About Marsa Matruh
Marsa Matruh is renowned for its great beaches. Soft ivory sands and aquamarine waters are a staple of this place. And with a gentle breeze rolling off the Med, it doesn’t get too stifling in the height of summer. Down the road, you’ll find the jaw-dropping Almaza Bay. Again, it’s all about the beach scene here – there’s a long sweep of sand with loads of sunbeds and straw umbrellas. Looking out over the beach is a handful of luxury hotels that cater really well for families. In terms of the vibe, it’s really peaceful so it’s a great spot to relax.
