    This property – which used to be called TUI FAMILY LIFE Atlantica Mare Village – is a member of our tailored-for-families range. Its kids’ clubs are a cut above, the restaurant’s got a dedicated children’s section, and there’s a splash zone for playing in.

    Set on a stretch of Rhodes' Kolymbia coast, this hotel has impressive sea views. It’s right on the edge of a sand and shingle beach, and the neighbourhood’s populated with family-friendly hotels, so you’re in good company.

Minis is for 3 to 5-year-olds, while Maxis is for 6 to 11-year-olds. Nearly all of our Kids’ Clubs are free, with parties* available at a small charge. All of our Kids’ Club team are trained to TUI standards and have undergone relevant checks.

    A very good family holiday at a fantastic hotel. The staff and TUI reps are fantastic. The service is impeccable and the premises including rooms are modern and well presented. The views over the sea and the sunset every night is incredible. There is a nice little walk down to the sea which is just rocks but nevertheless beautiful and great for snorkelling. We stayed for two weeks. The first week was a 5 out of 5 but the second week was massively over allocated. If you weren’t down by 0730 you wouldn’t get a sun bed for the day which is poor. It seems the main pool and pool area is too small for the hotel when half terms / school holidays kick in which is a real shame. Service obviously dropped on the second week too. Good points - Views, Overall Service, Food is 5 star considering buffet style, Rooms, Modern Hotel, Drinks are fab, Entertainment staff brilliant. Andreas at the bar and Nicoletta on the terrace were amazing to us, Pool is only 1.2m deep at deepest which is good for kids and means it’s not too cold outside of summer months. Bad Points - Main pool area too small for size of hotel, no beach :(, nowhere near enough for kids for two weeks considering it is a family hotel, hugely overpriced. We paid £5,200 (full price for three toddlers) for one of the toddlers to not even have a proper bed. When you compare what you pay for two weeks at a huge Caribbean resort it doesn’t match. Despite the list of the few bad bits this IS a class hotel from the moment you walk in. Very organised and professional. Throughly enjoyed holiday and a solid 4 out of 5. Thank you

    We visited the hotel in October and it completely exceeded my expectations Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Europe Food quality was brilliant for an all inclusive, always hot, excellent choice and even when the hotel got busy it was well replenished. Never had problems finding somewhere to sit for dinner even outside. We visited both a la cartes and the food and service was brilliant Evening entertainment was excellent and my daughter loved Bamses disco We loved the relax pool and especially Elona on the bar who couldn’t do enough for you, yes you had to be up early for a sunbed but where in Europe don’t you 🤷‍♀️ We absolutely loved the terrace bar where the service was first class especially from Nicoletta and Valentin, always smiling and making you feel welcome The rooms were super modern and beds were really comfortable, our swim up was AMAZING and well worth an extra cost and not only that the room was spacious We started our stay in a sea view room which was beautiful as well with lovely views Any problems we had Domokos and Afriditi at reception couldn’t be more helpful and efficiently sorted anything we needed. Stellios the assistant manager was so helpful and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you We have previously been repeat customers in another Atlantica hotel in Cyprus which we thought couldn’t be beat but this was absolutely on par and we will DEFINITELY be back next year I absolutely recommend this hotel and I couldn’t think of a single negative point to raise
    Nice hotel but over crowded

    We visited this hotel in October with 2 small children. The hotel itself is beautiful and could be a good hotel but it was so over crowded that you were paying for services you could not access. The beds by any swimming pool were impossible to get even from 7am they were all taken, with some people not even appearing at their reserved beds until lunchtime but the hotel does nothing about it. We found it difficult with small children to have no where to sit buy the pool. The food in the buffet is just average and not impressive at all. There are 2 restaurants that you can supposedly visit on your stay but from our first day I tried to book and these were full, terrible that you just cannot access these things in a 5 star hotel. So we ended up eating out of the hotel every night when we had paid for all inclusive. The kids club looked good but again fully booked every single day which left my little girl disappointed. It seems people had been moved to this hotel from others in the area which meant it was so over crowded but nothing to compensate the people that had booked here and then could not gain access to basic services. The room was cleaned every 2 days but very basic and the area around our pool and floor was not clean. We had a couple of unwanted visitors in terms of cockroaches in our room but not sure if this is usual for Cyprus? We would not visit again which is a shame as it could be a good hotel if things were not so unavailable

    A lovely family oriented hotel Pros - Hard working staff especially in restaurants and bars (Yamas to Nikoleta) - TUI staff - Wide choice of food in buffet and cocktails in bars - Children's entertainment - Lounge bar especially at sunset - Mark (lounge bar entertainer) - Soundproofing in rooms. Cons - sunbeds the signs said not to, but main and taverna pool sunbeds reserved with towels from very early in morning. - TV Not a big deal for us, but the clever room TV has a very limited number of UK channels. - Beach. It's a bus trip to the nearest beach (but it's quick and cheap). - Meze Meal. We were a little disappointed with the meal in the Taverna restaurant. - Lounge bar is great in the evening, but outside seating would benefit from review as sometimes (understandably) 2 people needing a seat would take up seating that could be used by up to 6. - More bottled water in rooms would be good. - Toilet paper. Didn't see any signs about putting this in the bin per Cyprus rules. In response to a question TUI confirmed that we should. Tips - If travelling with TUI download the TUI Blue App. Use the QR codes at bars etc. Book Taverna and Green Lounge meals asap after arrival as only open certain days. - If going out make a picnic (wrap, fruit salad etc) from the restaurant by the water park.

    I arrived on the 14th October for 1 week with my family. We were told this was a 5 star hotel but we did not feel as though we received a 5 star service. The rooms were average and we could hear everything around us, people walking down the corridors, people outside and on their balcony even with our doors closed and locked. The food at the buffet and snack bar were average, we didn't use the buffet for the last 2 days. On the Saturday we saw a huge change on breakfast and service with champagne and extra food available but following this there seemed to be minimal food. Eating in the buffet felt like eating in a school cateen, I would expect a 5 star hotel to atleast offer table service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a 5 star experience, I have been to 4 star hotels with way better experience than here.
