Life at the Parque Santiago III Apartments is about the great pool scene. There’s a big chunk of turquoise for adults and one for your little ones, plus a huge sun terrace to soak up a few rays. What’s more, because it’s sat right on the beach, you’ve got the option of kicking back on the sands as well. Granted, it’s not the most accessible of properties, but with five restaurants, a couple of bars and use of all the facilities at its sister hotel, it makes for a great sunshine base.
