Booking amendments

You can make changes to your booking by logging into our Manage My Booking service.

Can I make amendments to my holiday?

Yes, you can amend your booking. However please note that there is usually an amendment fee for each person named on the booking and for every booking detail you change.

Itinerary changes (to departure date, airport, flight time, duration, destination or accommodation) are subject to the availability status at the time you amend your booking.


You can make amendments to your booking online via our Manage My Booking service. This service is only available to customers who have booked at firstchoice.co.uk or in one of our First Choice shops. Amendments to the following booking types cannot be made online - you must contact us by phone.

  • Bookings made via our call centres
  • Twin Centre holidays

I have booked a holiday, can I change the name of one of the passengers?

Yes, however there is a charge for this which is dependent on when you are travelling. Please contact us and have your booking reference to hand.

Can I add an extra person onto my package holiday booking?

Yes. To add another passenger onto your holiday booking, please contact us.
