The Be Live Experience Playa la Arena has a trio of pools, including one with a waterslide. Dinner’s taken care of by the buffet restaurant, plus there’s a poolside snack bar and Mediterranean restaurant, too. Tennis and minigolf are among the sports on offer. After dark, you can pick between a couple of bars. If you fancy a workout, the fitness centre’s kitted out with cardio and weight machines.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Spark up a bit of friendly competition in the games room*, where air hockey and ping pong tables are set up. If you’re handy with a putter, there’s a minigolf circuit, as well.
You can give archery a shot on the hotel’s range, and there’s a multi-use sports court for tennis and football. Little ones, meanwhile, can play on a pirate ship, or get stuck into arts and crafts at the hotel-run kids’ club.

Things centre around the international buffet restaurant, which dishes up everything from beef bourguignon to fresh mussels. The décor’s pretty swish, too – picture a spotlit ceiling, orb-like hanging lamps, and a canopied al fresco terrace.
If you want to treat yourself to a night of fine dining – Mediterranean à la carte style* – you can book a table at the poolside restaurant.

The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are Mexican, Canarian, Oriental, Italian and Indian themed nights throughout the week, plus show cooking stations at lunch and dinner. Vegetarian options are always available and any dietary requirements can be catered for. Just so you know, there's a dress code of full-length trousers or knee-length shorts, plus T-shirts with sleeves or shirts for men at all evening meals. High chairs are available for small children.

The restaurant is exclusive to those staying in the adult's area rooms. It's split between a bar area serving tea, coffee, beer and soft drinks, and on the other side there's a snack area serving tapas, light bites, fruit and sweets.

If you want to hit the treadmill, there’s a well-equipped gym* with up-to-the-minute machinery.
When dinner’s done and dusted, there are three bars you can pick from for evening drinks. One’s a sporty number, with pool tables and big screens, and another features a spotlit stage for live entertainment.

The two sea-facing pools are shaped like big blobs of paint, and come with sunloungers and palm trees for company. There’s also a zig-zagging waterslide that tumbles into a third, pint-sized pool.

Generous in size, the pools here are surrounded by glossy palms and lined with sunbeds. One of these is a plunge pool at the bottom of the waterslides.
