This place comes with a big lagoon pool and an à la carte restaurant. It’s also got some spectacular views.
This hilltop hotel has views of the epic Los Gigantes cliffs, as well as across the ocean to neighbouring La Gomera. It’s in a quiet spot, but it’s still less than 10 minutes’ walk to the beach.
The hotel has a trio of pools, including a big lagoon number. Elsewhere, there’s a buffet restaurant with panoramic sea views, and another à la carte option. Then there are live shows in the music hall.

Great place but a little taken back with the poor food. 4/5 overall your kids will love it .the reps and staff are fantastic thay all worked hard to make Our holiday as good as it could of been. A must is to hire a car and go out 2/3 times at night for meals , yes it does cost but we spent £100 for a 3 day hire and £150 on food . It made all the difference to us . Also by having.g a car you se so much more and saves loads when going to water parks ect .plus you get in first stay longer and leave late . Siampark we got in 11 enter rides in the last hour when the buses all left. More
Lovely holiday at Be Live Costa Gigantes
Just returned from a lovely holiday at this hotel. There were plenty of staff working hard to keep the hotel clean, serve in the restaurant and bars. We had an amazing room overlooking the sea, which was kept in pristine condition by the staff. (We had upgraded to a premium room, at a small extra cost). At one point, the air conditioning stopped working. We reported it in the evening and within 45 mins it had been fixed.lovely quiet location in west Tenerife, which is what we wanted. Hotel is like a small village, with something for everyone. Great choice of food, even as a vegetarian. We wanted a quiet holiday, which is what we experienced, although there's plenty at the hotel for people who want a more lively time. For us, the quiet pool was great - no music, no games, just people swimming and having fun. There are two other pools if music and games is what you want. Always plenty of sunloungers to choose from, although we went in October (temperature 30 degrees!). We have tried to think of something we didn't like and can't find anything! Would we go back? A resounding yes!More
Great value for money
Visited here twice this year with and without the kids. March & October, for an out of season break this is a great destination as the weather is usually always good. Hotel is great value for money, food as expected from AI but always something for everyone, you can also book the grill and Italian to mix things up. There are always loads of free sun beds and a choice of lively or quiet pool, both large. Plenty to do around the resort, evening entertainment is available in 3 locations across the evening. rooms are spread across blocks so can be a walk from restaurants, entertainment etc. Overall good service, very clean, decent food, entertainment & amenities, coupled with the good weather this makes for a great break for couples & families.More

I’m very disapointed about this hotel. This is for a sure not 4* hotel. After 2 days our 19 months old daughter got sick very bad! We don’t know if she got sick from water from pool or from food, next day morning We saw that 2 pools were closed and hyper chloriefied! Staff were cleaning everything, beds next to pools, floor. Everywhere we could smell chlor. Next day I got sick, I’m pregnant, I couldn’t sleep whole night. I have to write that I didn’t eat any raw vegetables, eggs, even no meat and I got sick! I was very carefull with everything, also with food for our baby and still We’ve got very sick! We came to hotel for 8 days from 6/10 - 14/10 but 11/10 we came back home! I didn’t want to stay there any day more. About hotel: It’s big and quite nice but everything is a bit old and need to be refubrished. Around hotel is nothing special to see. You need to rent a car or take a bus if You want to go to nice restaurants or shops, or to see nice places. About room: We got suite room, new version with a very nice view. Airconditioning was working very good, there were no problems. Only in the bathroom toilet was somethimes not working, that was very difficult specially when I have to vomit so much when I was sick. In the room is dolce gusto coffie machine, it is nice to have only when coffe cups are finished they will not refill them. We didn’t find any cocroaches in the room but many small ants!!! About food: It’s very poor. Nothing special. Bread was hard, seems like little bit old. I took a yoghurt for baby and there was mould inside! It was difficult for us to find something delicious to eat. We were not hungry but didn’t enyoy it at all. Drinks seems to be mixed with water. About cleaning: Plates, cups etc in the restaurant were not so clean. I hate this, but ok for some people it is ok, not for me. I pay so much money so I expect a quality!!! I saw cocroaches in the restaurant, not nice to see it when You eat. About room cleaning it depends from a person I think. One time was ok, one time really nice fresh smell, everything clean. One time after our baby got sick our bed was a bit dirty, she need it to vomit few times, so it fell on a bed. So next morning we left a tip for a cleaner to “say sorry” for that accident. We thougt that she changed our bed, we were so happy when we came back to our room after cleaning. Unfortunately after 1 day we saw that she just turned it on the other site!!! Not normall haha. In general - We will never come back there for a sure, but everybody have different standard. For me if I pay so much money for all inclusive it has to be all inclusive. I expect a clean, comfortable room, delicious fresh food, clean water in the pool.More
The best value for money family hotel with all inclusive in Tenerife. Good Quality for reasonable price. Downside of the hotel is location, far away from any attractions in tenerife, unless you hire a car what i did (much better option than the bus) . Would recommend to everyone who have kids. More
