This family-run complex is as friendly as they come. There are only 36 apartments here, so you’re never just a room number. And it comes up trumps on the location front, too. The heart of Icmeler is just a 5-minute walk away, while the beach is around 15. It’s a pretty horseshoe-shaped cove and well worth the legwork.
But back at the hotel, it’s the quirky heart-shaped pool that steals the show. Bordered by thatched sunshades and comfy loungers, it’s a great place to unwind. There’s a separate kids’ pool, too, and a poolside bar-come-café that does a great line in rich Turkish coffees and cool-down drinks.
As for the accommodation itself, it was built fairly recently, so everything is nice and fresh. There’s a selection of apartment sizes on offer and they’re all simply styled, with white walls, fuss-free furniture and floral curtains. Well-equipped kitchenettes and private balconies come as standard, too – perfect for dining al fresco.
Lastly, if you don’t fancy rustling up your own meals, head for the poolside restaurant. It serves up a menu of local favourites and international dishes on its open-air terrace. Plus, it’s well worth checking out the weekly Turkish night.
