Sindbad Aqua Resort

We just came from our holiday, whitch was the best one for us so far. The stuff was so friendly and made our stay really pleased. The rooms was cleaned daily, lot s of food choises, drinks.. perfect for children as there is plenty of fun for all day long. Thank you to all Sindbad employers for make our holiday unforgetable.

WAS PUT IN HERE BY MY INSURANCE could not have picked a worst place to put us . FIRST PROBLEM would not let me past the gate as I did not have a room number but first you need to CHECK IN after half an hour and a lot of shouting let me in to reception who seem concerned why my wife was not with me ( remember this) Room was ok but noticed there was no safe in room there is a reason for this they have safe boxes behind reception to keep your money passports ect in ANY PROBLEMS and they wont let you get these out as they have the second key SHAME I EMPTYED MINE before you tried to charge me again for a room that my insurance had PAID FOR NICE LITTLE SCAM . ALSO SHOUTING that you could not care less about my WIFE WHO HAD JUST CAME OUT OF HOSPITAL 3 DAY AGO AFTER FRACTURING HER SHOULDER AND HAVING A STEEL PLATE SCREWED IN IT. . ALSO with holding phone calls so we could not get our flight home .To phone the UK using there phone is £2 00 A MINUTE THEN after a while cut you off AFTER CONTACTING MY INSURANCE FROM THE HOSPITAL WHICH I HAD TO TAKE MY WIFE BACK TO BECAUSE of the pain and stress caused by this HELL HOLE MY INSURANCE MOVED US TO ANOTHER HOTEL Lets just say I hope I never meet the so called MANAGER again for his sake. FOOD WAS ALSO REALLY BAD LOTS OF NOISE AT NIGHT THIS PLACE GIVES EGYPT A BAD NAME WE HAVE BEEN TO EGYPT 12 TIMES BEFORE love the country but avoid this HELL HOLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Stayed at Sindbad Club for 2nd time after a fab visit last year. We were on the Aqua side this time so a little different but still a great experience. This year there are some changes. The Lebanese restaurant has disappeared but the all inclusive buffet is still of a very good standard. Had a couple of meal times that were a bit samey but for the money we paid, you can't complain. There is a new snack bar on the beach which was very good with a fresh pizza oven, chips and burgers etc. The rooms are fantastic, fresh bottles of water (2 x 1.5l) every day. Tea, coffee and milk replenished daily as well and of course a kettle. Beds are just sooo comfy and the air con is really welcome when you fancy a break from 37 degrees in the afternoon. No safe in the room but they have free safety deposit boxes at reception. Cleaners were in daily so the rooms were spotless. The people really make this hotel, they work so hard and are always willing to help. I would like to say a big thank you to the trainer in the gym at the Horus Spa (free to use if you are all inclusive) who showed me a few new exercises that were great. Don't forget to drop the staff a tip to say thanks. Travel all over the world but this is still one of my favourite hotels. For the money we paid, this hotel was such a bargain. Have paid more money for holidays that were not half as good as Sindbad Club.
