SUNEO Atlantica Sancta Napa

I had been reading the reviews secretly worried I was building up our expectations but no its amazing. When we first arrived early evening no fuss straight to our rooms helped by the tui rep who was spot on throughout our stay. I was very pleased because one of my kids is scared of lifts and I had asked for ground floor on the original booking. But the 5th floor was extremely impressive all new and perfect. Glass balcony and the non sea view was gorgeous too. Child who is scared of lifts got fit running up stairs but was actually having such a good time ended up in the lift not caring. There was an incident when pink teddy went missing the rescue operation organised by the ladies on reception and our cleaner was 2nd to none and teddy was back within an hour. Thank you. So everything was spotless everywhere. No sun bed issues & providing towels really helpful. Lifeguard doing a great job. The staff are fantastic Cyprus & other nationalities working here so friendly and it just makes Cyprus stand out. Theo and Faruk and the other guys at the pool bar 10/10 loads of choice and plenty of little ice creams. Good vibe nice place to hang out through the day. I had told my family about Manager Ele from the reviews and my daughters spotted her and it is clear that she is 100 % committed to providing her guests an excellent holiday. She was helping her staff and she looked so proud of how things are its quite refreshing I dont think ive ever been somewhere and noticed the manager before. The staff in the restaurant working so hard all the time and so friendly Ive only remembered 2 names Jesus and Happy but everyone equally amazing. The food was wonderful high quality and variation and choice perfect. A special mention for the omelette chef in the morning and the deserts. The lady working there who swops your towels was so lovely with our kids. Its end of season so entertainment team not having many people but still all good. We enjoyed the games room (some need filled up) and the aeroplane room ideal for the odd half hrs play. Multigym area great for kids and inside gym was good too. Theres an ironing room worth noting if you arrive with creased clothes. Location could not be better on top of beach and on very outskirts of town 2 min walk but far enough away. So much to do. The sunsets around harbour are not to be missed. This hotel does need its star rating upgraded although I think this might have happened. It needs to with tui and trip advisor. One tiny criticism nothing to do to with the hotel is that the beach bar closest to the hotel that must usually have a dj outside was closed for end of season there were loads of people still around we would have appreciated if it was still open. We went to Nissi beach and everything still open there. Thank you Atlantica Sancta Napa for helping us make memories

An absolute gem of a hotel! Absolute brilliant location in the centre of everything! The staff are amazing and very very helpful and kind, shout out to Ilyan from the bar who was a great bar man. Ele the general manager was a very warm and lovely lady who took pride in what she does, she really cares about guests which makes the hotel that extra special. Food was great they had different themes each night, we ate there every night! Never once had a problem getting a sunbed, and the hotel was full so I’m unsure as to why people couldn’t get them. Thank very much for an amazing holiday I will most definitely be back!

We stayed there for a night. The bathroom had a terrible smell. The food buffet was really bad. Food was awful Both at dinner and breakfast. The only thing that surprised us was the politeness of the staff. The rest was really bad and cheap.
