Lemon & Soul Cactus Garden

The rooms were really nice and modern. We had a beautiful view looking out to the ocean. There were plenty of places to sunbathe across different floors of the hotel. It was great because you weren't allowed to place towels down on sunbeds and leave them there so there was never any trouble finding a free lounger - this was good as we are a family of 5. The food was really nice and the waiters and waitresses were all so happy and friendly. They all spoke good English and helped where possible.

Just returned from an amazing two week stay at this wonderful hotel ❤️ All of the staff are hardworking and very obliging A special mention to reception staff Sandra, Patricia and Olga ... these ladies are the dream team and nothing is a problem for them. I would like to thank them once again for their support as unfortunately I arrived at hotel with a virus and felt unwell for a few days !! They were so helpful to me and continually enquired on my progress The waiting staff are always with a smile and once again I’ll mention Karin and Ismael who offer such a professional, warm approach to their work!! The hotel is spotless clean which extends to the rooms being cleaned daily !! The roof terrace is where I spent most of my days, jacuzzi and a chilled ambience it was perfect for me and not forgetting the Zeus bar to quench your thirst !! The restaurant has such a variety of freshly prepared cuisine, breakfast lunch and dinner all with a great choice !! The entertainment throughout the day and night is very amusing as well as very talented!! During my stay I treated myself to a massage and all I can say is wow !!! Aileen pampered me no end and I was floating for days after and such a reasonable price for the treatment!! I live in Gran Canaria and for 9 years believed I was in paradise but one must admit Fuerteventura is great competition!! I will most definitely return to the resort and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere but this fabulous hotel, it offered a somewhat family feel which was great. Just returned from 7 nights at this great hotel. From arrival late at night through to leaving late afternoon all of the staff were friendly helpful and happy to serve you - special mention to the young lady in the main restaurant- sorry didn’t get her name - she always welcome you with a smile and they all work so hard and many hours We booked a suite which was perfect- room 813 top floor with amazing sea views and quiet - with exception of the strong winds howling late at night - out of control of the hotel but aware the island is known for high winds in July and August The food and drinks service is very good with plenty of options to cater all tastes including specialty nights such as Mexican and Asian - had 3 good meals per day with no complaints The pool area is small but first hotel I have ever been within July school holidays with no need to get up at dawn to place your towels- always plenty of sun beds and tables- the additional 6th and 9th floor sun terraces with jacuzzi are amazing- the 9th also having the bar up to 5pm - such as shame this is not open after 5pm for all inclusive guests and closed for all from 7pm - would be a perfect place to end the day with a drink - hope you take this feedback on board The local area is stunning - beach is only 5 min walk with Beautiful sand and clear waters - sunbed and parasol rental 13.80 Euro for 2 all day - good value Local African market on the Monday was good fun - lots of haggling to be done with the traders plus the good range of local shops ranging from cheap holiday gifts through to high end fashion - ideal walk after evening dinner In summary we wanted a chilled relaxing break with quiet laid back location and low numbers of young children and this place delivered perfectly - thank you to all the Staff who work hard to keep the place immaculate and look after guests - will return with my daughter and boyfriend 🤙
