Three bedroom homes sleep up to 8, Four bedroom homes sleep up to 10, Five bedroom homes sleep up to 12. Each home has a minimum of two bathrooms (one being en suite), one living room with double sofa bed or rollaway bed, air-conditioning and TV, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, private pool and a garage.
Please note: maximum occupancy in all homes will involve the use of a sofa bed or rollaway bed. Upon arrival, guests are required to leave a security deposit of $500 against a major credit card. Homes are cleaned on arrival (additional cleaning payable locally). Cots are available to hire. Homes are individually owned and furnished and could be single or double storey (neither type can be guaranteed). Home locations cannot be guaranteed, but will be located within the Kissimmee area. All images reflect a typical home.
