain about the food unless they are fussy eaters. Between the 6 of us we ate at all 3 a la carte restaurants, we booked the reservations thru Nuri as recommended from previous reviews on here but I will come back to him. They were all very nice but the turkish restaurant was let down by the service. The drinks were fine, no different to any other 4* all inclusive we have been to before. We drank mainly beer, amaretto, wine and cocktails. There is a choice of about 8 cocktails included on the all inclusive. We spent most evenings chilling at the Horoscopia bar where they also did kids cocktails which my 5 year old son loved! The free ice cream parlour is just down the path from the pool on the way to the beach. There is vanilla, strawberry & chocolate ice cream!! Ask for all 3! Yes you do have to pay for ice creams around the pool but I found it fine going for a 2 minute walk to get one! We didn't use the beach as the water gets deep very quick so not ideal for our 2 young children. My dad went down one morning to check it out and said the water was very warm! Big thanks to Nuri who booked our a la carte reservations, gave us free fresh orange juice (that is payable at breakfast) sent bottles of fizzy drink & fresh fruit to our room. He is a lovely guy and is always asking if everything is ok etc. Also special thanks to Merve our waitress in the main restaurant, always reserving us a table and bringing drinks to our table! None of us were ill on our trip and we didn't see anyone else poorly. We did have a problem with our safe and it took about 5 calls to reception for them to sort. After the final call when I got a bit angry someone came up straight away! Some of the bar staff seemed quite rude as well but not a major problem-a smile wouldn't go a miss for some of them. My son only went to the kids clubs twice only because he loved the pools so much but he enjoyed himself and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, the pool scene is going to be hard to beat. Please don't be put off by the poor reviews :-)More
