About Playa Blanca
Once a small fishing village, the Playa Blanca has grown-up to become one of Lanzarote’s most popular resorts. But its pace is quieter than some of its neighbouring hotspots. So, walk the promenade and enjoy the views across the Bocania Straits to Fuerteventura. Take a mid-morning dip at one of its soft, sandy beaches – including the popular Papagayo Beach. And there’s a weekly market to stop by and the Marina Rubicon’s got luxe and tourist-friendly stores sorted. The Marina’s also home to an assortment of laid-back bars and restaurants. For a great daytrip, catch a ferry from the port to Fuerteventura.
