    We stayed in this hotel for 14 nights in July 2014. It is a great complex, very large with lots of rooms and a few different pools. We really enjoyed our holiday and if Sharm was easier to fly to for UK residents - we would absolutely choose to visit this hotel again. Staff were super friendly and the food selection was very impressive. We've always loved Egypt and would like to return in the future. We had a lovely boat trip through the hotel to a snorkel spot which was amazing.

    As usual I was Not surprised when I saw how the Hotel was too good and how the Hotel staff were very friendly and professionals too as that is Not my first time to go to Magic Life Sharm El Sheikh as I came many times before because of the excellent service and the great hospitality from the Hotel staff and managers as they make you feel home and all the time they are asking you if you need anything so they can do it for you.the room was very clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were very polite.the food is very good also there are a different restaurants providing a different kinds of food.the reception team were very helpful and very friendly.only I have two comments. 1- that the animation team need to be more friendly and also they need to take more training about how to deal with the Hotel guests and how to create an attractive activities for the guests as comparing with the old animation teams that they were before in the Hotel they need to do better than that. 2- that the Gym needs a new equipment or at least a strong maintenance to be done for the current equipment.Big Thanks to Mr.Hamada /Mr.Shaker /Mr.Waheed and the Hotel GM Mr.Cem for there great hospitality.

    Please, please, please don't anyone buy any of the copy watches as we did from the shop here!! Spent £200 on 2 Rolex copies and none of them work!!! The hotel itself was ok! Rooms very tired and need updating.
    Amazing diving holidays

    I enjoyed a diving holiday at this hotel. The rooms are big and nice, the beach and pools are beautiful. The food is excellent with huge buffets. Also the coctails and cafes at the bars are fine. There is a tabel for single travellers, where you can meet easily other people. The management can approve the service, so that the personal is more motivated, freindlly and wear something more appeaing than trainers. The diving center is very nice, I want to say special thanks to Ali El Shayb, Aymar, Tito and all the other instructors at the site of TUI Magic Divers.
