Good Hotel but needs a few tweaks
we stayed here last week in November very impressed with the Hotel our room was over looking the rear of the entrance to reception which was fine room was very modern flat screen TV and a mini fridge to store your free bottles of water which are available from reception please be aware when you have a shower it will make the floor soaking wet screen is not big enough very dangerous !!!!. there is a Bar attached to the hotel which is also part of your A/I the bar has a really nice atmosphere staff are amazing you can even have a waiter take your order The Evening entertainment is upstairs from reception this is far better than I have seen I this type of Hotel they had Bingo twice a week which all takings go to Make a Wish Live entertainment starts at 9.30 and lasts a hour Pool area is very clean plenty of sunbeds there was no rush for them while we was there was a few people still there about 7am with towels on the beds there a pool bar where you can help yourself to soft drinks, wine ,beer and hot drinks there's food also available all above are good points but there is a few bad points On Arrival we was asked to show our passports thinking we was going to be checked in I was then asked if we could please go to the pool bar and have a drink and then return in approx.20 mins after staying at reception and asking a few questions why they did check me in which only took 10 min Restaurant is very depressing and cramped it is underground with no windows there is just enough room for a waiter to get passed the tables you can not have a private conversation As for food it is good quality but not always warm you have to line up like being at school as there is only one hot counter ,the temperature of the food in the pool bar was colder than the restaurant hot plates was not even on while we was there , We only did one al a carte which the Mexican the service and food was amazing I finished my drink and before I knew it the waiter had collected my glass and refilled it ) these al a carte meals are done in the pool bar the food is cooked fresh and is very hot and fresh we had been reading that they had free WIFI in the lobby wrong they do have WIFI which costs 31 euro a week i was reliably informed that this also does not work so do not waste my money i used my own phone and cost less then the hotel would of charged i have been to the island many times so only did one trip which was short south tour booked through First Minute instead of Rep much cheaper our tour guide was Michael and Driver was Jose, Michael was brilliant knew lots about the History of the Island can well recommend booking with them One point i hope the hotel will take note of while we was there they had some sort of protest outside reception there was a crowd of approx. 30 people with banners and horns not knowing what this was about it did feel a bit intimidating i asked at reception what this was all about they answer i got of the male member of staff was not what i expected he said they are protesting to have more good looking women in the hotel shocked i asked again he then said i do not know it would of been good if guests that was in reception was told do not be afraid it is a peaceful trade union protest which we found out later This Hotel has loads more good points than bad would i go back maybeMore

Would visit again
Our arrival was very good, we got here half way through lunch so was taken straight to the restaurant before checking in, when checking in we were both offered a glass of champagne, they explained the layout of the hotel etc. You also get free bottles of water which you can help yourself to at reception. Our room was lovely and clean, cleaners came in daily to clean, bedding and towels which were changed regularly. The cleaners done a fantastic job keeping the hotel clean. Breakfast was really nice, lots to choose from. Full English items such as sausages, bacon, tomatoes, fried egg, scrambled egg. Then toast, choices of butter, marg, jam or chocolate spread. Cereal, doughnuts, croissants, yogurts. Lunch was varied. You could either go into the pool bar for pizza, chips, burgers, sausages, a pasta dish, bread and salad. Or the restaurant which had salad, rolls, selection of meat usually turkey breast or pork, then some sort of fish. Then chips, potatoes, pastas, vegetables, rice etc. Then cakes and ice cream for pudding. Tea time was much the same as lunch but they had all different types of pasta and sauces to accompany the pasta which they cooked in front of you. We did experience cold food a couple of times especially at breakfast. We even ate out for a couple of evenings as we were starting to get bored of the food here. We had tea at big bobs American diner which is about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Situated in the square where the market is held on a Wednesday and Friday evening, would definitely recommend a visit to both the diner and the market. You have to pay extra for cocktails which are two for 5⬠but definitely worth it, they are lovely. The slush drinks in the pool bar are lovely, particularly the tequila sunrise. The brandy well pub is lovely addition to this hotel and lovely to sit in of an evening. If you sit down a member of staff will come and ask you what you would like to drink, as soon as they see your glasses empty they will come and offer you another drink, very good service. The teguise market would be one I would recommend but don't book through your rep. It is 15⬠each to book through the rep. But we caught the bus ourselves which cost us 2.50⬠per person each way. You can catch the number 11 bus outside pueblo marinero which is where the little market is on a Wednesday and Friday evening. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the only thing that let it down was the repetitive food during lunch/tea times but we would definitely visit again. More
Great place to holiday!
The hotel is in an excellent location, beach outside the back door and town on the front door step. We were in the adults only club, which gave us several extras, including free WiFi, pool towels and a separate section in the dining room. The room was amazing, among the best we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, towels were changed every day and the walk in shower was fabulous. The room was cleaned every day. Bottled water was supplied. There was a fridge and kettle in the room and tea and coffee were replenished daily. We had a wonderful sea view and a large balcony, which sadly didn't get the sun,, but that is probably a plus in the summer. The only criticism would be the food, which although plentiful, did sometimes lack quality and it was not very warm. The speciality meals were disappointing. Overall I would recommend this hotel, because we really enjoyed the location and the facilities.More

Spent 1 week all inclusive at the end of November at this hotel, we have stayed at better in the past. Weather intermittent sun due to clouds, nice when suns out, cool at night in Nov Plus Points - The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Teguise close to shops and restaurants. The food was fine, usual fair and always something you like to eat, some things overly salty. The hotel is very clean and staff excellent and friendly. Milena tended to all the cleaning in our room, she was fantastic Lovely decorated room, moder San Miguel beer is on tap, cocktails extra but good Beach is very close and is an excellent alternative to the congested pool area, 12 euro a day for 2 sunbeds. Nice flat walks around the coast to walk off the buffet You can buy a large beer in teguise for 1-2 euros, we ate out at an indian and chinese for a change and it was very reasonably priced Bottled water is complimentary, you pick up passing reception Only 15mins in the bus from airport, late check out 1200hrs Fridge in room free, safe is not Learning Points The main restaurant is far too cramped and busy, tables far too close together, quite off putting eating and conversing with strangers so close. The pool area is a bit cramped, used to more open areas, one area gets the sun all day but the beds are reserved by folk who get up early although against hotel policy. Option to drink at bar or the entertainment area, quite limited options. Balcony area not very private from neighbours There is only so may times you can watch BBC World news in one day, thats the only english channel of note, so store up your devices with movies etc to watch. 30 euro for Wifi for a week is charged additionally per device but hotelMore
