This is definitely the place to be. With parties, games, pool games, shows, picnics and a great playground, there's plenty to keep the little ones well entertained. For ages 3 to 6 years, available 6 days a week.

great hotel - wrong area
We stayed at the Club Magic Life in October 2014. Great hotel but we didnt like the area in which it was situated. The nearest town was a good half hour walk away. The walk was along the beach and you could only do it at certain times of the day - when the tide was out!! Taxi was about 9 euros and ten minutes. The Hotel. Lots going on, great for kids and teenagers (and sporty people). Food was great and you could have a bottle of wine with your evening meal. Very busy in the restaurant, but the staff were very good and very helpful. There were 3 other speciality restaurants. We booked to eat in the argentinean one. Not overly impressed. The main buffet restaurant was better. The rooms were lovely. Had a ceiling fan, a gigantic bed. The grounds were beautiful but there are a lot of steps. There were 5 good pools. The 2 big ones were always quite busy but we found one tucked away on the other side of the grounds that was quiet. The beach could only be accessed by walking down some rather slippery wooden steps. Quite a trek if you are not that fit. There is another way down at the other end of the hotel. Still need to be fit though. The beach was nice and the sea was lovely but the weather was a bit iffy. And watch out for those winds. There were a few times i ended up with a mouthful of sand, not pleasant! There arent any sunloungers on that particular part of the beach. There are some if you walk to the left. It is a nudist beach so dont be surprised to see naked people walking about. And doing workout!! Overall, the Hotel is really great, it's just in the wrong area for me. And the Island wasnt my favourite. Bit sparse for my liking. Maybe next time i will try to North of the Island.More
Myself and my partner have just returned from a one week holiday. first impressions for us was what have we done as our first room was supposed to be a sea view, it faced across the buildings of the pool with loud music and alot of noise from the pool. I never complain but felt this room was not for me. eventually after alot of explaining and chatting with reception and being sent to a room overlooking the naturlest pool and it smelt of cigarettes. We were given a fantastic room over looking the Sea. The only negative about the room not enough storage and the pillows on the bed not very comfortable too sleep on. first night at dinner we were showed to a table given a bottle of wine. Dress code was not good as some people were in shorts and vest tops. second night at dinner we were not showed to a table and no bottle of wine this continued through the rest of the holiday. we noticed some of the other guests had wine on table. The evening both bars extremely long wait to get a drink. finding a seat in the evening was hard. Entertainment was there if you wanted it Only in the one bar. Walking back at night to block 14 put it this way I wouldn't walk ba k alone, for some reason every night at 11pm every other light went out and our balcony light too. Some people we spoke too said this happened at theirs also. positives.entertainment team worked so hard everyday apart from Saturday they deserved a rest. reception staff were brilliant. Bar staff over worked only 2 staff at each bar in the evening..But always a smile when you eventually got served one night we waited over 15 minutes to get served. Sunbeds always available don't have get up early and get towels out although some people did. It is a noisy hotel but you can find quiet areas away from the fitness area which played louder music than the entertainment pool at times. Lots to do at this hotel if you want it,but also there is chill out places. There are a lot of wild cats around one was laying on a sunbed one morning which was sweet. But we did see a cat toileting in the grass area where people put there sunbeds. We also noticed a couple of cats marking some sunbeds by spraying up against them. The cleaners were always around the pool area with mops and buckets during the day. The pools were clean and warm. Food so much food loved all the food apart from puddings but this is because I have a strawberry allergy so it was ice cream For me. Kids were entertained brilliantly lovely too see happy kids. Drinks on tap coke Fanta extra larger was also at the pool bar. Snacks also available. Some my negatives are personal choice like bedding pillows , we stayed in a 3 star last year had gorgeous bedding and pillows all cotton. Would of been nice to have had a seperate sheet at night on its own. There was more steps around the complex than we expected. The beach we used come up using the steps where the private villas were this was much easier. Overall staff were brilliant, complex very clean. Took a couple of days too settle down to nice Relaxing fun holiday. Some nice touches was a drink on arrival and being waved off at the end of the holiday.More
Nice Holiday...Zee Germans
Holiday with my partner and 2 other couples of family and good friends from the 20th - 28th June 2015, Booked with Tui. FLIGHT AND TRANSFER Roughly 4 hours flight and transfer time to hotel from airport is about 1 hour 40 ROOMS There was 6 of us and they accommodated us nicely putting us all next to each other. Rooms are really nicely decorated (we had a huge balcony overlooking a pool area (Room 20305)) very well maintained by cleaners who would clean every morning. No iron or kettle in room however there was a fridge stocked up with bottled water and a safe which was free to use all week. Mains supply shower which didn't fluctuate in temperature and had decent pressure RESORT, POOLS & LOUNGERS This has got to be one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed at with several pools and large ones as well. You could tell at meal times how many people were staying there yet you hardly saw anyone on a daytime because of the size of the place. Huge pools and a few to choose from and there was no restrictions on pool games/inflatables and in a morning you didn't have to reserve loungers to get a good spot. No parasols there due to the wind but there are sheltered areas available. Free beach towels but don't lose as it will cost you 15⬠per towel. The beach can easily rival the Caribbean it's just clear water and soft sand (if you can get a photo shoot done on the beach by Michael Hassan - desk at reception) fantastic quality and came out with really good photos. The steps are steep to the beach so make sure your relatively sober when you climb or go down FOOD AND DRINK Huge buffet with themed nights really good selection and you can have as many bottles of wine at the table as you like (which if you don't drink you can take to your room (or home)) A couple we went with tried the grill bar one night and really enjoyed it as a break from the buffet. Drinks and food are 24 hours, no waiter service so sometimes there are long queues and sometimes the foreigners there liked to push in but I just assumed it was their rude culture. They are very generous with measures in cocktails or drinks with spirits (~1:1 alcohol to mixer) so much so that someone must have over- indulged and brought it back up a few times near our building but it got cleaned up the next day, if you want and jack D etc you have to pay and it's local spirits only but this wasn't a problem. ENTERTAINMENT Plenty of shows and music available going on through the night. I don't dance personally but I enjoyed watching the German teenagers request rap music while they tried to pull everything in sight. No children travelled with us but there appeared to be lots to do for them including day and evening entertainment. Daytime by the pool the magic life entertainment would have people up dancing to the magic life song, which if you go you will still be singing a week later when your home as I am as it's played near enough on the hour every day..me and a friend climbed the mountain outside the resort as a break which was good but tiring and we could still hear the magic life song up there, I'm actually singing it now! WEATHER I was actually panicking about this because I read the wind made it cool on a night...wrong, ok if you live in Spain you may find it cool on an evening but if your travelling from the UK and your lucky to get a summer you won't need a cardi in the evening and be cautious of the wind on a day as you will burn! Not a cloud in the sky until the last couple of days which cleared up by dinner OVERALL Had a great time and I would return, only spoils was the Tunisia attack happened while we was there so that was upsetting to hear and one comment from the magic life staff overheard by my brother in law...."There's just too many English here" Zee Germans outnumbered everyone by far and I think we're the preferred customer and when they saw an English person they blatantly stared in disbelief as if to ask why you was there..I would return and if you go you will have a great time I'm sure. I would return again More
Stayed here from 17th June till 1st July....First impressions was the hotel is massive we paid for a sea view and got a lovely room with both sea and pool near to lift on second floor. Rooms are big, clean with a massive bed loved that. The entertainment staff are great my husband likes to join in the games so a big thank you to Toni ,Sarah, nico . The food is plentiful but got a little repetitive , the breakfast bacon, eggs and beans could be a little cold...the bottles of wine on your table every night is a nice touch. We did go to the three themed restaurants El Gusto, las Reses and Al Baccio . WiFi is a bit hit and miss but your on holiday. This hotel does seem to cater for Germans more than brits but it didn't spoil our stay. The only down side for us was the pool its freezing the sea was warmer and its supposed to be at 22 degrees but no way...we'd probably stay again if we had our family with us.More
