You could drive past this place and not realise it’s a group of studios. With its terracotta tiled roof and lemon walls, it looks a bit like a residential villas. However, it’s actually 16 holiday homes, kitted out with kitchenettes and balconies. As studios go, they’re fairly spacious and are a good fit for independent couples and families with older children. The one downside here is there’s no pool on site. But you can use the one at the Hotel Medusa, just across the road free of charge. Plus the beach isn’t too far away – a ten to fifteen-minute walk. Town is closer – less than five minutes – and is the real Greek deal, with a quaint old town and a clutch of tavernas.
