I went to this villa complex with 3 other girl friends in June 2019 with TUI holidays. It was amazing and so much better than we could have imagined. TUI flights ran on time and we had airport on site parking included which went smoothly. We had car hire included which was a good size (be aware you have to put down a large deposit when you get this which you get back if all in good order). The villa was about 20 minutes from the airport and you have a code to get into the main gate (watch out for the turning we couldn't find it at first there is a red wall). We were given our key from reception (the restaurant) and found our parking space by our villa. The complex is lovely relaxing and rustic each villa feels very private and has a spacious front room and kitchen (ours Dimitri Villa) had 1 en suite bedroom downstairs and 2 twin upstairs with the bathroom 1 bedroom had a spacious balcony overlooking countryside. There was a large patio garden area with space for tables, chairs and sun loungers with a large pool. The villa was cleaned daily and pool and garden area maintained daily with friendly staff. The beds were not very comfortable but they were clean and it would not stop me coming back (I am booked for 2 weeks this time)! The villa complex is just so lovely and peaceful and the on site restaurant is incredible and the lovely Maria (she really made the holiday amazing and is so friendly and accommodating) runs this and she and the food are amazing!! They held a Greek Night (were locals could also attend) and you got a 3 course meal and unlimited beer/wine for £15.00 and there were Greek dancers, fire show etc definitely put your name down for this. Within a 10/15 minute drive from the villa you can get to Supermarkets, beach, bars, restaurants, shops etc (you can buy lilos for about £5). There are plenty of places with all sorts of activities and tours to go and explore either jump in the car and explore yourself or you can book excursions with TUI or in the town locally. I would recommend these villas to everyone they are perfect and if I didn't ever have to leave I wouldn't me and my friends cannot wait for May for our 2 lovely weeks in our little slice of heaven <3 <3 <3

Me and my 3 friends went to Zakynthos and stayed with Maria in her villa last June. We had such a wonderful time. The villa itself was beautiful, very clean (cleaned daily) and with stunning garden and pool (again maintained daily) Maria was a wonderful host- her food is amazing, and Greek night is such good value at 15E for a 3 course meal and wine! We had such a lovely time that we are going back in May this year! I can't wait to pull up to the cobbled road and jump in our private pool! See you soon Maria! Abbie, Shala and Sarah x
Nice Place - pity about the neighbours pets!

We often do Grecian Villa Holidays. This place ticks all the boxes for amenities. Our villa was ‘Joanna’ which has 3 bedrooms - so nicely spacious. Each bedroom has an en-suite, albeit a shower attachment over a bath. However no plumbing issues. Kitchen was moderately equipped although no dishwasher. Clearing service good. The main negative were the ’dogs’ - some nights their whining was incessant - all through the night. Unfortunately we also found the main proprietor rather officious. I certainly didn’t need a rant on towel changing when one day we were left with none (due to a simple mistake by the super cleaning staff). I hope you enjoy your stay - as my pics show it’s a nice place - but on a development with around a dozen other villas. Joanna was the closest villa to the neighbours dog pound!
Not rustic !! Run down!!

We had high expectations of these villas, but was greatly disappointed ! ! The setting and exterior of these properties were beautiful but unfortunately the interior of the villa desperately needs attention in all areas . The property is being run to the ground with no money being put back into making this the outstanding place it could be on the island. The villa was dirty, linen & pillows in desperate need of replacement along with all electrical appliances, pool needed properly cleaning and floor surface redoing . For the money Tui are charging for this property you would expect higher standards.. also the rep who we reported our issues with on our meet and greet did not want to know ! Turned down an invitation to come and look for himself and we never saw him again for the rest of our 2 weeks stay, not even to check if our issues had been dealt with , which they weren’t !!! We had to buy 2 saucepans, oven gloves and other cooking equipment as there was inadequate facilities for self catering !! It stated in the pool rules not to use glasses around the pool but no plastic alternatives were provided. The bed was the most uncomfortable We have ever slept in !!! The shower heads were dirty and sprayed water everywhere but on you !! The shower curtain was disgusting !! The area around the pool was dangerous with broken concrete and uneven surfaces and all pool furniture ready to be condemned !! The island itself is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring it, this is a place I have visited many times before but the first time I have been completely let down by our decision in where to stay !!

Was a bit worried after booking then finding a mix of reviews that the place was a bit tired. However, my worries were mislaid! Such a lovely villa and private pool. The cooking facilities were enough for use to cook our breakfasts and a few evening meals. Though the cooker dials had worn away so we had to guess on temperature, it did not deter us and was no big deal! As per some of the reviews, the stairs and upstairs floor boards were a bit creaky but that only added to the charm of the stone villa. Just a note: the mattresses were hard and there are plenty of blankets sheets and pillows. We swam every day and enjoyed sunning on the patio when we weren't out exploring the island. We had a lovely lady who came every day and cleaned up after us, always smiling (as was Maria). Maria runs the establishment and heads the kitchen. She made sure everyone was happy and well fed. Very lovely lady to whom nothing was too much. Another highlight was the Greek Night. My family are not normally ones who enjoy these sort of things but we found ourselves up dancing, enjoying the wine (from their estate) and freshly cooked meal. We would definitely stay here again.
