Chefs prepare Italian-inspired cuisine in an open kitchen at this elegant à la carte restaurant. The menu ticks off antipasti, soups, pasta, risotto, gourmet pizzas and mains from the grill. Typical dishes can include mozzarella with black olive pesto, roasted mushroom soup with truffle foam, brie and gorgonzola fettuccini, and pork medallions with prosciutto ham. Families especially love this restaurant for its big booths and lively atmosphere.

This adults-only tequila bar serves more than 30 different tequilas – straight, mixed, frozen or in cocktails. The bar itself has a frozen ice surface to keep your drinks chilled. The hotel’s expert bartenders host weekly tequila tasting sessions here, so you can get to know your Reposado from your Blanco.

- Restaurant dress code
Just so you know, most of Karisma’s gourmet restaurants have a dress code. At breakfast and lunch, it’s casual, but beachwear and headgear aren’t permitted. And at dinner, the dress code is casual elegant, which means no baseball caps or sports shorts. Smart shoes or sandals, trousers, skirts, dresses and formal or capri shorts are encouraged, and gents need to wear sleeved t-shirts or collared shirts instead of tank tops.

The spa’s* treatment menu ticks off luxury facials, couples’ experiences that finish with chocolate-dipped strawberries, and kids’ specials like berry body wraps and mini facials.

A Vassa Spa by Karisma, this retreat features a luxury treatment list and beauty salon, plus a steam room, sauna, whirlpool and cool-water plunge pools, an experience shower and relaxation lounge.

- Kids' treatments
The spa’s Kids’ Suite offers a special menu of treatments for youngsters. And there are massages, mud wraps, manicures and pedicures for 10 to 17 year olds.
