This beachside hotel comes with a duo of pools and restaurants, and it’s big on activities, too.
There are 2 lagoon pools and 2 restaurants – 1 does buffets, the other is a speciality grill. You’ve also got an A to Z of activities, while in the evening there’s entertainment in the theatre.
Location-wise, this hotel hits the right spot. It’s right on a sandy beach, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk from shops and bars in the centre of Costa Caleta.

We always enjoy holidaying at this hotel fab place staff exceptional we always go in December and the weather is lovely on the sea front good walks around the island and of course a visit to the zoo is essentialMore
Good in many respects
Spacious rooms, good choice of well prepared food in buffet restaurant, generous pool/sunbathing area and proximity to Caleta's beach are the strong points of this hotel. Negatve aspects were stained seating upholstery in bedroom and pool area, dirty tablecloth, very long queues at check-in, table and drinks cleared while we had gone to the dessert counter, restaurant staff sometimes pushing in front of guests, lack of heating in bedrooms (17c was the maximum we experienced) and a payment system for restaurant drinks that was not explained to guests and operated in different ways by different staff. In no way the fault of the hotel, we did see two people in the restaurant picking food out of a food ladel with their fingers and then returning the ladel for the rest of us to use. Another point needing to be mentioned (again, no fault of the hotel) is the considerable beach reconstruction work going on in from of the hotel. This work looks as though it could continue for several months (current date 18th January, 2017).More
Last minute deal
We booked a week here as a Thomson Late Deal to escape the British weather. This is a nice, well-kept hotel; the room we had was excellent, spacious, comfortable bed, good maid service, good wi-fi reception in the room and the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking in the grounds at the front of the hotel, admittedly you have to pay for it (3 euros a day) unless you are in a superior room, which luckily we were; but this is well worth paying for as finding a parking space in Caleta can be a nightmare. The location of the hotel is excellent too, very central but never seemed noisy (not even when the planes flew overhead on approach to the airport, which is only a few minutes away). The one disappointment was the food - mediocre is as good a word as any to describe our opinion of the selection and quality, and neither of us is a fussy eater. We enjoyed our stay but would have enjoyed it more if the food had been better.More
I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions over the last ten years, never have I found any faults with the rooms, food or staff. It's in a great location in Caleta, close to the airport about â¬13 by taxi takes all of ten minutes. Excellent sea views recommend a superior room with large screen TVs, free wifi extremely comfortable beds. Food is of a very high standard, numerous sun beds nice gardens, very hygienic in all areas, ok it's under the fly path of arriving planes but that is not a problem, so if you think of booking it just go for it and enjoy your stay.More
Cannot fault anything at this hotel. The staff were excellent the food brilliant, the service from all staff could not be faulted, the location for shops and a walk to the Port was also excellent, the Wi-Fi was available throughout the complex and was free.More
