The à la carte Izbata restaurant* is set to be Bulgarian through and through. You’ll be able to chow down on regional recipes, sip wine made at a vineyard down the road, and watch fire-dancing performances.

Guests will head for the amphitheatre for the after-dark entertainment. Competitions, dance shows and DJs will be on the bill. Little ones will be kept on their toes with a mini-disco, too.
For something livelier, Sunny Beach is 20 minutes’ cab ride away.
