This contemporary, seafront hotel has a sandy beach on its doorstep. There’s a huge swimming pool, too.
This place is on the waterfront of Costa Teguise Bay and backs onto the popular windsurfing stretch of Las Cucharas beach. And it’s just a 2-minute walk from the weekly craft market in Pueblo Marinero square.
Light, minimalist décor inside and out gives the hotel a contemporary feel. Other highlights include a big outdoor pool and 2 restaurants.

Be Live Lanzarote Beach
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. As on our first visit we have found the staff to be very polite and attentive to our needs. It was a welcome acquisition of the 'Brandy Well Pub' on the side of the reception, all part of the inclusive stay, as ,if like us the entertainment is not your scene, having said that the bar staff are more entertainment and friendly with a great 'pub atmosphere'. The food is a wide selection with the meat/fish freshly cooked, which did mean a slight wait at peak times, waitress service was extremely good without being overbearing. The pool area is very good with plenty of beds to go round, mind as most hotels, you have to be up early to get prime location. Daily entertainment was excellent with cheerful staff and the hotel was very clean. We are already planning to re-visit later in the year.More
The hotel proved to be excellent value for money. The food, over a seven day period, was varied and plentiful but the canteen style restaurant was rather hectic. For travelers without children there is an area partitioned for adults only and this was welcomed. There was also a dining space outdoors and I imagine in the height of summer people would welcome the opportunity to brine al fresco. Unfortunately, the area was populated by the smokers and therefore eating there was out of the question. Perhaps the hotel management could consider providing a smoking area well away from diners. Our room was large and very clean with views over the pool and garden area. For such a large environment it was good to see how spotless it was kept. It took us about 20 minutes to walk into the main resort and this is along a beautiful traffic free promenade. Overall a pleasant holiday destination.More

Be Live Experience
A clean well presented Hotel with spacious accommodation daily maid service large bathrooms with excellent water pressure (shower heaven) Food was on the ok side of good but considering the numbers to be fed and the various nationalities they did well plenty of variety. The pool area is a bit cramped but on the plus side no shortage of sunbeds. If you can normally judge the quality of a hotel by the attitude of their staff, then this must be a good place to work because everyone from the cleaners up did their best to be of service coupled with unbridled enthusiasm it makes a difference to your holiday. I would certainly give this hotel the thumbs up. More
