This beachside hotel comes with a duo of pools and restaurants, and it’s big on activities, too.
There are 2 lagoon pools and 2 restaurants – 1 does buffets, the other is a speciality grill. You’ve also got an A to Z of activities, while in the evening there’s entertainment in the theatre.
Location-wise, this hotel hits the right spot. It’s right on a sandy beach, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk from shops and bars in the centre of Costa Caleta.

Knowing the hotel well it has probably improved since our visit last year. The poolside bar and food area is much better with more outdoor seating. WiFi is somewhat better although I chose not to pay for the superfast optional connection. The main resturant can not be faulted for this size of self service hotel. Great choice, good quality, tasty food and long opening times. The evening entertainment can be a bit amature but you dont pay for it. I would recomend you go fully inclusive and go for a superior room, this way you get free access to the Thalaso Spa if you want to escape the crowds around the pool in the busy season.More

We stayed here last May. Rooms were very clean and the food was great with plenty of choice. We recommend this resort if you're staying in Fuerteventura. Slight wait at the bar however for drinks. They could really improve in this area...More
Booked directly via Barcelo website as we wanted the best room, Superior Sea View. Room was huge with very big bed and great shower and view overlooking the harbour, worth paying extra for. Food was OK but have had better in other 4 star hotels, food layout seemed to be not organised so had to walk around to find what I wanted, maybe this explains what some say about food not being hot? Entertainment was very good better than expected as some large hotels I have stayed we would give it a miss but watched show every night then went out till late. Decided to stay 1/2 board from advice on TA about the AI bar closing at 11pm! So we paid as we drank and got better service as we were paying cash? (with a small tip) Plenty of room around the pool and quiet at the beach end by Block 3 with easy access to sea front. Only 10 minute taxi ride from airport so even if on package worth paying for taxi rater than wait for coach fo 10 Euro each way. Opted for late checkout till 6pm or later if you needed as hotel wasn't full this time of year Highly recommend though resort only big enough for a week, ideal winter break.More
Hotel was nice clean and spaceous. Rooms large and comfy beds and bathroom area was great with the mirror sink area separate from toilet shower fab for us women getting ready for the evening. Pools lovely great location right by the beach. The spa was nice but weird to walk in ya robe out hotel gate and across the promenade was still worth a visit tho. Downsides were the restraunt way to busy always had to wait for a table and waiting staff not helpful happy or friendly one even pushed my mother over as she tried to sit down. Food below average for a 4 star but not horrendous. The bar is okay if ya like to que up and ya won't get a seat if you go to dinner after 6 pm ! We sat every evening in reception as nowhere else to go also the only bar in evening is in entertainment bit so if ya don't want dancing parrots and the lion king then tuff !More
