About Lindos
Once the capital of the island, the resort's cobbled streets are filled with shops, tavernas and discos, but are just one side to the town; the other is steeped in history and culture. The ancient Lindos Acropolis Temple is one of the most famous in Greece and a popular place to visit but, if you want a simple beach holiday, there's a sandy shore too.
