This place makes a great holiday base – it’s got a family-friendly pool and packed activity line-up, plus the beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Ca’n Picafort’s laidback bars and restaurants. You’ll find a beach there, too. If you don’t fancy walking, a mini-train stops outside the hotel, which takes you into the centre.
Rooms here are kept simple, but comfortable. You’ll find a mini-fridge for storing snacks, a TV and balcony – some even come with sea views.

Hotel was very clean and good service provided at reception.Rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard daily. However we faced the busy road which was very noisy at night and the view was a lot to be desired the local petrol station.Food was good but if you do not eat pork or fish it was limited. I found the lunch time menu better than the evening breakfast was very good.Outside gardens were pleasant as was the pool area however people were up early hours to save their sunbed near the pool area. Bar staff helpful and worked hard.Entertainment was ok in the evening and something for everyone and all were encouraged to join in. Worth a visit good value for money and central for the bus to Alcudia and further a fieldMore

Could not fault this hotel staff friendly and excellent service all through the hotel food was amazing plenty to choose from good location rooms always cleaned fresh towels daily highly recommended will be visiting againMore
Excellent hotel, should be four stars
I could not fault this hotel. Although I stayed for the last week of the season, the staff we, without fail, still helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. My room was long and narrow to the point that there was only room for a single bed but there was good storage space, a decent shower and a nice little balcony. Room cleaning was exceptional with new towels on request and sheets changed a couple of times during my seven day stay. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Bar service was excellent with decent measures of spirits. Amstel on draught. The restaurant was light and airy. Food was good and varied although sometimes lukewarm. Staff service exemplary. The two remaining members of the entertainment crew were very active and good with kids. They also provided evening entertainment - bingo, quiz, karaoke etc - which was all you could ask for with the number of guests dwindling by the day. If this hotel had a sea view, I'm sure it would achieve four stars. Well worth a look.More

I returned from this hotel 2 weeks ago and it would have been 5/5 if the nighttime entertainment had been better.the hotel although at the back of the resort is an easy walk (max 10mins) from both the beautiful promenade and beach but also the shopping centre. The hotel is very very clean and the maid does a tremendous job, ours was singing all the time. Bedding changed a few times in a week and towels daily (but you need to put in the bath or they won't be changed) the bar area was ample big enough when we visited at the end of season but I guess in peak time it will get cramped but there are also plenty of seats outside. All inclusive drinks definitely not as strong as named brands but ideal , breakfast , lunch and dinner all buffet style help yourself to whatever you want. Food was excellent although does get a bit repetitive but always something different to try. Salad bar, cheese and crackers main courses and loads of lush deserts. Wine, red, white and rose and beer on tap as well as soft drinks. Most of the staff are great but Rafa did not like to empty the tables and was not very friendly. Bar open from after breakfast with snacks served 11am- 5pm every day with cake from 3pm. Must admit the snacks could have been on longer as on a night when you're having a drink a snack is nice. Ice creams available all day and night. Bar staff great, very helpful and friendly. Try either the strawberry or caramel vodka...lush. The pool is a good size but deep even at the edge no good for non swimmers. Sunbeds no issue when we were there at getting one, always available and plenty of shade to move them to if you so require. Reception staff are lovely and helpful and our two Thomson reps Michael and Leanne were really good too.however what let down the hotel was the night time entertainment, the team try their best but for an all inclusive holiday it was dire. One outside entertainer the whole time we were there a band called double vision were so bad you had to laugh and drink more. I would have given 5 marks if they had more bands on. A supermarket right across the road if you need anything and a tabac shop literally just along the street. Pirates bar on the promenade was a lovely place to relax and have a cocktail while watching the world go by. Would highly recommend this place and will certainally be back sometime in the futureMore
Hotel and surrounding area.
A lovely hotel with polite and helpful staff. Rooms airy and spacious. Food served all day, which didn't help the waistline. Short walk to shops and promenade and markets. All in all a lovely holiday. There is free wifi.More
