We stayed in your hotel for 5 nights in total. Location to city centre is good. Great transport links. The room was very clean. It was obvious that it had recently been refurbished. Although maybe not to everyones taste, it was perfectly suitable for a couples of days. Hostile staff

Out of the way for old town. Staff unhelpful, not friendly at all. Asked for tea and coffee, staff were being awkward about it.
Reception staff not welcoming at all and quite hostile at times. Will not be staying again.
Had a wonderful time in Prague but spoilt by the hospitality of the staff at the hotel...

Good hotel with parking a lot good location! Very friendly staff at the reception The rooms are just fine and clean! The bar was to big to much bright light nothing cozy and we waited to long for being served never went back to the bar.. breakfast we did not have
In the area , you find lots of bars restaurants, fast food and super market
We will book this hotel again...

Nice location, easy walking distance from Wenceslas square and the tram stop

My husband and I are currently staying in this hotel for a few days in order to visit the Christmas markets, when hubby booked the hotel he mistakenly thought that it was actually situated on Wenceslas square however it is actually a few minutes walk from there, this wasnt an issue for us though.

Really great Stay- we were given a free upgrade to a superior room at reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, with fruit tea options- a nice touch after a long day in the cold (would have been nice for the used mugs to be replaced when cleaner visits but this is minor) Water bottle filling stations are provided on each floor by the lifts, great for when either heading out f...
