The Royalton Bavaro is swinging open its doors in summer 2018. The pool scene will involve a swim-up bar and a lazy river, and there'll be a seven-strong line-up of restaurants. The bars will match them for number, and will include a place that shows live sports. You'll be able to have a dabble in the casino, or play football on the multi-sports court. Massages and body scrubs will be on offer in the spa.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Football and basketball are both on the to-do list, thanks to a multi-sports court. There's also a clubhouse and a playground for kids, and a hangout where teens can play pool and ping pong. Grown-ups, meanwhile, can have a flutter in the casino*.
The watersports centre* means that scuba lessons* and snorkelling* are on the cards. There's also kayaking* if you fancy a paddle out to sea.
- 9-hole minigolf*
