    We’ve just returned from our week holiday here at hotel best, we were one of the few English families to stay here during last week as many holiday providers were cancelling holidays. We had the best week regardless of Covid. Our 2 year old daughter met lots of lovely Spanish children in the pools and play areas. The staff couldn’t try any harder to please you. Theres a bit of a struggle with the language barrier but patience is key and you’ll get there in the end. The location of this hotel is spectacular, the front of the hotel is the small strip of bars restaurants and shops with an ideal corner shop for all your needs. Cash machine is located outside of the michaelangelo supermarket just at the top of the hill. To the back of the hotel is the most gorgeous beach cove with a private bar, not available on the all inclusive. Also the bar at the splash park is private owned and not to be associated with the hotel. Above all our stay was lovely and we wish we was back there already! X

    One issue here it gets rowdy because its all inc there seems to be a rowdy element we saw several fights due to families drinking too much . The lager is self service the hotel would be as well off turning the beer pump around .

    This hotel was okay as a base however overall wasn't great. The hotel looked nice enough and was clean however that was the only positive. There was a constant smell of sewage from the bathroom which was at its worst in the morning. You could hear everything from the rooms above you, especially if someone flushed the toilet or ran any water. The staff weren't the most friendly, especially in the restaurant. They would push their way through to clean round about you when your were trying to get food at the buffet. The food was awful, always cold and wasn't always cooked. We went half board and only visited the restaurant twice. I can understand why their fourth star was taken away. Definitelty wouldn't return here.

    Hi, was looking to book a holiday here for me and my two children will be 4 and 6 on arrival next year. My children are fussy and do like your basic pizza hot dogs pastas, me and my partner ain't so fussy but don't do sea food. Is this all inclusive something for our family as I have never even experienced this always gone self catering. Thank you for any help
    Amazing hotel

    This hotel was perfect. We took our 6 year old and she loved it. We plan to come back next year. Food was lovely, great location, out of the way of the main strip but a short taxi ride away. Hotel is so clean, staff are OK, very professional. The slides are brilliant for the kids.... Keeps them entertained all day.
