Stayed at this hotel for New Years break! The room was big, bed very comfy. Had a balcony with fantastic views. The food was at very good standard. So much choice! Catered for everyone. Snacks available 24/7. You could make your own toasties, burgers etc . Bar staff were very friendly and their cocktails were really good! Only down side to the holiday was the weather! Wasn't great at all very cold. Animation team were good. All friendly apart from one English guy can't remember his name but found him very rude towards us. Evening entertainment was ok but the animation team just mimed the shows. Loads to do outside of the hotel. Beach is just a few meters away. Felt safe in the hotel as to exit the hotel onto the beach is security gates. You need your room key to be able to get back into the hotel. Overall was a lovely hotel and look forward to returning in the future.More
Excellent hotel, weather a little disappointing as very windy and a little chilly at times but didn't stop us having a great time. Staff very friendly towards the children and animation team involve them every day which was great. Room very good and beds lovely and comfy. Mini golf very good though have to pay but discounted rate. Would def recommend. More

Excellent 2 weeks from 9th may to 23rd may. !!!
Fantastic Hotel , Most highly recommended. Responsive, caring and efficient service and staff. Very clean resort, great to see so many happy smiling faces, from both clients and staff. I loved the production of the Lion King and Celtic Dancing. After falling ill I was looked after superbly and sensitively. I will most certainly be visiting the Barcelo again, in fact I can't wait to get back. Food Excellent, cocktails lovely. Most highly recommended. XxMore

Generally a very high standard in all respect The Restaurant could be noisy due to many small children - My mistake - we had been used to 'couples' hotels and did not realise that family meant families with pre-school children in off peak period.More

Excellent hotel , food and staff. Stayed for a week from 13 May . Had a wonderful time . Only drawback was the entertainment . Who wants to see the entertainment group , miming les miserable when on holiday , you want something happy like the entertainment last year which was excellent , even when they preformed star lite express it just didn't work . But overall it is a wonderful place to stay and will defiantly be going backMore
