    Just returned from a 3 night break to New York, and had a fabulous time. The hotel is in a great location, with most sightseeing attractions not too far away. We stayed in room 4537 on the 45th floor. The room had lovely city views including the Empire State Building. Couldn't fault the housekeeping. All staff members I came into contact with was more than helpful to assist. We didn't eat in the hotel, as we like to try different places to eat. My only moan was that I did contact the hotel prior to my arrival informing them it was my wife's 50th birthday asking for ideas or something nice for her birthday, but nothing was done for her. I felt I little disappointed that they couldn't have done something. That aside, I really couldn't fault the hotel. Lovely staff on the concierge, couldn't do enough for you. Finally, the cleaning staff was very visible, wiping and cleaning everything down due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Excellent work! I would definitely recommend this hotel.     This hotel was lovely! I cant fault any part, from collecting our bags at arrival to calling us the taxi for the airport when leaving. The rooms were clean and tidy and always were when housekeeping called. The food was nice in the restaurant and room service breakfast - even though we only used each once as we were out a lot, everything was great! Definately recommend.

    Arrived in NYC for daughter’s surprise 18th and had booked hotel round corner that was dark, dirty, room was small yet classed as deluxe! Disappointed so went to Westin the following morning and fortunately they had availability! We were given a fantastic room, dual aspect, clean, spacious, just fantastic and with breakfast! Hotel, comfort, cleanliness, staff all 100% will definitely I rely return

    My wife and I were pleased with this hotel. We have stayed there a few times and love the location. The food is awesome and also very convenient for getting anywhere in NY in a reasonable time frame. Will be staying here again!
    Rude receptionist and strange housekeeping

    This hotel has a very nice lobby. Unfortunately, the receptionist at the check-in was extraordinarily rude for obviously no reason. The rooms are ok but the bathrooms are very small and for that reason, the bathroom door doesn't open properly. Once we came back after brunch and room keeping lady was also in a bad mood. Next time it will be definitely in a different hotel.
