Good value short break
If we had read some previous reviews of this place before we booked (last minute) then we would have given this place as miss. it was therefore a very pleasant surprise that we had a great time here. The check in did take slightly longer than expected, but plied with a few glasses of 'fizzy' we soon forgot about that. All of the Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was quite modern, spacious and kept very clean throughout our stay. The restaurant was very good and food was perfectly adequate without being gourmet quality. Drinks were free flowing all day every day and we did not see anyone abusing this service. One niggle was that the Wi Fi was a chargeable extra, surely in this day an age that should be included. However if you visit the local pub, they will provide this service free for you. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village near bars and restaurants, (should they be required) but we heard no noise nor saw any rowdy behaviour. All in all, very nice.More

Arrived back on Sunday after 7 days there with my wife. AI holidays are not our usual bag as we much prefer to wander and select bars/eateries but the cost of here compared with S/C holidays made it a no-brainer. Greeted with a glass of sparkling plonk on our arrival after a 90 min delay leaving the UK, seamless check-in and were informed that the restaurant was now closed but if we dropped our bags in the room we would have cold meats and salads freshly prepared once the staff had cleaned the restaurant. No complains from us. The hotel itself is spotless and the staff are always laughing and joking with each other while remaining professional for guests, a sign of a happy staff. Food in the restaurant was better than I expected after reading the reviews on here the options were varied from an 'English' fry-up a breakfast through 2/3 choices of warm food lunch and evenings, also there was an extensive cold choice at all times. Beer, wine, coffee and various soft drinks were available from dispensers with the option to purchase fresh orange juice or bottled wine. On occasions the restaurant area was a bit loud with chairs scraping the floors and some people wander around with plates of food in their own little world which can be a pain. The pool bar food was a little disappointing but using it would be a personal choice. Drinks throughout were 'local' shorts but they tasted fine and there was rarely any sort of queue to get served. We were in a sea view room (an N room in Block 1) which only had 10 mins sun per day but had a great view over the bay. The room itself was quite modern but on the small size, the twin beds could have been smaller to give more space, the wardrobe opened into the walkway close to the bathroom and had no light near it meaning that a mobile phone torch was need to see what you were doing, there was also a lack of drawer space with just 2 small ones in the wardrobe. Bedside cabinets with drawers would have been useful. Bathroom large and spacious. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily and towels changed daily if needed. Should we go AI again we would definitely look at this or a Be Live hotel again.More

B Live Experience Lanzarote Beach Hotel
Returned yesterday after 2 weeks at this hotel. Arrived 8 pm on a Sunday night. No queueing at reception to await booking in etc. Our luggage was taken care of and we were escorted to the dining room by a very courteous and pleasant chap. After dinner we returned to reception and were given room details and our passports returned. The weather was less than clement so we braced ourselves for a rocky fortnight. Sun was scarce and wind was fierce. We believe that if the staff could have provided better weather they would have gone out of their way to do so, such is their commitment to the well being of guests. The location is excellent and in our experience the staff are second to none! From the manager (who appears to be in attendance at all hours of the day and night), down to every last member of staff. We were greeted by chefs, waiting staff, maids, bar staff, reception staff. Every employee contributed. Evening entertainment was professional and varied. Food catered for all tastes. All in all a first class hotel complimented by all members of staff. Not a negative comment in sight. WE WILL RETURN Sonny & Liz LawsonMore

Lovely Friendly Hotel
Just returned from a lovely break in this very friendly hotel. The check in was very quick, left our suitcases in reception, and went straight in to the dining room for lunch, after lunch given our room no, what a surprise on opening the door we had been given a large family room (1204) which overlooked the childrens pool, lovely position we got the sun whenever it came out, the room was very well equiped, two large wardrobes, plenty of hangers nice comfy beds, and a nice lounge type area to relax in, large bathroom with walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and proffesional always had a smile for everyone, food was very good especially at breakfast, but also a good choice at dinner , plenty of variety something for everyone, drink was also good, cant comment on the pool bar as we only used it for drinks. The hotel is ideally situated very close to everything , right on the beach and also two minutes walk from the square which was very busy at night, If you wanted to stay in the hotel there was always a show on at 9.30, we watched some very good entertainment, all in all a lovely holiday in a lovely hotel,(pity about the weather) . Will certainly recommend the hotel as it was fantastic value for money. It was also one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in.More

Just come back from a week with two friends booked this on the reviews and it was better than expected good food lovely staff very clean and in a good position we had a pool view room which was said previous better than sea view as it can be very breezy we did have a room with 'N' and they are small but for a week its no problem and they have lovely bathrooms ,my only negative apart from the weather !!! being quite cool was that they tend to rush you out of the resturant in the evening when the bar area is closed they push you downstairs to the lounge not a problem but there isnt enough seats apart from that we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend itMore
