The tiny resort of Anaxos is truly peaceful, with little to do but bathe under the warm Greek sun and its sandy beach is the perfect place to do this. With a few Greek tavernas offering welcome refreshment, this is an intimate base for exploring the island by hire car, taking in all Lesbos has to offer.
