    Just like Sinatra sang, you’re going to want to be a part of New York New York.

    This hotel offers almost as many reasons to visit as its namesake city. It’s home to a huge pool with three hot tubs, nine bars including a Coyote Ugly-themed one, and 17 places to eat – ranging from Irish to American.

    There are more photo ops at this hotel than you can shake a selfie stick at. Pose by the replica Statue of Liberty outside and the cloned New York street inside, then try to smile it out on the rollercoaster.

    While you're away, you can speak to us anytime - we're available 24/7 via the TUI App, phone, SMS and email. The easy-to-use TUI App is also packed with info and tips. It sends you important updates, like your airport transfer times, too.
    It’s worth noting that there are extra hotel fees that you’ll be asked to pay on check-in or check-out. We’ll let you know how much this is when you come to book.       You'll have plenty of choice when it comes to mealtimes, with a total of 17 restaurants to pick from. They're all in an indoor area that's designed to look like a New York street, and you'll find anything from burgers, crêpes and pancakes, to Mexican, Italian and sushi.

      The super-sized pool comes with three hot tubs and a bar. There's a few cabanas dotted around, which you can hire out on a full or half-day basis, plus an optional poolside package* that gives you a a couple of padded loungers, fruit juice and unlimited water.

      There's nine bars at this place, where you'll be able to get cocktails, craft beers and wine. Some of them are open 24 hours, plus there's a couple of themed places, like Coyote Ugly and an Irish pub.

    Had a pleasurable experience except for the elevator wait times. I didn't leave the hotel much but it seemed as though there was not enough dedicated players club access lines. Limited dining choices due to Covid-19

    The rooms and hotel were clean. The staff was friendly and professional. We got there about an hour after check in and our room still wasn't ready, but they upgraded us and quickly had us set up. The spa was closed during our visit, but we found somewhere else to get our massages.
    Will return!

    Nice room. Good location. Friendly Staff. Room very clean. Good restaurants on site. Bed Comfortable. Great view. Wish Coaster stayed open longer than 9pm though. Steak house ran out of Prime Rib 2 days in a row. (Gallagher’s). Only bad part of stay.

    We stayed here recently on a road trip. I was so excited to try a new hotel but disappointed with the dated room. There’s a lot of potential here but the whole hotel just needs an update. It was fine...just not great. Like the room was clean and they actually were the best on the strip for COVID safety measures with new sink washing in the casinos, offering masks, gloves and sanitizer in all of their entrances. Nice job on COVID, now let’s update the hotel rooms? :)

    Perfect place to stay . Every department had excellent customer service skills The inside and outside is so beautiful. The hotel is in a wonderful place with lots of things to look at . If you never been to New York like me , it was like I was actually in New York but much better. I will be coming back next month to stay. It had lots of different slot machines but my favorite is The buffalos. They have lots of Buffalo Grand machines which was Great!
