- Transfers by road around the peninsular or by ferry which leaves from the capital Argostoli. The road route takes 1 hour and the ferry crossing is 25 mins

- Guests need to transfer their luggage from the coach to the Lixouri ferry

About Lixouri
Lixouri’s the kind of spot you head for if you like your holidays low key. Set on its own peninsula, it’s somewhere that’s not been discovered by waves of tourists. Not yet anyway. A friendly place and ideal for relaxing, life centres round the sandy Lepeda Beach and the ‘resort’ centre, about two kilometres from it. Speaking of the town’s centre, it’s only got a handful of little shops, while food-wise you’re looking at tavernas and restaurants catering to a number of tastes. And as for the nightlife, don’t expect much. It’s a quiet affair here, although the two discos just outside town are a big hit with the locals.
