Staff are very friendly we stayed in block 3 room was more than fine a little dated but nothing to write home about. although our maid service was hit and miss mostly miss, no water put in room daily so we had to keep going to trolley and getting them ourselves after she had been, not enough towels 2 for the entire room 2 adults and 2 children one being a teenager. plenty of hand towels though my dad staying on the second floor had absolutely no issue with there maid though. ask for mattress toppers on arrival they have both for single and double beds but only give them when requested plenty to do around the hotel lots of activities both during the day and at night! The water park has a height restriction 1.2 metres or 12 years old for a lot of the bigger slides, which was annoying for our 6 year old as he loves slides and couldn't use a lot of them, we went near the end of September for 2 weeks and we had no issue finding sunbeds, either around the pools or on the beach. evening entertainment held in the snack complex although that bar doesn't do spirits it didn't really affect me as I'm fine with lager but something for you to note Food was a mixed variety you'll always find something to eat, it has a child section which was well stocked with spaghetti and pizza for larger familys ask the waiters to reserve you a table, it always helps to tip we gave 10 lira per night it made the waiter more attentive I cant say if it would have made a difference either way as we didn't not tip and spent the holiday in the same section. bar staff all friendly and eager to please in all bars i think there's only a couple of the bars that did spirits be careful about ordering premium brands they do charge everything with a star is included on all inclusive our only bug bear is the hotel shop its prices seem to be plucked out of fresh air and varied massively between customers. crisps where 20 lira each you could actually get a bus into town and back and buy a packet of crisps for cheaper. you expect to pay slightly more but not get your pants pulled down for convenience! there's a shop about 10 minutes walk away that's also massively cheaper we just bought all our snacks etc for the kids while we went to markets around 6 - 7 lira for a packet of crisps in town depending on what shop find a supermarket and they have lots for cheaper All in all it was a good holiday but we wont be returning there seems to be a lot of extras which aren't included and are way overpriced

l and my family have been stayed about one perfect week. it was amazing! Everything was perfect spa , massage and all the workers were so nice to us. When anything you need all the workers are so nice to you and helping. l loved the beach.. Also you have chance to the watersports. we had fun alot by doing some watersports like jet ski, Parasailing , banana..and also l we ride horse at the beach on sunset. it was perfect!

This resort is the cleanest, best staffed hotel/beach holiday we have been on. After a tough year we needed a good break and that is exactly what we got. The room, grounds, beach, restaurant and bar areas are spotless with lovely, happy and helpful staff. The weather was great, we went towards the end of October and spent all day in the pool or at the beach; that is when we weren't enjoying the food and drink which was outstanding. The barstaff look after adults and children really well and often came to the table asking if we wanted a repeat of order. The only issue we had was the shop which was extortionate but we asked our rep and walked to a row of shops 10 mins away to get a better price. The cleaning staff were lovely; as were all the staff. Our bedding was made up/changed as were towels every day apart from Monday. You don't have to pack pool/beach towels as they are provided and the wifi was really good. Thanks to all of the staff that gave us an exceptional 1st holiday to Turkey; we hope to return. I'm glad we ignored the negative reviews; this hotel is great. No mossies, pests or problems. Miss it now we are home! Animation team were great and worked so hard; my son won the darts comp which was great, I did karaoke and my hubby did Archery. There are lots of activities and events to get involved with if you want to. It was simply the best! Thank you x
