From the minute we arrived the staff were so helpful. There was soup and rolls for late arrivals. The room was very clean and modern. Good air conditioning. Large airy room with large balcony. Blackout curtains so it stayed dark in the mornings. Very comfortable bathroom with great shower and bath. Ready hot water which didn't turn cold when everyone went in to shower. Beautiful gardens with crazy golf, tennis/volley ball courts and children's play ground. The reception was huge! With lots of big comfy sofas.(useful when we had to wait until early morning for transport to the airport). The hotel was on the beach, a great place to sunbathe as there is a constant breeze to keep you cool. The sea is warm and sandy once you go out about six feet, though pebbly before the sea, Lots of sun beds for 3⬠each with umbrella. Even get a bottle of cold water thrown in! The best part was the restaurant. Julia is the manager and she was amazing. She was so on the ball and attentive. She made sure that my sister, who is gluten intolerant, had everything she could eat sorted out for her. They made her special desserts every day and Julia took her round the buffet and explained what was in each dish. The food was fab. So much choice and catered for every possible taste. Different Soups, salads, cheeses, meat, fish, cheese and egg dishes, pie, pastas and pizzas veggie rice and potato dishes every day with desserts to die for! Wines, beers soft drinks and beverages available all the time. On top of all that, when the restaurant was closed, there was amazing food in the pool snack bar! Event bar was great too, but did get busy on occasion. Tons of things for the kiddies, but we steered away from this for a change and had a grown ups holiday before going back home to the kids. Great holiday and would go again.More

Firstly I will say that we went here for a last minute 'all in' deal with Thomas Cook for some summer sun and a relax. To be honest it did exactly that and met my expectations however a European 'all in' is different if you are used to going further a field such as Asia or the Caribbean. Some reviews I have seen moaned that there was not enough 'English food' which firstly I do take issue with as a) there was chips / burgers, salads, etc for both lunch and dinner, b) breakfast had 'full english' cereal, toast, porridge, yogurt, fruit, cake options and finally / more personally c) you are on holiday in another country you can not expect to have exactly the same food as you have at home (your own personal menu / shopping choices - unless you get a self catering place) and fundamentally you should try something else. As we arrived after dinner they laid on some soup and rolls which was a nice touch. Also what was very good was that the all inclusive deal lasted the whole time you where there, including post checkout whilst you waited for your transfer. Each day there was different foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus their standard staples. Although you have to eat in the same resultant the food was great and you don't have to sit down at the same table etc / it is bit enough to not feel like you are trapped. Okay so I'll get off my high horse of food, but needless the say all the food was really nice, cooked fresh on site including the many deserts. For drinks, it was typical house wine/sprits/beer which was drinkable (just low %), but if you wanted to get drunk (if thats your goal) then you would need to drink more volume. The pool / entertainment was your typical animation set up but the entertainers did try really hard and got many people involved as possible without being over bearing. If you want to lay by the beach you do have to pay for sun lounger (includes water and wifi) from the hotel. One thing is that for evening entertainment, unless its was the kids show then there was not much to do, which is fine if you like to talk and relax but the bar area could of done with either live local music / piano player or some background music. The other thing that did annoy me is that if you book an all inclusive deal you expect to be able to use the facilities (tennis, mini golf, table tennis) on your own time with out paying. Admittedly the cost was low but the deposit (cash only) was â¬50, which if you are all in you might not have expected to factor in. I do understand that deposits are needed but surely a credit card swipe would of been fine. Also to need to bring your own beach towels was annoying but this is a common difference between all inclusive in Europe and else where in the world. This all being siad we managed to get a late checkout so we could have a shower etc before we had to get our transfer. I wouldn't specifically go back there again as there are other Greek islands to explore but for a week off without any need to worry I would recommend it. And fianlly, for the price we paid I was happy but I wouldn't of paid the 'full advertised price' (whether the price is actually that high or if its always on sale is another question)More
On first arrival ( 9.00pm) the hotel looked fine , the reception areas are clean and bright , the reception staff are very friendly and were very helpfull throughtout all of our holiday , we then got allocated our room (211) it needed a paint and a good clean ! I did raise a concern about the cobwebs and dust in the room and the next day the cleaners gave our room a good clean which should have been done without asking . The rooms are of an ok size but do need updating. There is an awaful filthy orange carpet in the passage ways upstairs that need replacing . The rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything ! Our room was overlooking the pool area , and also the stage which meant everynight we could hear the enternatinment which was loud! The pool area and the gardens need a good clean and tidy , the grass is a mess which was dissapointing as the grass at the front of the hotel was lovely. The pool and garden area are not big enough for the number of guests so you have to be up before 7.00am to get a sunbed , then people are right on top of you . The whole hotel needs a good paint and tidy ! The food in the restauarnat and pool bar was of a good standad but as with all AI it gets repetative ! The only concern was if you wanted a pizza on an evevning there was alway a queue as they made them fresh but werent quick enough at making them. Due to the location there are aeroplanes going over every two hours . Soneo staff were on a 18-30 holiday , they werent interested in any of the kids and did very little entertaining with them., they did a few adult activities a day then spent the rest of the time round the pool chatting the girls up .The pool volley ball every afternoon was like a rowdy football match with shouting and very rough playing , they didnt seem to care that families had children in the pool ! All in all a cheap hotel with ok food but very rowdy , if this is what you want from your holiday then go for it ! if you want to relax then this is not the place for you .More

Stunning place to eat too perfect watching sun set over beach, trip down to rhodes on bus was like 20mins outside the pharmacy on main road which was 5 mins walk from hotel. think it was 8.80 euros return for 2 . head to rhodes by day for castle and night for food and shops we visited 6 times for boat trips etc. back to hotel, food was spot on dont wear vest in the night you wont be aloud in . we never went in pool as beach was on our doorstep. as you leave hotel turn right head down the strip and theres bars and food places and places to book for excursions dont book through hotel for trips like 30 euro more . entertainment was shambles !!! we only stayed in 2 nights out 14. the singer or the reps actually sing ??? start around half 9 then its dead and quiet by 10.15 ??? work that out.. that was only down side about hotel. Boyfriend and I booked a last minute deal here so price was very good. Arrived at hotel local time 3:30. The gentleman on the reception was lovely. Promptly checking us all in and informing us there was soup in the restaurant. We chose to go straight to bed as we were exhausted! Room was absolutely lovely. Super clean. Super tidy. Super spacious. Over looking the pool area the balcony had a little chair and table set- lovely to enjoy a cocktail over. The pool is lovely. It's nice to be at a hotel where people aren't racing down at 4:00am to reserve beds. We woke up at 8 o'clock nearly everyday and there was an excellent choice still available! The pool bar/ snack bar was fab. A great selection of cocktails/ wines/ beers & soft drinks. Only thing which was a downfall for me personally was that there was no water available! (Personally I've never been to an all inclusive restaurant where you can't get hold of water all day) However, it was available at breakfast lunch and dinner. There was a great entertainment team and selection of daily activities in the pool and around the pool area. Plenty to do! However in terms of the night entertainment. I didn't rate it entirely. (Personal choice) We personally didn't come here for this and expected to go out most nights which we did - however if you're a family who are planning on staying in the hotel most nights- I would research first as to me it looked like somebody had told the entertainment team they had half an hour to plan something and came up with some out of time dancing to which they would attempt to 'perform' :/ The food was good. Great selection. Plenty of choice. The lady who greeted you in the restaurant was amazing! So lovely really made you feel welcome. The staff are amazing! Including entertainment team (sorry about the night dig it's just my opinion!). The men are not weird like everywhere else- just pleasant, smiley, friendly. The beach was a minute walk if that! The sea is beautiful and clear. It is a pebble beach though so take some proper shoes if your planning on going in as I came out nearly crying when I thought I could brave it without! There is a shop on site which is open till 11. Selling any necessities and great snacks. The location of the hotel is great! If you carry on walking right down the beach you come to a strip of shops & bars. Which is great as it saves spending â¬20 for a taxi into old town! I highly recommend going to Italian restaurant 'Cavo Italiano'. The food is AMAZING. Building is beautiful and staff are exceptionally friendly. -they also do the most amazing selection of cocktails!! Also- if your going with the family. One for the kids is a place called 'Ice rolls'- which sells crepes, icecream and their signature rolls. All very cheap and the actual shop is so quirky! With a camper van used to cook on and hanging milk bottles for lights- definitely recommend! Old town is beautiful- make sure to visit on the night! The bar to the left of the hotel is great to watch the sunset if you get there for about 8:00 it's beautiful!! There's a shop in the town in ialyssos which organises trips to Lindos (definitely recommend) Overall- the hotel was great. Beautiful building, great staff; service, food & pool. Mainly English in the hotel which is great- you can tell the English as they're the only ones to say excuse me & thank you and not just walk into you :) so it's lovely to be surrounded by English when you've been to the town for the day and had Germans bombarding into you pushing you off the path! Despite that- I will definitely be returning for a cheeky summer trip :-)! More
