Wonderful wedding week
We stay with 18 of our friends and family of all ages. Everyone had a great time and no complaints. The wedding was amazing we had a private beach reception they truly go above and beyond to make your vision a reality, we brought our own items to add a personal touch if they didn't know what to do with them or how to set up they asked to ensure it was how you wanted. Prior to the wedding getting ready they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and got us anything we asked for, it truly was a great experience the wedding was amazing. More

I enjoyed my stay based upon the company that I was there with. The Royalton had its positive moments but unfortunately there were issues that a true "5 star resort" would not have had. Improvements need to be addressed to claim 5 Star status.More
Fantastic experience at the Royalton White Sands and Blue Water
Just returned from a 2 week vacation at the Royalton White Sands and cannot find fault with anything of this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and service was excellent. They really do got out your way to may your stay most enjoyable. As a family of 5 we had to have 2 separate rooms but we did send an email in advance requesting for inter-connecting rooms. The White Sands and Blue Waters are 2 separate hotels but all the facilities are shared. You dont have to make any reservations in advance with any of the restaurants apart from Zen (sushi restaurant). However, I would definitely make the effort to get up early to book the Zen restaurant as this is superb. Its a great atmosphere and our kids were extremely excited about the chef's who were cooking at your table - with their knife skills and then all the chefs at each station have a sing off - which you can all join in. We ended up hiring a luxury Cabana for a few days (well worth it) - which is situated at the infinity pool near Blue Waters. You get your own butler service and Remon who was out butler was an absolute star. He worked very hard and nothing was a problem to him. I think the Cabana is great especially if you have kids as if they want to get out the sun they can watch the latest movies on the sofa's whilst you can still enjoy the sunshine. (there are also plugs situated inside the Cabana so they can charge their gadgets). Would i go back? - most definitelyMore
Check in at the diamond club was confusing to say the least. Lots of people running around but nothing really happening. After a long day of travel, we want to be in the sun, not stuffed into a very crowded room for "check in procedures". We were a party of 11, so it took forever! One guest from group got the run around for her room, switching rooms 3 times until they got it right. The rest of the week was delightful. Pools and beach were great. We rented a cabana for 3 days which was so fabulous. Kevis and Remon took good care of us there. The resort was clean and well maintained. The food was good, no complaints. I always found something on a menu or at the buffet to suit my needs. The butler service was helpful but not necessary. Timroy, our butler always was checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Check out was filled with confusion as well. You need to go to the Diamond club lounge to check out. Again, lots of people running around and nothing getting accomplished at all. There was a $150 charge on my bill that was not labeled (spa, cabana and gift shop all had labels associated with the charges). No one could explain what the charge was but insisted I should pay it. I refused and eventually they eventually removed it. My airport transportation was waiting for 25 min for me, leave time for check out! More
