Nice and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and bathroom (suite with view). The location was central, in a clean area, near all city attractions. The AC worked properly. Good sleeping, comfortable rooms. ...

I've been coming to Genova since 2014 and apart from one night in a hostel when I travelled solo for a concert and needed an early start the following day, I've always used the NH Genova Centro, sometimes as many as three times each year.
I've never had any problems. The staff are friendly and helpful while retaining an appropriate professionalism and the location can't be bettered. Why go anywhere else?...
