we went for 1 week I booked direct through be live website no problem what so ever and you save money. I requested a pool view and I got one. going in the height of season its extremely busy and you will have to get up at 6.30am to get asunbed. this was a draw back. also no wifi or English telly. but your on holiday you should be outside. but if you don't get up at 6.30am then your stuffed lol the food and drinks were amazing id certainly recommend. there were theme nights you can book also. id advise premiumdrinks as drinks on offer werelimited. I was so glad a paid a bit extra. excellent location to beach and shops. I found staff very helpful. waiters always smiling evening entertainment I could not fault. the animation team were fantastic especially danny. they do go the extra mile. I will be going back to this hotel but not in the height of season happy holidaysMore
The location of the hotel is great straight on to the beach. it does get a little windy and at night ladies may want to have a cardigan at hand. The hotel it self is lovely and clean. The staff are amazing they are always willing to help. The rooms are nice size but mixed feeling on the beds. The hotel is not huge so you don't have that busy feeling all time so it makes it a much more relaxed feeling. The bars where great as you can serve your self through day and on night with 3 bars and table service you never had to wait for a drink. The food is fine standard All inclusive, some nights were better than others. The entertainment team where great, especially mini club my 2 daughters 11 and 5 loved it. On a night the stage outside really worked as you could relax there and later on go inside with out the panic of will there be seats or not.More
We loved our stay in this hotel. Staff were amazing , food was excellent, apartments were spotless and cleaned every day. The pool area is also well kept and you can get all inclusive until midnight in the Brandy Well bar which is part of the hotel. We will definitely be going back next year.More
