Let me start by telling you that ALL the hotel staff are probably the friendliness group of people you are ever likely to encounter anywhere you take your hard earned holiday. They really pull out all the stops to ensure your stay is a pleasant one! The hotel is also in a prime location, down the stairs at the back of the hotel and you're literally on the beach. Exit the main front entrance and you are only just round the corner from the resort centre. The hotel is also extremely clean. However if you want to laze around the pool be prepared to be up at the crack of dawn for the small chance you made it in time to 'claim' a sun lounger. Now - the main restaurant; If you like a traditional British breakfast hang on until about 10am ...... and go to one of the numerous bar/cafes . The British breakfast if you can call it that is mostly stone cold and the 'bacon' if about as thick as cling film! However if you're into continental breakfasts you will be ok. Don't let this put you off tho as the lunch and dinner is excellent with something for everyone- fantastic choice of food . Try an go for dinner when it's a bit quieter as the food disappears rapidly and you may have to wait a few minutes for the chefs to replace the empties. The tables are very close to each other so be careful what you say ! This may sound crazy but if you want to watch the evening entertainment don't forget your jacket- the wind at night is freezing even in July !! The Brandy Well pub is a good place to go for a late drink . ... needs more live entertainment tho as watching repeated tv can get tedious. All in all a decent hotel but when it's fully booked ( which it has been in the last 2 weeks )there is far too many guests for the hotels facilities to cope with. I would recommend you come here at a different time of year to experience the best of what this hotel has to offer. More

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this well located hotel. The staff we amazing and nothing was too much trouble. There was always staff about on hand to help and constantly cleaning. It is located literally 2 mins from the main town square and a back gate leads out directly to the blue flag beach. The rooms are very clean and contemporary. It was a fantastic relaxing holiday. A few minor complaints were that there are not enough sunbeds so the early morning battle of the towels being placed out was a minor inconvenience as people reserved sunbeds and then didn't use them till late in the afternoon, the main restaurant is downstairs and was unbearably hot at times as the air conditioning was not powerful enough, and I was not pleased that fresh orange juice was an extra 2 euros and not included. these are trivial but people need to be aware of before they travel. This would not deter me from stopping again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a fantastic holiday. More
Amazing hotel, but the best thing about it is the staff, hands down. Bar/ reception amazing! But best of all was the entertainment team, second to non. Absolute credit to that hotel. Don't just do their job, but they care about! I'm going to miss this place, 100% going back!!!More
Returned last week from 10 brilliant nights at this hotel. Already been trying to book for September but unfortunately the hotel is fully booked. Check in went smoothly and everything was explained well by friendly staff. We had a sea view room which before we went I emailed the hotel for a top floor room over the beach which is what we got. Rooms are quiet, we never heard anything from people in the rooms next to us. The room was spotless with air con that worked that well we sometimes had to turn it off!!! Fresh Towels and room cleaned daily with bedding changed once during 10 days. Pool towels can be hired for a â¬15 deposit, which you get back when you check out. You can change the towel every day with the lifeguard at the pool. Yes if you want a certain spot around the pool and a parasol then towels need to be on sunbeds around 7 in the morning, there is a lot of parasols but a lot are broken so could do with some new ones been added, but if your not at your sunbed and any guests ask the lifeguard for a parasol he did go take what people had at their sunbeds who wasnt sat there, even if they had just gone for a drink, which is wrong!!! The entertainment team don't pester you, they will announce activities that's happening and its up to you join in. The pool is cool but very refreshing in the hot sun. Pool bar has self service drinks for beer, juices, pop, tea and coffee etc and bar service for spirits, cocktails etc. The baileys coffee slush, wow, Refreshing and tasted too good. Pool bar serves a late breakfast from 10am with pastries, breads ham cheese and a toaster, then from 12, burgers, pizza hotdogs etc. The only problem we had with the pool bar food was one day they did a bbq and the pork was undercooked, so didn't eat in there that day we went to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant food for us was the best all inclusive food we have had. Food was always hot. Breakfast typical full English and continental, cereals, fruit, pancakes Dinner and tea had pizzas, pasta a choice of different meats chicken, turkey, pork, beef, lamb chops different fish options, potatoes, chips etc. Salads and deserts and always fresh fruit. The meat was all of good quality and cooked well. We didn't travel with any kids but do think kids would struggle with the food options, there wasn't really any kids choices. Yes as other reviews have said the tables are close together but we ate at quieter times so wasn't a problem for us. The brandy well pub is great if you don't want to sit and watch the evening entertainment, bar staff serve you at your table, Inside and outside seating. Free Large bottles of water at reception to help yourself to. The Hotel is in a perfect location, right in the centre of Costa teguise. We Would highly recommend the hotel, the staff all work exceptionally hard, always say hello without been in your face. 5*More
Just home after 2 week stay. Great location on the sea front with great views from room. Standard twin room, excellent standard of cleaning. Storage very limited more drawer space needed and lighting in wardrobe area poor and hangers not very useful, clothes kept falling off, only a small problem but after 2 weeks it was annoying. Free use of fridge in room and air-con. Local drinks fine, bar service all day and self service although the wine slops trays were really smelly at times and needed cleaning/emptying. Brandy well pub was nice for pre dinner drinks. Food was hit and miss. Big problem with food not labelled or labelled incorrectly. This could be a problem for some people with allergies. Chef didn't even know what one dish was when I asked! Breakfast was ok best meal of the day lots of choice however this did included sprouts. Lots of repetition but there was always plenty of food, staff were very efficient cleaning plates away and getting drinks for everyone. Pool bar food much the same chips burgers hot dogs and salad but handy for those not eating to go to the main restaurant. The staff here make the hotel, everyone was helpful and friendly and worked hard. There is direct access to the beach which we used most days due to the terrible sun bed situation. Beds were reserved at 0600 and many didn't return till the afternoon to use them. Lots of people had to go without. Unfortunately this hotel of the worst I have come across for people reserving sun beds, which is a shame because everyone is entitled to one. The beach was much more fun though 2 beds and a parasol 12 euros, the resort is very windy but I enjoyed this as it kept the heat down. Local area full of shops and restaurants right on your doorstep, a few Spar shops dotted about with good selection of things. In the summer the evening entertainment is held outside by the pool on an outdoor stage, how this was for people in the rooms right next to this I'm not sure, we only seen a very small amount of entertainment and was not very impressed at all. Overall a nice hotel in a great location, and hats off to the staff who do a great job. Despite the negative points we would return here. More
