Very well situated in the middle of Strasbourg. Hotel was very well maintained and lobby was genuinely cosy. The reception team was very friendly. The rooms were good and spacious. Free coffee and tea selections were above market average....

Definitely booking this hotel next time we are in town. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is amazing and the rooms we stayed at were large enough for our family. We had two rooms, one of them had an updated bathroom, tub and separate shower. The other was not updated and it was a tub shower combo; shower head was not high enough. Water pressure was great. The rooms were heated. The hotel itself was cut...

Perfect location close to the Cathedral , River Boat Rides, shopping, and lots of restaurants. The historic building has been renovated with lots of charm. Each room is unique. The hotel is meticulously clean; the housekeeping staff and reception staff are so kind and welcoming. Ideal for families....

Wonderful cozy place right near the city center

The room was set up perfectly for our family - adult kid, spouse, and myself. The double bed was huge and comfortable and my kiddo had her own space with a single bed. The bathroom was large and modern. The hotel is quirky in a fun way and the staff were all friendly and welcoming....

This hotel is less than a 5 min walk to the Christmas market and the Cathedral Notre-Dame de - Strasbourg. Convenient location for public transportation use. Breakfast was decent. I booked this hotel about 8 months in advance with a request comment and had a confirmed booking for a room with the view. We arrived late, around 8 pm, and got placed in a room with no view. They said there is a view of their courtya...
