    The superstar here is the huge, Technicolour waterpark – it’s in the heart of the grounds, and comes with a top-notch mix of corkscrew curlers, go-fast racers and loop-de-loopers. You’ll find it parked a minute's walk from a private section of cookie-coloured beach.

    Archery, water polo and dance classes top the activity list at this hotel, and little ‘uns have their own line-up of fun and games, too. A trio of restaurants and four bars deal with the food and drink side of things. And, a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award turned up in 2017 and 2018.

    Customers travelling to Tunisia must pay a hotel tax. This is 2 Tunisian Dinars per person per night for 3-star hotels and 3 Tunisian Dinars per person per night for 4 and 5-star hotels. This must be paid on arrival to the hotel and is not reclaimable if you leave the hotel early. The maximum number of nights the tax can be charged is seven, so customers staying longer than seven nights will only be charged for the first seven nights of their stay. Children under 12 are exempt from paying the tax. Hotel tax is charged instead of the Airport Exit Tax which used to be in place in Tunisia.

    Went for a week 18th September with our 16 and 18 year kids, had an amazing week, never experienced heat like it, 30 degrees at 9.30 in the morning. On arrival we got a welcome drink and macaroons, nice touch. Hotel was clean, we had an inter joining room one with a double and a single and the other room had 3 single beds, our rooms were cleaned daily and a lovely gesture every day with a display of towels and flowers on our beds. Food was amazing, we have stayed in an all inclusive hotels before but there is something for everyone, the crepes with hot chocolate sauce to eggs and omelettes in the morning to traditional Tunisaian food to joints of meat and potatoes to pasta, always something for the kids chips, nuggets and freshly cooked pizzas that were amazing. The pool bar for lunch was great, pizzas, chips and toasted rolls were amazing. The waterslides were great fun, we did these twice a day, great for working off your food. The entertainment staff are amazing, there is something for everyone, water aerobics, pool games, we loved the archery every day at 3. You can tell they love there jobs with the way they are with each other. My only negative I can say is the alcoholic seems to be watered down, especially the red wine in the evening, one glass would be great the next would be watered down but they would change as soon as you told them. One thing I would recommend if you are going is to take English money with you, because it’s a closed currency we took our cash cards thinking we could get money at the hotel, you could exchange English money to dinas but not card, we got there after a long day travelling the hotel unable to take cards so we had to walk down the road to a cash machine which was empty due to the high demand of all tourist in the same boat, my husband had to get a taxi only £2 but not the point after a long day travelling to get money so we could hire the pool towels. For a hotel of this size having a cash machine would be priceless. We loved it and would definitely go back. Matt and Hayley Dusgate

    Having never been to Tunisia before we were unsure about what to expect. The hotel itself could do with a good facelift. Very out of date and serious modernising is needed. We had an issue with the shower head and how it was fitted to the wall or lack of. But they did come and repair it. Also think it would be ideal to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was none and when we asked we did just get a kettle ... no cups .. t bags ... or milk!!!! The staff at the hotel were lovely and very welcoming. They ran out of cocktails for 2 days. The food could also do with a menu change ..... there was the same sort of foods all week! At one point there was a guest sitting opposite us and a caterpillar crawled out of his salad bowl.... and the flies on foods was a serious issue... Outside the hotel security was good but when we went for a walk we didn’t go far as some parts did look like a war zone. On the whole if the hotel was modernised and rooms refitted and more accessible for disabled (as I am) then we would visit again but at this present time we wouldn’t.

    we booked this hotel in January 2018 for 2 weeks in July 18 and looking at the price it is on for this July we got a fantastic deal ( we paid just under six fifty each !!) We flew on my daughters 16th birthday & I must say the TUI steward & Stewardess were fantastic in making it speacial for her even arranging a meeting with Andy the pilot in the cock pit when we had landed. Our 1st night in the resturant we met Iran the waiter who is a fantastic bloke and went out of his way to make our holiday speacial, getting all the waiters to sing Happy Birthday & bring a cake. He looked after us every night after that. The weather was fantastic, yes drinks are watered down and the queues at the bar are tiresome. The food was good, A L carte was not. The guy at the beach bar was also a star, he works so hard. Got to mention Dawn in The Rovers Return shes a lovely lady too.

    Cant even speak English properly, Ants in the food, Food was absolutely terrible, Rats on the balcony in the rat holes, Bed bugs, They don't change the bed sheets for you unless you a resident there for 10days, Water park was closed when it was raining and during the 7 days of being there the park was closed for 3-4 days because the weather was poor, They say they they have air con but they don't so its false advertisements, No kids club as they said it would be so my child was really upset and bored, Poor plumbing because the room kept on getting flooded after us having a shower, Dirty towels, Asked for a complaint form and they refused, They spoke in there own language so nobody could even understand, Didn't let us once speak to our Tui Rep, Lifeguards chasing women and not looking after children in the pool because my son nearly drowned and I had to jump in and get him, Glass in the water and even on the slides, Dead dogs in the canal, Cockroaches in the corner of the rooms and even outside the rooms, Broken plugs so could have caused electrocution, No hygiene in the food area or in the hotel itself. 100% I urge people to not be sold into going to this place. its honestly a total waste of time and money.

    Stayed for half term week & obviously went to a different hotel to some people. On arrival was greeted with drinks & macarons while getting our bands fitted & rooms. Rooms ok but bathroom was a bit dated. The shower head wouldn't stay up but stuck a flannel behind it. The air con is switch off in October so it was just the fan, which was rubbish. Ask for a portable fan which was put in our room but you could see it was broken. Replaced it with another broken one. After carrying the broken fan to reception, was finally given a working one. The hotel was very clean & so was the restuarant. The food was very good. There was always pizza, chips & pasta if you didn't like anything else but loads of choice. Fresh ommelettes, pancakes, eggs at breakfast. Didn't like the juice, never real juice. The hotel is spread over a big space, which was nice. You could walk to the beach. You do get a bit of hassle on the beach, with people trying to sell you stuff, but you just say "no thank you". Waterpark park was excellent with lifeguards helping you on the slides. Not many rings though, and we went at the end of the season, so not sure if they get more out in peak season. Plenty of sunbeds. There was a bar in the waterpark area which served soft drinks but the other bar, by the pool, also served beer & wine. Other drinks were inside. Not sure if this changes in peak season. All the usual all inclusive spirits, wine, beer, but no liquors which resulted in the cocktails being very strange, especially a pina colada. Snack bar did fresh pizza, chips & sandwiches which were very nice and at 4pm there was cake & biscuits, which we gorgeous. Entertainment was good with some shows. Overall a nice holiday.
