This hotel is great, as long as you don't ask, nor take up the hotel on any offer. Meaning: prior to our arrival, we received multiple emails from the hotel confirming Golf, Dining on Hotel Premises, and a Couples Massage. We walked into the spa and the receptionist informs us we have no appointment. We show her our emails. She simply says Sorry. OK, we reschedule. We try to show up for our Dinner Reservation, the re...

The spa staff was incredibly nice and very professional making the massage one of the best ones we have ever taken.

This review is long only because of a rather frustrating experience that we had at Hotel Sahrai in December 2024. First, the good part. Dont stay in this hotel if you want a hot shower, hot coffee, or to sleep at night. We had no hot water. Despite multiple calls to the front desk no one came to look at it for hours. We needed a roll away, took multiple calls o we the course of 90 minutes to get it despite it being part of our reservation. Restaurant had cold coffee at breakfast. Very disappointing - don't bother staying here

We had a truly terrible experience staying at this hotel. The staff are extremely surly and rude. The bedrooms smell of damp. The food takes FOREVER to arrive. We were super disappointed and would definitely not recommend this hotel at ALL....
