just back on the 14th of May 2016 from TUI MAGIC LIFE my wife and I had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday, we chose the quieter pool no ball games no loud music suited us a treat, food so much choice excellent, having said that my wife found some dishes a little over salted, all the staff work exceptionally hard nothing is too much bother. No waiter service though when you want a drink you go for it yourself, which we found a good idea as you don't feel you have to tip every time you get a drink. facilities mountain biking road bikes tennis court volly ball football spinning classes{aqua} ect ect location a few kilometers about 9 euro's in a taxi to nearest shops bars and restaurants. Weather for us was a little too windy at times would say on the down side a lot of walking involved if walking is difficult for you chose another hotel there are lifts and ramps Overall, we will return to this hotel .More

We stayed for a week and upon arriving was given a 'theme park' style of map as the hotel is fairly big. It had something for everyone - kids club, gym, tennis, theatre, numerous pools, shop, really the list goes on and on. It's perfectly relaxing or full on depending on what you want from your stay. The main buffet is huge with plenty on offer! There are 3 al a carte restaurants although only one is open per night (so may as well only be 1 that serves different foods) and these have to be booked the day before, booking is a queue at 8am every morning for the next evening. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the evening bar situation. There are 2 bars - Wunderbar by the reception and Plaza bar between the resteraunt and theatre. The Wunderbar has no music and is a little more chilled but they need a LOT more tables and chairs, there is plenty of room for some! The Plaza bar has music and zero space, could quite easily be extended into one of the bearly used restaurants! The staff are always attentive and speak Spanish, German and English. The place is extremely clean and tidy, lots of sunbeds and both sunny and shaded areas to sit/lay with a bar and snacks by the main pool and also has a stunning beach.More

Food galore

Jut returned from our 3rd visit to magic life. Contacted the hotel prior to travelling with a room request recieved an email response within 48hrs and got a room in the area we wanted. The hotel is getting a little tired and needs some redecoration in places. Rooms are large and airy ceiling fan is a blessing as air conditioning not always on. Fridge in rooms with soft drinks, fruit basket in room on arrival. The staff are polite, helpful and very friendly. Plenty of sun beds and the pool area is spacious. Beach is good downside steps to and from. Bottled water available 24hrs. Food is excellent so much choice good quality and always hot. Self serve drinks in restaurant with bottles of wine in the evening. Food available for almost 24hrs in different parts of the hotel. Drinks are good standard with plenty choice beers, spirits, wines and hot drinks. A visit to Morro Jable is a must lovely little village good bars and restaurants. Only downside to this holiday was that we travelled with Thomson/First Choice been travelling with them for 20+ years and every holiday they get worse in their customer service and no matter how many times you contact them they are not interested from now on will be booking with another operator. Will definitely be returning to magic lifeMore

Great holiday & staff

Magic Life was an amazing holiday for us, especially having not been to an all inclusive before. We only had one problem with the tap breaking in our room, but it was replaced within half an hour. The entertainment team made our stay even better, particularly the DJ, Metcho who played great music throughout the day and made our evenings even better in the bar playing all night. He remixed a variety of music making it suitable for everyone. We would love to visit again!More

Great hotel & awesome holiday!

We spent an awesome week in this hotel: the food was really tasty (offering both variety and quality, with nice touches such as having the Serrano ham freshly sliced in front of you at breakfast, eggs cooked to order at the buffet,...), the location is great and the weather was nice and warm too! Even the non-branded alcohol they used in the inclusive drinks was really nice and I would not recommend paying extra for international brands. Staff was super friendly and always happy to help so no complaints at all. Perhaps the only shortcoming compared to other Magic Life hotels we have stayed in is that there were no water sports included (we knew that before booking it but still a bit of a missed trick as other hotels do offer waterspouts nearby) We also did the 'Magic Life VIP Boat Tour' (not actually related to the hotel, just the same name!) which was the highlight of our stay - if you can still get a space on the catamaran you ought to do it!More
