    Brand new and with lots of Greek charm, the Skiathos Luxury Living's got a sea-view pool that's in a prime position for watching the sunset.

    The elevated terrace is at the heart of this luxe hotel. Here, there's a pool surrounded by double sunloungers and shaded by parasols, plus a scattering of canopied daybeds. In the morning, guests can eat Continental breakfasts in the privacy of their rooms, while bicycles are available for hire during the day.

    The hotel's hilltop setting means guests get panoramic views of the sea and the old port of Skiathos Town. It's a five-minute walk to the marina, with local shops, tavernas and eateries around the town centre.

    We stayed in the hotel in May and were so impressed that we booked again. We also were booked on the last TC flight on Sunday and were so grateful to be able to use the room etc after the checkout time of 12 noon. We can't thank the lovely staff enough for their kindness. We had the same big room as in May and enjoyed the balcony views, big comfortable bed, complimentary toiletries and breakfast. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

    My boyfriend and I have just returned from Skiathos and we were so pleased that we chose to stay at this hotel. It is 1 mile from the Airport, 5 minute walk to the port/town, we couldn't have asked for a better location. When we arrived we were given a bottle of water and a greek sweet to try, we were then taken to our room which had everything we needed for our stay. The best thing about it was the view, waking up to a view of the sea every day was perfect, and having breakfast bought to the room was new for us too - this included fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, cold meats and cheese, tea, coffee, juice. We were unfortunately the last Thomas Cook flight out to Skiathos so had trouble getting home again but the staff were so friendly, they had no problem with us staying an extra night - they also upgraded our room for the night and let us check out later than the usual 12pm check out. We really appreciated this as we were unsure how we were going to get home at this point. The pool area is very quiet and the views are amazing. I would 100% recommend this hotel, even after exploring the island of Skiathos we did not see a hotel we would have rather stayed in. If we were to return to Skiathos one day, we would definitely stay here again!

    This was a great place to stay. Maria the manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was a 2 bedroom, upstairs/downstairs with a living room and kitchen. The views were amazing. It included a standard breakfast each morning also. The location was only a 10 minute walk into town, bus stop and ferry harbor. You do have to climb 43 steps to get to the entrance, so you should be in good shape. I highly recommend Skiathos Luxury Living as a place to stay in Skiathos.

    Visited with another couple. Relatively new development in excellent position, but BEWARE there are a lot of steps up to the hotel with no road access. Once in the hotel there are a couple of small lifts. Despite being a new build there are lots of irritating little faults eg broken bathroom fittings, no hooks for hand held showers, broken door handles etc. Minor issues but demonstrates a lack of attention which otherwise might be expected in something called 'luxury'. On the other hand the staff were nice and helpful and as said previously the location/views are excellent. We were unaware of the difficult access and suggest that if you have limited mobility that there might be more appropriate hotels.

    The hotel was delightful very nice..we had a suite with a view of the bay with a very nice terrace . The room was well appointed...as the building was originally built as a condominium. Our room was maintained very well extremely clean when we arrived and maintained that way, Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning as there is no dining facility...it was however quite good and complete although mostly continental..yogurt, dread, juice, cheese and cold cuts. Pool and surrounding was gorgeous. The one possible drawback is that you need to scale Fifty steps to reach the lobby..obviously a significant drawback for anyone with walking issues..once in the lobby there is an elevator. Service as Excellent.
