      There are 3 pools located across the resort, with the main one tucked between the two hotel buidings. You'll find some Balinese beds* to relax on, with bar service at your sunbed. Just so you know there are about 30 steps between the restaurant, spa and pool area. To get to the beach you can use a ramp. You can use the staff entrance outside the hotel, along the street.

      Here, you have a choice of two buffet restaurants, serving up a variety of dishes for you to choose from. There's a diet food zone, a wellness zone, show cooking and carvery all on offer.

    • A la carte restaurant

      If you're Half Board or All Inclusive and staying for a minimum of 7 nights you'll get 1 visit per week here. Just so you know, reservations will need to be made in advance.

    We came here as our first holiday as a couple, and reading some of the reviews before we were about to come it was slightly worrying! We arrived and it was beautiful, everything was so so clean, the pools were lovely the location was perfect and it was the most relaxing holiday. Having only ever been on 5* holidays we were slightly dubious. The rooms were spotless and fresh, the food was lovely and the staff were brilliant. The only complaint would be in the dining hall there were not enough staff, the location was quite far out to go and do any youthful activities, we couldn’t go in the sea because of the jellyfish and we were by far the youngest people there. But saying that we are extremely picky and we would definitely go back again!! If you want relaxation, cleanliness, amazing weather, AMAZING views then this is the place to go do not hesitate.

    The hotel was absolutely amazing , clean , friendly staff, amazing food ! 5 stars would defo go back there in the future ! It has an amazing beach ! Which was clean , had great facilities amazing place to go and relax !! 5 stars 100%

    Don’t let how far away this hotel is from the airport put you off. This hotel has everything 3 different swimming pools, three restaurants, day time activities and evening entertainment, access to public beach and is close to shops and restaurants. My partner absolutely loved the buffet and I loved the deserts 🍰. But don’t eat at the hotel every night... go and explore the local area! If your looking for fun TUI representatives are on site to help. However, be mindful about some prices and don’t get the scuba diving experience with TUI... I am a professional diver and they charged why too much. There is a great scuba diving centre close by which is cheaper and has very friendly people. There is so much more I could say but I could go on 😂

    My friend and I stayed at this hotel in October, staff were very pleasant, there were a couple of things not so good though, one was cleanliness our room wasn't always very well cleaned. The other thing that spoiled it for me was all the steps to get down to the beach, I do have some mobility problems, so I only struggled down there once but would like to have spent more time there! The food we thought was very good always something we enjoyed. One other thing I would advise is don't book the Treasures of the East excursion if you have mobility problems AND talk on the coach as the tour guide tells you off as if you are back at school, my friend and I were never loud even as kids and to be told off for talking in our 60s on the coach was ridiculous. TUI make sure your guides on these trips are pleasant to everyone not just the few, she spoilt our day out. Apart from that we enjoyed our holiday. Good reps at the hotel also.

    Top class hotel brilliant sheltered site with more than adequate sunbeds around two pools as well as a beach area to sunbath and swim in the sea. To wake up in the morning and hear the waves breaking on the shore is amazing. Food quality was superb with a wide variety of choice, staff very attentive and friendly never had to call for a drink they were always aware when your glass needed replenishing. Rooms spacious and spotless with good quality bathrobes and slippers provided, only criticism was while on the balcony looking at people sunbathing or swimming in the sea, looking left or right by just moving your head you inadvertently found yourself looking straight into adjoining rooms, very poor design of balcony's subsequently spent very little time on it. Just 5 mins walk to town center and bus stops / taxi rank, plenty of bars and eating places
