Amazing hotel and amazing stagg
This was our first time all inclusive and will definitely go here again, the hotel was spotless and decorated to a nice modern standard. We traveled during May half term, the weather was lovely, with a nice breeze, whilst some have moaned about the breeze, we found it quite refreshing and we were able to sit out in it all day long. There was plenty of food, with lots of choice and we didn't find it repetitive at all, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by too if you want to eat out. By far though, the best thing about this hotel is its staff, all the staff are friendly and welcoming and they made a real fuss of my 7year old. Special credit goes to Tito, Ramon, Ivan and Santiago but to be fair, everyone I met was amazing - nothing was too much trouble :) Although there were a few people reserving sunbeds, we never had a problem getting three together, even on our first day when we didnt arrive until 2pm. Yes you have to pay for wifi, but this didn't bother us as we loved spending family time and again, there are lots of bars nearby where it is free. This hotel gets 5 out of 5 stars from me, especially for the price we paid. Thank you so much for a fab holiday :)More

great hotel, great location, great fun
Just got back from this hotel, was there for a week, and enjoyed everyday. If you want relaxing, chilled out, easy going then this place is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and helpful, they are there to help you pass your time your way, if you want help and assistance with where to go, what to see then you only need to ask, if you want to lie by the pool and just switch off, then fine. And if like me and my family you like to join in in the activities then there is a full programme to take you from 10 0'clock in the morning till 5 o'clock in the afternoon, with a nice break around lunchtime. The games include rifle and pistol shooting to crazy golf and of course killer pool, that is on a pool table not in the pool. The rooms are a good size, if you can get one without an 'N' after the number they are even bigger. All you need to do, is pack your clothes jump on the plane and away you go, you get toiletries, and can hire towels, so no need to take them with you. Now points to take note off, if you take an early flight, and arrive nice and early at the hotel, your room might not be available, check out is 12 o'clock, and check in is not till 3 o'clock, while the hotel will try and help out, with a room to change in, waiting around for your room is not always helpful. The only way for disabled people to access the upper bar area is via an outside stair lift, not ideal. When the hotel run their special dinner nights, the poolside bar is out of action, which means the only bar available is the upper bar. This hotel needs a ground floor bar, that is always available. If you want wifi access, you have to pay for it, and take note, the wifi access is for 1 device at a time, so if need more than one code, it is going to cost you. But the local bars do have free wifi.More

Can't fault it at all
We have just come back from a 10 night stay which was no where near long enough. The hotel and staff were amazing. Cannot find fault at all. The location of the hotel was brilliant. Close to two lovely beaches and plenty of shops and bars. We are looking to return in September. More
