Great Hotel and Location

Great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel. We celebrated my husbands birthday and received a free bottle of rosé. Excellent service and great location. Check in and out was very easy. Hope we can come back! Breakfast was very good....

location is perfect 5 min walk to train station .and 10 min to main square and 15 min to narrow shop streets as well as 25 min to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge .
As the water is expensive in Europe thanks God at least they offer the free water in glass bottles that you can refill in hotel but there is no other snack in mini bar .
the bed sheets are so soft and the conditioner is perfect .

We stayed here for the location to the train station because we had an early train the next day. Easy walk of a few minutes. The room was roomy and had AC in the main bedroom. Very clean. The highlight was the great service. Three different staff members went above and beyond to help us during our stay....

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here. It is close to the train and close to many wonderful piazzas and galleries . We were on the 3rd floor (not noisy)-had air conditioning- a lovely room. The room has a large cabinet with many shelves and drawers to place things, a desk, a mini-fridge- and they provide you with 2 large glass bottles of still water that we could refill during our stay in the morning at breakfast (eco...

No air conditioning, thin walls

Before we booked our stay at Hotel Adler Cavalieri we called to make sure there would be air conditioning during the time of our stay and they confirmed there would be. However, there was no AC when we got there and it got uncomfortably hot during the nights. So don't expect that this hotel will have AC even though they say online that they do!
