Good hotel, breakfast a little disappointing

Approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the rail station. Friendly check in and speeded up by submitting passport details online before arrival. The property was modern, pleasant decor. Room was of good standard and clean. Bathroom in good condition though the dispenser for all purpose soap in the shower did not work. Breakfast was from 07:00. We arrived early and since our room wasnt ready, the hotel let us store our baggage in lockers, which was convenient.
The room was ok. Most importantly, clean. A typical B&B hotel room. However, it was extremely hot and the AC wasnt working, so we had to keep the window wide open all night in order to get some sleep.

Good location, max 15 minutes stroll from the station and maybe ten minutes to the city centre. A modern new building. The room had a high ceiling and a big window.
The room has a safe and a fridge. WiFi is excellent. The bed is comfortable.
But.
The shower needs to be replaced or redone. The grout at the base looks filthy. The door frame seems to be rusting.

The hotel is easy to find, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks very new and so everything is in perfect condition, and is spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a great choice of items and was good value. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom.
