Moonlight Apartments

Just come back from a week's cheeky break in the Moonlight Apartments. Would like to thank all the staff including Bobby and Reg for doing everything possible to make our holiday the best. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks again.

We (me and OH) stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment 30/8 - 6/9/20, we arrived got our temperatures checked and shown to our apartment, quickly and efficiently. I changed currency at reception as hadn't taken any lira with us. Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite small, but fine. Aircon only in the bedroom, though a fan is available if needed in the living room area. There was no TV and minimal self catering equipment. This wasn't a problem as many restaurants nearby. We did miss having a toaster, we usually like a cuppa and toast on our balcony. Location, the apartments are about a 10 minute walk to the square and 20 minutes to the beach, but I do walk slowly. The dolmus run past the apartments regularly and go to the beach or to Marmaris, we didn't get a dolmus during this visit. There are enough restaurants in the immediate vicinity to eat somewhere different each night for a week. Only bars serving food were open due to covid. A couple of supermarkets also close by. We ate breakfast at the hotel a few times, good price and friendly service. Bobby is a star with a catch phrase...Oh My God. It wasn't too busy, not sure if numbers are limited due to covid. It was near enough to everything, but also far enough away for a peaceful stay. I think it's perfect for families and couples, as is Icmeler in general. If you want something more lively, Marmaris isn't too far away. The only negative, for me, is the bed was too hard. I asked and got a mattress cover no problems, though it was still too hard for me. In summary, a great place to stay with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating area. If you choose Moonlight apartments, you'll enjoy your visit.
