This is definitely the place to be. With parties, games, pool games, shows, picnics and a great playground, there's plenty to keep the little ones well entertained. For ages 3 to 6 years, available 6 days a week.

Another Fantastic Holiday

We travelled to this hotel originally 5 years ago and after returning last week I can honestly say...WOW.. it is still fabulous. FOOD: there is a vast range of food which is of the highest standard at all times, even the fussiest of eaters can find something to eat. all ingredients are fresh and beautifully presented. DRINKS: Mojito's are fabulous, and Cava for breakfast offered everyday, all drinks are cold and served with a smile from the fantastic staff. ROOMS: well appointed rooms, we were in block 20 which has been recently refurbed and the room was massive, the only disappointment was the aircon which even after a small complaint was not fixed. STAFF: very happy and friendly staff in ALL depts even down to maintenance. well done! POOLS: unfortunately all pools were freezing cold so could not swim as we would have liked, maybe a note for the hotel would be to heat at least one of them a few degrees higher. All in all a fabulous trip and we will be returning in April.More

lovely relaxing stay

Just got back from a two week holiday at the Magic life. The room we had was a little tired, but was kept very clean from the housekeeping staff, who were all very friendly, and were always smiling, our bed was massive, a super duper king size. The grounds were also kept very clean and tidy. The pools were too cold for me to go into, but other people made the most of them, there were always plenty of sunbeds around all of the pools. The main Magico restaurant, always had many and varied dishes, too many to mention, no-one, even the fussiest of diners could possibly go hungry. TIP, walk around the numerous food islands, and choose what you want to eat, then get a plate, and start filling up, if you get a plate then start to walk around, your food will go cool before you sit down, due to the enormous amount of choice. Only disappointment I found with the Magico restaurant, was the amount of time we had to walk around looking for a table (at times) for our evening meal. The Steak house also served very good food (5 courses), The Italian was also very nice. Plus there is always somewhere to get snacks etc., even during the night, the 24 hour bar has sandwiches. The staff at all the bars seemed very friendly and professional. I would love to go back to this hotel, but I didn't enjoy the hour and a half transfer time, but that is just me. If you like a cuppa in the morning, either take your own kettle, or ask for one at the hotel on arrival, we took our own, just incase. Also, we only had four coat hangers in our wardrobe, but we managed, we usually take a few plastic ones with us, then dump them before we come home, but I forgot to pack them. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who doesn't mind a longish transfer. I have no complaints at all about the service ,food, drink, room and grounds at the hotel, only a few personal niggles. Our stay was quite and relaxing even though the hotel was full.More

Caroline G,

Great find

Great hotel, plenty of good food and drink. Rooms very spacious, and good views from most. Situated on a lovely beach after you had negotiated the steps down, you could ( and we did) walk for miles. Shame about the naturists though.More

Not quite good enough

Stayed here for 10 nights jan 2016 having previously stayed at magic life hurghada egypt which was fantastic hence very disappointed with fuerteventura magic life. I shall break it down into sections. Rooms - perfectly adequate and very well cleaned and maintained on a daily basis, a small problem with our hand basin was sorted in double quick time so exceptional service there. Dining - if you are adults only I can recommend the adults only section of the main dining restaurant overseen by the lovely Captain Jacqueline a truly lovely girl. The food however is lukewarm and the regular theme nights seem to bear no resemblance to the actual theme. The wine on the table is a nice touch but I recommend leave it on the table its awful. They do have a separate wine list were you can purchase wine by the bottle at reasonable prices its worth it. Speciality dining. - not the best and the booking system is a joke, queuing before 08.00 hrs is ridiculous. They only only have one restaurant per evening open which gets filled immediately although when you turn up it is clearly only half full ! Entertainment - trades description people take note this is not entertainment , one evening show called fantasia put on by the entertainment team was just baffling and not even a good amateur standard. During the day they have entertainment by the pool which typically involves 10 guests maximum whilst a member of the entertainment team shouts at the top of his voice into a microphone, a hint to him you dont need a microphone nobody else is interested. On the same theme they have spinning and aerobics in a quite part of the complex and then play music at absolute FULL volume I kid you not it can be heard all over the hotel compex, horrendous. Bars - vastly inferior brands and watered down beer, also the dress code for the evening should be enforced. One chap sat by the pool all day in flip flops a vest and orange shorts then went to the main bar and then to the main restaurant in the same beach wear and nobody pulled him up about it. Not acceptable. Anyway thats my review , also some of the rooms will be extremely noisy in the evening choose your room carefully and the wifi is attrocious.More
