The pools at this place are seriously impressive. The main one has cushioned sunbathing platforms in the water, plus a sunken seating area where you can grab a drink. There are 5 restaurants – one’s beachside, and the others edge a central piazza. There’s a big buffet place with 7 cooking stations and a huge al fresco terrace, plus 4 speciality venues.
Tides restaurant* serves up seafood by the beach, the Japanese and Italian eateries have menus designed by a Michelin-star chef, and Chopsticks is an atmospheric al fresco Chinese restaurant.

This place overlooks the beach, with great views along the coastline. You can order from a range of international drinks and cocktails. Afternoon tea is served from 4pm-5.30pm.
