You won’t be short of places to cool off here – there are 17 pools, plus 2 aqua parks chock-full of slides. The hotel’s right on the beach, too, where you can try your hand at watersports. When it comes to mealtimes, you’ve got the main buffet restaurant, as well as a handful of à la carte venues that dish up everything from seafood to Asian cuisine.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
One of the bigger pools is reserved for water-based activities like aqua aerobics and water polo. Then on dry land you’ve got things like tennis, Zumba, belly dancing and beach volleyball.
For young guests there’s a hotel-run kids’ club that caters for ages 4 to 12, and they have their own playground for letting off steam as well.

Entertainment tends to be fairly low-key so it’ll probably be a local singer or dance act. That’s not to say things aren’t show-stopping, as you’ll see from the belly dancers and whirling dervish weekly.
There are a couple of bars that do nicely for chilled-out drinks – and if you sit on the terrace of the Fayrous Bar you’ll still hear the live singers, and sample a flavoured water pipe.

Entertainment in Egypt is low-key, and consists mostly of local Egyptian acts. Here you'll see evening shows and later on you can dance the rest of the night away with a disco.
There are 17 pools in total. One of the pools is heated during the winter months. And you’ve got a line-up of pools with in-water beds along the edges. In one pool, palm trees sprout out of the water.
The kids’ pools come with cute little waterslides and shaded canopies. You’ve also got a quartet of beach-side waterparks with a selection of chutes and slides. Pool bars provide drinks and snacks.

There's 14 slides for adults and four for children. Just so you know, children under 10 years old, or under 120cm tall, must wear floating aids when using the aquapark. You need to be over 12 years old, or taller than 120cm, to use the adult slides. There's a weight restriction of 120kg, too.
