A fantastic resort for beach lovers, due to the soft sand and shallow water, which are great for children and first-time windsurfers, Skalla Kalloni has a few restaurants and tavernas to choose from in the evenings and, in the spring, the area's a birdwatcher's paradise, sometimes even giving you the chance to spot flamingoes.
