Wonderful stay at this brilliant hotel
Have just returned from a week's stay at this hotel with the other half and it really was a truly relaxing holiday. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and all speak great English. We arrived around 1pm (starving) where they took our bags for us and immediately showed us through to the restaurant for lunch (the only downfall for me was no champagne reception as I had seen in some other reviews!!). Once suitably full, and after a glass or two of wine, we returned to reception where we checked in with no fuss all under 5 minutes. The room was lovely and clean, with a great sea view. The air con worked great and made a huge difference. The maids cleaned daily and did an excellent job. Food at the hotel is good. For once my other half preferred it to me (and he is the fussy one). There was always lots of choice - fresh salads, a variety of freshly cooked meats and fish, different pasta dishes and a big selection of breads and cheeses. Breakfast was my favorite meal - their scrambled eggs were amazing!! It's a help yourself set up when it comes to drink...red/white/rose/sangria and beer on tap with your usual pops (fanta, pepsi, 7up etc), juices (orange, apple, pineapple) and coffees available throughout the day at both the pool bar and restaurant. They do amazing slushy cocktails (pina colada, tequila sunrise, baileys coffee and a few more) and spirits are also available. There are some cocktails that require a charge of 2-2.50 Euro, the mojito being one of them, however this was the best mojito ever!!!! (And in the town they are about 6euro so definitely worth it). These are charged to your room and you pay on departure. The location of the hotel is great. There is a gate at the back of the hotel which leads you pretty much straight on to the beach which was great as you could nip back and help yourself to a couple of beers/cocktails and then take them back onto the beach with you! There are sunbeds available on the beach charged at 12euro for 2 but are definitely worth it. The 'square' is a couple of minutes walk away which contains loads of bars and restaurants with live music every night and a market every weds/fri. Great atmosphere and we ate out a couple of nights here (fillet steak for 14euro was amazing!). So after that essay.....this really was a great holiday and we would recommend to anyone and would definitely return. The only reason for the 4 stars was that for me the food didn't suit my tastes but my other half would give it 5!!!More
Family Holiday ð
Just back from a weeks family holiday . Can honestly say that the hotel was immaculate with modern rooms. Cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels and toiletries replenished daily. The food was always plentiful and some may say repetitive , but when your catering to the masses can only be expected. I am extremely picky and yet managed to find something to eat daily that was enjoyable ! The evening entertainment was varied and not to everyone's standards or taste but was certainly entertaining and fun. The drinks were cold and the cocktails were fab ! The staff who served in the hotel were the most helpful, polite and happy people I've had the pleasure to meet ! The entertainment staff , Dan, Jimmy and Shirley or as Jimmy and my son Ethan called her Chirlee were absolutely Fantastic and went above and beyond, for not only their job but to keep every individuals need catered for . My son chatted to them all day and they never once made him feel like a Pain or a nuisance! The only thing for me to moan about is that the hand dryers in the ladies never worked , but hey ho so what ð we can call live with that in that heat .. As for folk who whinge about the wind , it was a blessing to have. ðð»More

Spotless hotel with fantastic entertainment team
We are a family of 4, myself, husband and 2 girls ages 20 and 18 and we have just returned from Be Live Experience Lanzarote Beach after spending 10 days there 13th - 23rd July 2015. We have had a fantastic time, the hotel is spotless, they never stop cleaning. The food is of a good standard and for 4 nights they have a Spanish and also Mexican themed nights in the other restaurant/bar area, we tried the Mexican and it was lovely. All the staff are so courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Our rooms were lovely and very spacious, we had a sea view and the girls a pool view, room service and clean towels daily. The entertainment was of a very good standard and the visiting acts were excellant especially the two magic shows we saw. Lastly I think what made our holiday was the fantastic entertainment team, this was led by Danny with Jimmy and Shirley, what can I say ... they were brilliant, we did rifle shooting, pistol shooting, pool, water polo, water volleyball and we had so much fun! Would we go back ... definately and the actualy resort of Costa Tequise is lovely too, the hotel is brilliant located in the centre and on the beach. If you are travelling with younger children it is good too as the entertainment stops at 11.30pm, bar closes at 12 and it does go quiet. More
