    A beautiful vacation destination that you will want to return to again and again! We love it so much! The name says it all - excellent service, excellent food, and an excellent beachfront experience! Special mention to Carolina Paz, Erick Pelaez, Cesar Vargas, Emiliano, Manuel, and Moises, and all the employees who all have made our trip(s) special and memorable!

    We stayed here 1 week after they opened back up after the COVID travel ban, and it was amazing. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive and the attention to detail from all of the hotel staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for amazing scenery, fun atmosphere and a beautiful beach setting. The food was very good at all stops we made, and there was top shelf liquor available at all bars through the resort.

    My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and had a blast. The facilities were in excellent condition. The service we received is what really made our experience exceptional! From the time we arrived until we left, we were treated like royalty. People knew us by name and remembered our previous orders. We would recommend this resort to any of our friends!

    This was our first trip to an all inclusive. The food was great. The drinks were awesome. Our suite was perfect. The servers around our suite, Emilio and Hugo, were excellent. The bartender at the pool, Luis, was awesome! All staff was friendly and made our stay one of the best trips we have ever had. We will be back!

    We had an amazing vacation at Epm and met the best group of people ! The staff went above & beyond- they deserve some recognition =>( Jose , Mauricio, Cesar , Diego , Rubin , Daniella ...just to name a few) ! The resort was extremely clean all the workers had masks on ! They took sanitation very seriously and were professional! Breakfast , lunch and dinner => five stars Gym = new equipment- 2 trainers and classes favorite restaurants= chez and magna for dinner and lobster house for lunch Favorite drinks = watermelon julep, cocoloco, and Mexican lollipop Room located in building 9 = and was cleaned 3× a day , fruit was delivered to room daily dessert at night Make sure you try the chlorophyll water its a must Walk out pool with bed highly recommended Aroma coffee =>women barrista workers out of this world (Frappuccino for partner and espresso for myself) also Gelato, pastries, Fresh fruit cups, and freshly made juice ( watermelon , cantaloupe, greens ) We love the Excellence and know others will too! 💋 until next time love 💗 Boston
