    Very friendly staff, perfect self service food and all other services, nice hotel and good location! Clean rooms, clean hotel, clean swimingpool. Nice beach close to hotel and private chill park with bads during the day. Perfect for children.

    Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel literally in the last minute. Actually we couldn't decide between this one and the park plaza verudela. Although there were just a few guests in the whole hotel because of the pandemics, we had a great time. First of all Verudela is worth a visit and there are many park plazas and accommodation options but we were very happy with our choice. Great service! Very friendly staff members. There ist one à la carte restaurant with reasonable prices. The highlight was the wellness and spa center. I had a spa pedicure and an antioxidative facial. Thank you Karla for making my day. The hotel beach is not so spacious but it's beautiful with crystal clear water. Pula is only a few kilometers away.

    First class hotel, efficient and attentive reception, good bar and restaurant service, very clean and tidy. Plenty of sun beds in the garden area which was kept neat and tidy during our stay. Really enjoyed our stay.
    Relaxing getaway spot for couples in a beautiful setting.

    The hotel and surroundings were kept very clean. We loved the minimalistic design and lots of nice places to enjoy some quiet sunbathing (at the pool, hilly garden and pebbly beach). The restaurant and housekeeping staff were without exception all very friendly, pro-actif and attentive. The elaborate breakfast and dinner buffet were terrific with lots of choice and variation. We enjoyed our stay that much that we consider coming back one day. Hotel is not close to Pula center so a car is recommended.

    The hotel has a lovely position on the top of the hill. Amazing view, lush gardens and cute little swimming pool. The beach is very small and seriously overcrowded. On a few occasions it was almost impossible to get into the water. The rooms are small but clean and pleasant. The best bit is food. Really plentiful, tasty, fresh. The worst bit - reception staff! The hotel has one (1) disabled toilet and that one did not have a key to lock the door. I informed the staff at reception on the first day. After that I kept asking for the key every day but was told they can't find it and they can't do anything about it! On the fifth day when i was really upset by the lack of willingness to help me the women at the reception suggested that I can still use the toilet and the young boy helping at reception can guard the door while I am inside! The boy looked petrified, rightly so and I felt really humiliated. That was not the way to treat your guests!
