This hotel is not as bad as the other reviews suggest. If you have the right expectations, this hotel does the job. I was there with my family for a vacation this past summer. The breakfast was okay. Our room was terrible. It looked like an old hotel room somewhere in East Europe in the 80s or like a servants room - for high price . We choose this hotel based on photos, location and prices , but we were very disappointed....

A comfortable hotel to stay.

The hotel has comfortable rooms. Beds have good mattress. They have added computerized controls in room.
Lobby is spacious. Staff at front desk is helpful and friendly.
The hotel is close to main shopping outlets.
Train and metro stations are at walking distance....

We had to cancel due to the sudden death of my wife's father, we asked the hotel to change our booking dates as this was an exceptional circumstance but they refused. They just replied with a standard response of non-amendable, something we would not except from a hotel such as this.
