Just got bck from a week all inclusive at this hotel. Room service fantastic Mohammed was always smiling Bar service 100% hyman very friendly and will make sure u got plenty to drink. Waiter service again 100% Hotel clean food plenty of it and loads of choices Only fault about this holiday was the mozzies Went on boat trip to orange island with Kai travel, booked outside the hotel. Brilliant day again all staff friendly and helpful Would 100% recommend this hotel

All staff were amazing from waiters,barmen, pool staff to cleaners. Near a really nice private beach which was easy to get in and out of the sea. Pools really nice with one of large pools heated and a gentle incline to walk in as well as steps. Plenty of sun beds at pools and beach but hotel not full when we were there. Food not really to our taste but could always find something to eat. Large rooms but badly designed bathroom with small bath but adequate shower. Going in November meant perfect heat (around 30 degrees) each day but both of us had so many bites it made last couple of days uncomfortable.

I was in the Jazz between 20-27 of October with my husband. The hotel was amazing. We have a beautiful room with view for all hotel area - swimming pools and bars. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed everyday, beach towels - when we wanted we put them in the bag outside the room and stuff changed them fastly. In the first day the manager asks us about is everything ok the and about any special requests. We had an anniversary and they sent us cute cake (you can see it in the photos). There is a lot of stuff, they were always busy and nice. Seemed like they respect tourists a lot. Once when we go outside the hotel to eat in the middle of night they were looking at us and checking is everything good with us. To the hotel beach you have to go (about 3 mins)through the "secret garden". There is the bar with soft drinks and soda. Food in the hotel is fresh and different everyday. There were things to eat for everyone - sweets, milk and cereals, eggs, veggies, fruits, meat, french fries, tosts, waffles,  bean in tomato souce (my favorite), olives etc. We went for safari trip on quads and snurkling. All these I recommend you. Do not friend with the sheesha guy because he tricked us and said: I will buy for you trips for lower price for quads and snurkling and it was higher price. He also said he has a gift for us and it was shopping when we spent too much money but he said it is the best price, good price and good quality. We spent for 3 hours quad trip 120$ and he wanted us to spend another 120$ for snurkling about 3 hours too! You can buy quad trip online for 35$ for one quad and two persons on it(like we did). And snurkling half day trip costs at marina 55$ for two persons and there were only two of us at the glass boat. I do not recommend shopping outside the airport because we went with Antonious for shopping and bargain and drink tea with Arabic man and we paid a lot of dollars even when the first price was higher. At the airport prices are much lower like price of medium papirus is 3.5$ and price of the cat mounument is 3$, price of big mug is 7$, big plate 10$, only the sweets can be cheaper in the city (the biggest box of egyptian sweets is at the airport for 20$). In conclusion I recommend this hotel but do not friend with the stuff.
