stayed here in February for my wife's 50th and had such a great time we went back again last week. the staff are second to none. we were welcomed back with opened arms. the staff really work hard to make your holiday a memorable one whether in the bar, restaurant, animation team and housekeeping, we are looking at returning again later in the year. the star rating should be increased for this hotel. it is well situated. central to all the action in costa teguise. pubs, restaurants, and all very reasonably priced for a night out if you fancy a change from the all inclusive. i would highly recommend Tienanmen Chinese buffet. all you can eat 6:50 Euro. a fantastic hotel run by fantastic staff and well worth a visit again and again.More

My family and I have just arrived home after a two week stay. The Hotel was amazing. Staff where very helpful. Only down side of the hotel was the weight I put on. Food was amazing. Such a brilliant choice from the salads, mains and yummy puddings. I would especially like to thank the entertainment team. I was very proud to receive my Hotel t.shirt for winning 10 certificates. Everyday they kept us entertained. And had lots of great advice to which part of Lanzarote to visit. We would also like to point out how very clean the hotel was. The pool area had enough sunbeds for everyone. And the lifeguard kept all the pool area spotless. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.More

I usually like to mix up which hotels I stay at and have never vitiated the same one twice - but I made an exception for this one. The staff and management have it spot on with how to relate to guests. They are positive, helpful and friendly. Particular mentions for Rens, who is extremely helpful on reception; Daphne, who is professional and polite and always affords a smile at dinner; and Miguel, who's big smile when serving at the bar was always well received. The location is perfect, as many other people have said. Within 2 minutes walk you can be on the beach, at the main square in the evening or be at some nice waterfront bars. There are other smaller beaches within 10 minutes walk. Rooms perfectly cleaned and healthily sized. Pool view rooms get evening sun if you like to sit out in it. Food very good. I am a fairly fussy eater but still had choices of meat, fish, pasta, salads each day. My friend who is less fussy probably ate somethong different each night. The wine and beer is more than drinkable for an all inclusive hotel. Though local bars are very reasonably proved if you want something more specific. No problem with sun loungers. Pool very cold but it was possible to get used to it. If I had one criticism it would be that the cleaners are very noisy from about 7:30am. Their trolleys cannot be helped, which I understand but they were very loud at times talking amongst themselves as they clean outside. May only be a problem if you are ground floor. This did not ruin my break and merely served as an alarm clock to help me get up for breakfast. Overall you will enjoy visiting this hotel, of this I have little doubt. I will be back again and you will not regret choosing to stay here too. Thanks to all at the hotel.More
